DO NOT GO TO MIDWAY NISSAN. They will make empty promises. They will ask you to sign sign sign without properly explaining things. They will say you need a cosigner when you dont. Their strategy is predatory and I can speak for my experience with Midway Nissan team of liars. I was told I was not a cosigner on any loan, I declined to be a cosigner verbally and the loan was still pushed through despite me being told otherwise. One signature will ruin your intentions and Midway will make that happen. Shameful practices.Zero stars wasnt an option or I would.
I think that if you guys sell all Chevy cars and for any kind of cars you should be having access to any kind of parts that are needed maybe somebody should tell the owner we sell the cars we need these parts cuz people will come to you and ask for that part sending them somewhere else 6/8 miles out and cool and the why I loved your facility and all the car guys have but you need to go back to the old school cars these new cars are all death traps on instant hit

If I could give no stars I would. You would think that a service department at a dealership would have better communicate skills. These people had none. My car was at their dealership for 5 days and nothing was done to it. Its a long story but they didnt listen to what we had to say when we dropped it off or during our phone calls with them. I waited there an hour just to get my car back. Im not happy with them to say the least. Poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone at Midway Auto Team is tremendous. I brought my new car in for some maintenance and had trouble finding where I was supposed to be. A gentleman from the service department was glad to help, he walked me right over and showed me right where to park my vehicle. He got me all set up and even offered me a complimentary Uber so I didn’t have to sit in the waiting room. They have a nice waiting area with a great espresso machine. When my car was ready, the service writer walked me over and handed me my keys and wished me a good day. Great experience, I highly recommend Midway Auto Team for all your automotive needs.

Second visit to get a tire replaced. Unable to replace on first visit due to they had to order my tire. Understandable. So made an appointment for today at 8am and was told it would be less than an hour. And 2 and a half hours later Im still waiting. No one has given any updates. Not sure how much longer I will have to wait.
Just looking to get some numbers in place to make a sound decision on a vehicle and as soon as I said Im not looking to buy a vehicle on the spot they just shirked me. I got some numbers eventually but was told I would be required to buy certain upgrades.It just seems theyre only interested in suckering people who are desperate rather than providing a valuable experience. I would look elsewhere before lowering your standards to go here

Took car to Midway Nissan on W Bell Rd, after hitting hard trash on Union Hills Drive in the turn lane. Called Midway Nissan, talked to Kyle H. Got me an appointment same day for just one hour later. They had car For an hour or less all was fine. No charge. We have our regular service done at Midway Nissan will definitely use Midway Nissan in the future.

Yet again my car is back in the service dept for my ac. They wanted to refuse taking care of it last Nov. Had to go above everyone and talk to the GM. Back for the ac because the problem still exists. Nothing but excuses. Not only the bs run around, but $2000.00 more dollars to fix an oil leak that they should have caught before selling the car! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Inspections arent done properly before sales, associates want to argue with everything when it comes to repairs!!!

Use caution going here. The first thing that they want is all of your personal information before showing you any vehical on their lots. I personally do not like the invasion of privacy. Arrowhead Chevrolet doesnt not use this tactic. Ive bought many vehicles from them because theyre not pushy.
I had a strange experience at Midway Chevrolet. The lot is separated with new cars on one lot and used cars about 1 block down on the opposite side of the street. We were looking for a used car which we saw online but pulled into the new car lot. We asked about the used car and was brought inside where the salesman proceeded to make some phone calls. After completing the call he then told us where the used lot was and that said person he talked to was waiting for us.I guess he was checking on the car for us to ensure it was still available but I think it was more likely that he was passing us off to a specific person on the used lot to split the commission. I understand that and it wouldnt have been a big deal but a heads up would have been nice. Tell me where the used lot is, tell me you are going to call and make sure the car is still there, and have someone meet us. Instead we were asked to come in and sit down like the car was on the lot only to be told it was across the street. I would have preferred being told where the used lot was so I can get back in the car and drive there instead of going in and sitting down just to get up again.Maybe Im getting old and the little things are starting to get on my nerves. Also, I didnt buy the car.
Finally got ca fixed after check engine light came on 3 different times 2018 rogue. Go figure fuel pump.

Great dealership! Ive bought my last three vehicles there. Only go there for oil changes and other services. Love being able to schedule an oil change and be out in under an hour. No surprise charges like the express joints! Service staff is great. Blake and big Al are my guys. No upselling or pressure. Just good guys youd have a beer with. Hey, buying a car is a hassle. But, go see Midway. You pay whats on the sticker. They have the best financing in town because they work with so many banks. If you cant get the financing you want, take the car back and pay nothing.
Good place to sit and wait for car service. They have three small computer desks with power and USB ports where you can work while waiting. I got there early at 7 am so I had no problem getting one.

