So my car breaks down at the worst time, right before Christmas and turns out my fuel pump went out. Of course dodge puts 2 fuel pumps on the car, thanks dodge!!!!! I was introduced to Suiter automotive a few years back when I totaled my last car. I won’t take my car anywhere but here!!! The level of professionalism, knowledge and kindness displayed by this company sets the standard!!! They went out of their way to help get me up and running again! Horrible experience with these guys. Bought a truck from them paid cash it includes tax title and license these guys say its my responsibility to attain the title I paid them for. They send me to so rinky dink 3rd party auto license place that was rude as hell. Horrible customer service from both of them all the way around. Bought truck in July they didnt even do the paperwork until sept when I still hadnt received my plates from them. PLEASE DONT USE THE GUYS nothing but a headache

Ray and Jamie who own the dealership are good people who do good business, most dealerships want to rip you off, with no care to you, I don’t get that feeling here!! My car is 12 years old and in great condition inside and out, and runs awesome!! In the year that I have owned my car only one thing has happened and my fan blade broke. Everyone knows that when u buy a used car your going to have issues, it’s used! The quality of car that I purchased from suiter automotive far exceeded my expectations! This is the best experience I ever could have had in buying a used vehicle! My husband and I had been looking at cars in all different dealerships new and used for at least two months and kept seeing this amazing black convertible Mustang on the internet it kept coming across the screen we assumed it really wasnt an actual car for sale that it was just a advertising gimmick. When my husband investigated it was an actual car it was a 2001 black Mustang convertible with almost no miles on it and absolutely perfect condition . it was at Suiter Automotive . it was for sale they were so wonderful to work with! From the first phone call, they were accommodating, professional, efficient, friendly and down-to-earth.Its s a very small building in Peoria. The building doesnt look like a car dealership, more of an automotive repair, location. There are just wonderful people thereI went on a Sunday and test drove the car and just absolutely loved it and they made sure that I was able to drive it away. I got a great deal I. A really great deal. No scams no hustle no BS just a really awesome car that I still have today . its in my driveway, and has been for 5 years. It took several calls to get a hold of a person. Days for a response. They changed everything on my application. So lied. Found this out when i got called by a posdible finance company. Told the finance copy i wasnt interested in the vehicle from the dealership anylonger after hearing what all was changed. Pretty shady.Then i get a letter from the dealer saying it couldnt be financed.But was the next day by a honest place.Pretty shady.

I went in for an estimate on my fan for my air conditioner and left my car for a couple of hours and came back to receive a bill for new brakes. They told me I couldnt have my vehicle until I paid. Do not go to this place for any kind of estimate or repairs on your car.

Very good experience. I never felt pressured to make a purchase when I came by for a test drive. Shane was very helpful while I made arrangements to purchase the vehicle through my credit union.

After test driving at a big dealership and at Suitors Automotive, I went with SA. I was given 2 test drives (different days), the experience was more relaxing than at the dealership, and I received a good price after making an offer for a Honda Civic. Besides that, the additional cost above the listed price was 3x higher at the dealership than at SA. I recommend you try Suitors.

I purchased a car from them, and they seemed to be very nice and honest. Thats the impression they give you in the beginning. For the most part the car seemed to be pretty good as far as making the purchase. A part went out and they took care of me. I complained several times about the car getting very loud all of a sudden. the guys at emissions plus which the owner owns both made me feel stupid, insane, and worried for nothing. I ended up having others look at my car and several people told me it was my motor mounts. so he replaced the rear motor mount and I still continued to have the issue, which I had to pay for the part. ive been told when you replace one you need to replace all due to putting more pressure on the new mount, and possibly causing new problems. also about the same time I had noticed more significantly that my car shook during driving and turns out my struts and shocks where bad. these are not the only issue ive had since I bought the car. all this has happened not even within 2 months. I understand its a used car but I feel I shouldnt have to put almost half of what I purchased the vehicle for. I have almost $3000 in repairs.to due. I feel that since it looked nice and clean that they didnt even bother looking at the vehicle. they supposedly did a 51 point inspection. if you want to get ripped off please by all means go to suiters and emissions. I will never do business their or even recommend them to anyone. I bought a lemon and now I have learned. thanks suiters and emissions for a lesson learned!
