Get this... just bought a 13 3 Series Coupe for $19G. Discovered one simple feature that didnt work (electric folding side mirrors) so went by to see if they would look at it. Salesman pushed the button a few times and then folded in by hand. Amazingly enough they still didnt work. He said there was no profit in the car to fix them. If it would have been newer then he would fix them. Then to completely go against what he just said, the salesman mentioned that it would be a simple fix if I took it somewhere else. If so simple, why not take care of it. I mentioned that it was told to me that this part of the car worked and was not broken when i bought it.. He then stated that if it would have been the next day it would be a different story. This purchase was made less than a month ago and I made note that this is not a feature used everyday and I now reported it right when I tried to use for the first time.Too many confusing messages and double talk to get out of standing behind what they sold me. Initial visit was ok and car overall is ok but this level of service seems unwitting for BMW even if my car is a 13. Careful of what they tell you and test follow up immediately on all aspects to make sure they dont screw you over on any minor topic.

I recently ran into an engine situation with my BMW 550i. It was significant enough to cause us to pause and debate should I fix it or replace it. The finance guy is rude and not friendly. I believe it’s just his personality and no amount of training can change that.He takes the joy out of buying a BMW it feels like doomIn the sales business especially with something like BMW they should have a top notch guy.Every one else there is wonderful and top notch from the managers to sales people, But it only takes one one to spoil everything.

Andy S. is my service advisor. He is always accomodating and well versed in BMW maintenance and operation. I have taken my 750 to Chapman for service for over two years and never experienced any issues. They always have a nice loaner ready for me, and my car is returned cleaner than when I drove in. Even though I live closer to another BMW dealership, I will continue to take my car to Chapman for service.
Tried to look at a car and negotiate a deal online. They listed it on their website and several other car places. Found that they were unable to find the car several times upon inquiry. Once they were able to get the car onto their lot in inventory they were not very quick to negotiate until the point where I had practically bought another one somewhere else.Probably would not recommend doing business here.
This was a first rate experience.... my sales person JC was incredibly knowledgable and kept an eye out for my perfect pre-owned X5 and Tom, the sales manager took care of a rather substantial issue with a smile on his face. This is a good place to do businesses.

I bought used 550i with only 30k miles so called certified pre-ownedNothing but problems with the car in 9 monthsOil pan leak/needed new injectors /high pressure fuel pumps replacement and to get most of it done I had to use different dealer because they couldnt figure it outThey try to tell how much more the car is worth because it is certified but I think they just detail the car before reselling it - during first rain I also found out that my windshield wipers didn’t work so you know nothing gets checked since this one is so easy to check.Anyway 6 different loaner cars in 9 months so if you want to drive a loaner buy it hereJust found out that I need transmission replaced because its leaking 😢👎👎👎👎👎👎👎bmw
