We were in the market for a very specific, very hard to find Tesla Model X for our special needs son and his new service dog. We found it online at Sanderson Lincoln and we were bummed but not surprised to hear it had sold. A few days later, Bill called us to tell us the sale had fallen through and he called us first because of how much this car fit our needs. Bill and Adam went above and beyond to make the entire experience a good one. We truly feel like we didnt just come away with a great car and a great deal but also a great relationship with great people. We arrived here after previously going to a used car dealership and having a pretty off putting experience. We had Fiston as our sales rep who helped us and was so kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. He made sure to make sure we were comfortable throughout the questions and concerns we had and wasn’t pushy. I would definitely recommend anyone going to him to have a smooth shopping experience.
I have edited my original review of one star to five stars. After my first review, I was contacted by the GM Mr. Cox. I was asked what was the issue and could we still come to an agreement. After hearing our side to the event, and I believe reviewing it with his sales team, he did everything he could to make the deal happen with my senior parents. A change of salesmen moving forward, and Mr. Hampton was wonderful in handling of the finalization of the paperwork.A situation that could have ended very poorly, instead Sanderson Lincoln did all they could to make this auto deal and my senior parents very happy. Absolutely awful experience. Drove in to set up appointment for service on my car. I was informed it would be a two month wait. After the two month wait the lost my appointment and I had to wait another month for service. I was told three months prior that they would have my vehicle for at least two weeks. Three days before they picked it up it was still going to be a two week wait. They told me they only had one tech and it had to be in line. They would not just book it for when he was available. This car has a clear I ssue. I have owed 2 other Lincoln vehicle with the same engine. The loaner vehicle is a Lincoln somehow these vehicles are the broken cars but mine is fine since the computer says so. The transmission slips the other Lincoln’s do not so they must be broke but my car is fine. I was not notified that my car would be ready sooner then later so I filled the tank of the loaner since I have a long drive to work and they left me with only half a tank. They told me they would pick up loaner and deliver my car at my work before 4:30. When I leave. I had to get in touch with them to find out they wouldn’t be there until much later even though the text me saying they were on therir way before 4. I had to change to my home. It’s after 7. Still no car. I am being told that the transmission issue is due to not getting regular computer updates and that they have issues due to COVID. I can’t believe they really think I would buy that. I use to like Sanderson I guess their customer service model has changed. I would not recommend them at least until COVID is over
They are very courteous and explain everything they have done on your car. Tell you if you need anything done right away. Will help you with everything you need. Prices are bad.
Sanderson Lincoln has been servicing my car for years. I trust them with my vehicle and know they will do good work for me and not recommend services I dont need. Their price is inline with what I would pay at any regular shop, except they have certified techs that specialize in my Ford. Any problems I have had they have made right for me. I will not get my car serviced anywhere else as long as I live in AZ. The level of customer care they provide is above and beyond. While my car is serviced they will give me a ride anywhere in the city and then come get me when its done.Milan is my service advisor and always does a great job. I dont know what they are paying him, but its not enough. I am very particular about my car and the level of customer service I expect is always white glove. Milan and his team have always gone above and beyond expectations. If you drive a Ford, Lincoln, or other Ford brand come here and see Milan. Tell him I sent you, hell take care of you and your family.
We purchased a used car on 3/6/21. This had to be one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! From the time we arrived for the test drive to the signing of the papers we were taken care of by kind, professional personnel. Mike Gilbert the Sales Manager greeted us and then turned us over to their newest sales rep Bruce Keene(we were his first sale) who was very knowledgeable on both of the vehicles we drove. If he didnt know an answer he found someone who did. We never felt rushed or pressured. Our great experience ended with John McKellar the Business Manager to sign the papers. If you are ever in the market for a new or used car I would suggest you check out Sanderson and ask for Bruce Keene.
2nd service done on new MKC . Only three minor issues that were taken care of to owners satisfaction. Charles...service agent, nice guy. Car washed, solar shield applied. And...the best thing...they came and got the car, brought it back and left a new Corsair as a loaner. Way to go guys. Very pleased.
I have purchased several vehicles from Sanderson Lincoln over the years. Three years ago I would have probably given this place 5 stars.As of lately I have not been able to make a deal here. They are unwilling to negotiate on vehicles that I am interested in. All these vehicles have been 10 to 16 years old and are overpriced by $1500-2000 or more, based on research from three online book value websites. For example, 2004 Lincoln Towncar with less than 50k miles asking $12,000. I even asked to take one As Is without reconditioning [cosmetic stuff only]and was still declined. There was also an MKX that had extended paint damage but was selling as Outstanding condition prices. When asked if they were going to fix it or negotiate price, I was told it was an 11 year old vehicle and will have blemishes. Their negotiations end at $250-500 off asking.I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere.