Not quite as bad as the Toyota dealer down the road, where multiple sales people descend on you like vultures as soon as you pull up, but Midway is still very much an old school dealership. Internet sales manager Michael Goodman was easy to deal with and pleasant once I explained that I wouldnt be doing the car dealer tango, but the dealership stereotypically tried to tack the worthless buff and shine garbage on the sticker, which I would not pay a nickel for. That was a major turnoff.In the end, the Bolt was too small, seemed overpriced for a Chevy, yet was surprisingly well thought out and decently constructed. We seriously considered it and I liked Michael enough to buy it, but Midway reminded me of everything I hated about traditional car dealers, so we walked.

Terrible place, we will Never return. Very high pressure sales environment. Went to test drive a truck. When on freeway, steering began to vibrate so bad we had to pull to the side, almost wrecked. Very unsafe vehicle they sent us out in. We thanked them, and said we were no longer interested.They wont stop calling, texting, and emailing me. I have asked them repeatedly to please stop contacting me, yet they keep going. Avoid this place, they are insensitive, mindless sales drones. They only care about their commissions.

When we were just looking, and wanted more info, they weaseled OUR car keys from us, ( so they could get an estimate ) but then the gave us the first quote, which was WAY too high, so when their second offer came back, also Too high we decided we wanted to leave, and they wouldnt give us OUR car keys!!! The guy kept telling us well hang on a minute my manager is trying to get the price down. I event told him we were late for another appointment, so he acted like he was going to get the keys and came back with the manager!!! To help him put the pressure on!! Such Jerks!!

Cars are overpriced and used cars have so much damage they dont even try to fix the appearance. My wife got a 2015 Camaro $26k with flat tire went back next day cuz service was closed they said they patched it but 2 days later we had to buy a new tire. It took over a month for them to replace the windshield they promised. And come to find out the vehicle didnt have a spare or jack...We went to Carvana for my daughter everything was fast in under 15 minutes they repair body of vehicle makes sure every vehicle has spare and Jack and manual for the vehicle which my wifes car did not have any. If anything I would recommend Carvana upfront prices better selection and they take care of you unlike this place that just wants your sale and then is done with you

Midway Chevrolet - cares about their reputation... Well lets see how they handle this one. My gf and I went in for an appt at 830am, We arrived at 820am.. We were told that the car wouldnt be serviced til or around 1200pm.. We had several cars before us that needed to be serviced. Youre kidding me.. Other cars were being pulled in before us that needed service? We are going to have our day killed? Our appt is at 830 not 12pm.. This isnt going to fly by any customer service standards.. I understand that if we were late we would be bypassed but not we were not late, and cars that had either been a walk in or had later appts are getting serviced before hers?? My rating of service went from a 5 star to a negative 5 star. You dont just bypass a persons appt with others.

Even though a deal wasnt made today, the team at Midway Nissan treated me excellent and where totally top notch.
I actually gave my friend a ride here. She filled out an application for a specific car they had advertised and they said it was ready and to come on over. When we arrived, they said they sold the car she had came for, which I had already told her, the deal was too good to be true. I honestly dont think that car ever existed and that was their way of getting people in there. The original car she was going for was around a 2012 and was exactly in her budget, but upon arriving, they desperately tried to get her in a 2018, not even close to the same make or model, with payments triple what they had discussed on the phone. This was definitely a bait and switch and Im pretty sure that original Chevy Cruz that she was going for never existed. Very bad business.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would!! First the sales team swarm my car and started taking to me before I got out of my car. Then I was trying to trade my car in. I did not like the offer so they held me hostage because they would not give me my car keys back. I have to tell four sales people no I dont like the offer and wanted to go home. After the fourth I told them to give me the keys to my car or I will call the cops.A week later I got a call from the GM and they could not even remember what I was there to buy. So unorganized!!

My ac suffered a major leak over a 2 hour oil change. They offered a free diagnostic stating wear and tear as the culprit and offered to replace the hose for $800. Seems too fishy for an already shady looking business. And the wash cracked my windshield too - some verbal warning for chipped windshields might be nice.

I had been waiting for a part that was back ordered. I wated for the part for over a month. I finally went to them again, thinking I might have gave them a wrong phone number. And that was right. But they did not call me and told me the part is no longer available.Now I could have allready worked with a after parts by now. I wished I knew that a long time ago. So if you are waiting for a part follow up as soon as you can.
