Bait- and- switch pictures. The non-private club area is a windowless room with 7 chairs facing a single TV. Great selection and service, but not worth smoking a good stick against a wall. The other location is better, but too far for me.

Placed an order with them online and received a great call from Candace letting me know about my order and trying to make sure she was able to meet my needs in the future. I have done business with other cigar stores which have an online component to them and have never received so much as an email. I really appreciate the attention and them putting forth the effort to build a relationship. My next box of anything will be from them and only them. Call the store if you don’t see what you want online you won’t be disappointed!

I was looking for a couple cigars for the evening and googled with this location showing up. I’m so lucky they did! Excellent array of cigars and pipe tobacco and staff was FANTASTIC! I believe I was visiting with the owner as he walked me through the humidor asking what I would be eating or drinking etc to help find the perfect cigar. He actually gave me a free one he said would be a good match for the stout beer I prefer. The prices were very good for individual sticks. I typically order from an online company but as I can get individual sticks and they will help me make choices based on what I’m drinking or my tastes, I’m going to order from them. As a female I was so glad to be treated like they were happy I was there and there was none of the ole boys club attitude. Thank you to the owner for treating me as an equal. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great selection, excellent service and especially any women who enjoy a good cigar.

This two Star rating needs to be explained. Very nice place and helpful people. All good there. What is not mentioned is that its a PRICATE club. So to smoke there if youre not a paying member is not great (a small area along a hallway. Very nice cigar selection but dont expect any values. Some really pricy sticks!So, only two stars because it,wasnt friendly for what I was looking for, but a pretty place.

Warm, cozy and quiet. Its a great place to pick and smoke a cigar. Very relaxing if you are into smoking cigars. Its clean and classy, but doesnt cater to only the wealthy.

The owner is one of the nicest and friendliest people I know! They truly do care and cater to you while you are there. They have one of the largest selections that I have seen in AZ! The new location is very comfortable, well ventilated with televisions and extremely comfortable chairs.

Years ago when I had just turned 18, I fell in love with everything cigar. I was regularly going to different shops asking millions of questions, trying every stick. Some shops didnt seem to enjoy the patronage from my age group. (Assumed we would steal I guess..)Anyways ambassadors fine cigars not only has the biggest and best humidor in the state. They were always willing to answer any questions and give stick suggestions. Never made me feel like a criminal for enjoying a fine cigar as a young adult.

Vartan really makes you feel like youve known him for life and the hospitality he provides is second to none. Will be returning soon

The walk-in humidor is enormous, the largest in Arizona, I believe. And in the future there will be a Davidoff Lounge, a very rare thing, indeed...