John in finance was so helpful as well. They let you know it is all about making it a great buying experience. I walked away feeling like I made the best decision in putting my trust in this team. I recently purchased a used 2016 explorer sport from sanderson lincoln and after trying to work with a couple other dealers I can say that sanderson lincoln was the best experience I could have asked for. Andy was great . He never pressured me . They got me a better interest rate than what I was approved for already. We just purchased a new car from Sanderson Lincoln and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Andy Broadman took first class care of us from beginning to end. He got back to my initial inquiry right away and jumped on finding whatever inventory they had that could meet our needs. Andy helped us minimize the risk of being exposed to coronavirus by bringing the car out to our home to test drive, and a few days later delivering the car, picking up our trade-in, and doing all the paperwork at our home as well. They gave us a generous trade in value and - get this - AFTER we had agreed on the price Andy texted me that he found another $1,000 incentive that lowered the price even more! Now thats integrity. Im so impressed.

We had a great sales experience here with Pat and service experience with Milan. On the sales side, Pat was patient and dealt with us pleasantly (we were not easy to work with). He walked us around the lot during the less than pleasant summer and answered every question we had about ever car. Milan has made our couple service trips seamless. He was able to get us seen, in a loan car, and back on our way quickly.
The service and prompt and polite attention I get from Mr. Bueller in the service dept is hands down the best dealership experience Ive ever had.

I recently moved to the area and have had my Lincoln into Sanderson twice now for an oil change. Milan was my service advisor for both visits. His customer service is amazing. Hes a very nice guy, straight shooter and truly acts as though hes glad youre there and youre his most important priority for the time you interact. He has earned Sanderson my loyal business and I hope is recognized appropriately.
Andy and Jim here were fantastic. We had some micommunication at first on price but they did everything possible to get us to the price we intended. We got a great deal on a vehicle we really like. They made us feel at home and were never too pushy. I really appreciate how they notice their veterans. They even give you a coin. Veterans know what these are and I thought that was really cool. Also even after they already had a deal with a low enough interest rate (which we already accepted the offer) they still got us a better interest rate from another bank while we were on our way to sign papers. They could have left it there but still got us better deal. Would I buy another vehicle here or recommend a friend? Hell yeah!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this dealership. I had been looking for a new used car for approaching one year already and this was the only place where I actually didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. When I asked the sales manager if I could go home, sleep on it, talk to my boyfriend about making such a big purchase, and making sure this would be a good fit, instead of pressuring me to close the deal right away- he completely respected my decision, gave me paperwork to show my boyfriend, and allowed me to thoroughly think things through. After weeks of shopping for the right car I decided to stop at Sanderson Lincoln. I walked in on Friday March 22 about 5:20 knowing I was going to buy a car as I prepared to do so and left with a new (used) car by 8pm. I worked with the sales person, Duane, who really was the best car salesman Ive ever worked with. Not one time did he use the line what is it going to take to get you into this car today like most car sales people do. Duane was not trying to push any decision on me and really just helped me understand the process of buying with Sanderson Lincoln, walked me through every option available from financing at different rates/money down, and laid everything out so there was no gray area. Duane helped lead me to my decision without pushing a decision on me. The process was VERY easy. I highly suggested asking for Duane if youre shopping cars at Sanderson Lincoln.

Our sales person was great. His name is Dave Horton. Were very upset with the person behind the curtain. Never stopped to visit with us and tried to low-ball us. We thought those days were over in the auto industry. We heard that Cadillac was trying to recruit Lincoln owners. We hate to say goodbye to Lincoln but if they dont hold their value any better than what we saw today we just might have to reconsider. I cant in good faith recommend this type of deal making. No stars. Have to give one to post.

100% will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales man and finance guy lied. Forced me to sign credit report papers to see my credit even after telling them and showing them my 100% pre approval from my credit union and telling them I dont want them to run my credit or shop my around loan around. Well they did anyway and now my credit is getting hit like crazy and Im getting tons of bank paperwork from lenders sent to me.
These guys service my ford truck great service I normally get a oil change their they balance and rotate my tires was my truck check the whole vehicle out and let ne know if anything id is going bad while i sit and eat their donuts with a cup of coffee. most of the time my bill is like 45 dollars very kool
