This place is so awesome. Fernando was a wonderful person to work with. I have a past Repo from a year ago and a bankruptcy from two months ago and Fernando got me into a vehicle on a Saturday at 9pm, and stayed with me at the dealership until 11pm working everything out with me. Even let me take everything out of my old car and let me take the hubcaps that i had just bought for $300 and swap them onto my new ride. Got me into a car that I absolutely love and with low miles! Even worked with me on the down payment. Low monthly payments and not a bad interest rate for someone with poor credit like me! This place is awesome and I highly recommend it! Fernando is an awesome gentleman and will do everything he can to get you into a vehicle that you actually want, and will continue to help you after the sale not just stop answering after the sale like most salesmen, treated me like a human not a number! I went here to find a good reliable and affordable car, and my experience was amazing. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with vehicles and I explained this all to the dealer, I worked with Fernando who is very honest and straight to the point. He made sure he got me into a vehicle that would be nice, but also reliable and affordable for me. I’m a full time single mother I work, and I go to school I explained all this to Fernando and he made sure to help me, and assured I would drive off happy and I did. I was able to get a beautiful 2017 Nissan Sentra which I love, great mileage and no issues with the vehicle what so ever. They are most definitely not open right now. I pull in with their open sign on and their Google hours open to get harassed by someone who lives there apparently when theyre closed and turned on a whole bunch of Car alarms... It was very discriminatory and not acceptable I will not be taking my business there and either should you!

Terrible!! Supposedly had a warranty to fix the things that was broke wit my car when I got it. Just to be told later that everything that I needed fixed isnt covered under the warranty. Wouldnt recommend this place nor any place on van Buren. They all shady.

I waited for my loan to fund before I posted. Like many, I let a car go back so funding a new loan would be a challenge.Everything started well. I was actually impressed that they seemed to want to help me. My fault in this deal was I though the loan had funded and changed jobs (with better opportunities and closer to home) Ill take my part in that. The problem I had is lying. Mr. Mike doesnt want to let you look at the paperwork. You see he redid the paperwork and and the price changed. I haabe the paperwork to prove that. They charged me an extra 200 telling me it was the bank instead of just coming out and saying it was a rental fee. I could have went for that. It would have been fair. Any time I asked a question Mr. Fernando said we can just forget the deal Im not making money. He had me over a barrel because I had already put over 500 in the car to change fluids, oil and filters. They promised to fix the few items that was wrong. They didnt. The sensors were never touched. I know this because Im a little more educated than they think I am. Just enough to know to mark the sensors. And since the sensor codes never cleared, it proves my point. But I needed a car to work. It is what it is.Unfortunately for them they lost any future sales for me and my family. It wont close their doors. Im fair with my reviews. I got the service and treatment I expected for having a repo on my credit.

Nice inventory of vehicles. They did try very hard to work with me based on my credit. Very friendly and patient. I gave them 4 stars only because I did not drive any vehicles or qualify for the vehicle I wanted but their selection looked good. I was able to purchase similar vehicle elsewhere.

I would recommend anyone whos interested in financing a car to go to Pro Auto Sales located in East Phoenix on 13th St and Van Buren. I was starting a job and did not have a car to commute to work and I was recommended by a friend of friend to come here and ended up financing a Nissan Sentra Sv 2017 a day before my new job assignment started. They are understanding and negotiable. Pro Auto Sales will provide a new customer a chance to drive.

URGENT:This car lot is a scam, cars come with issues. Fernando tricked me into coming up to the car lot due to a one missed payment and repossess the car, sold the car while it was still registered to me and reported it stolen in order to write the car off for tax. Fernando over on me by having me put a 2500 payment down and altogether put 4000 in the car. Ignored my phone calls when I attempted to call so I could pick up my vehicle. My friend Trena recently went to finance with Fernando after I told her not to he took $2000 in a down payment and when the bank decided not to finance the car he took the car and gave her $800 back. The company is fraudulent and has changed its name twice. Legal actions are in the process.

Wrong car company ever. Fill and application out. They could not find it. Came down to look at cars. Had nothing but high mile cars and they were not even clean. They had 2 reasonable 2014-2016 car. Guy off no down payment if I take the car and fix the bumper. I left and sent my paperwork the next day. No one called me back. I call them back a fews days to see if the car was still there. Then they offered me the same car that has no bumper and said I have to pay 1200 and fix the bumper myself. Scam do not use this company. Very unprofessional. If you just need a bucket and have a little money. You can go get a lemon from them
