I wanted to rate 0 stars for the service. If I’m paying for Ultimate Wash(which they call it as full service - exterior and interior), i expect clean car. Look at the photos. It looked like basic wash and nothing ultimate about it.Tried to sort it out then and there but again they are not much helpful and looks like they are hurry to leave.If you cannot provide better service during the last 30-40mins, you should actually turn down the customers saying, you can’t take more cars for cleaning.Total rip-off.I would also cancel their appointment 1st thing in the morning for windshield replacement.Never coming back!Update: They have replied to this review with some facility manager contact info. When I contacted, they weren’t aware of it. Waste of time!!

I dont know why I keep coming back to this place. First, they no longer have the menu of services up with the pricing. The guy working seemed annoyed he had to tell me what each package was and the pricing. When I got home I checked it out and it barely looked clean. It still needs to be vacuumed, the seats and back of the seats were not even wiped down. The only thing that looks clean is the dashboard. For $30 I expect it to be spotless. I really wish there was a better car wash in this area.

Came here to get a interior and exterior car wash and they did a horrific job. i just got back from a road trip with my dog so my car is messy and filled with hair. waited an hour to get my car “ cleaned “ and it came back in the same condition i left it.

I visited Jackson’s for an oil change & car wash since it was so close to work for me. I’d called first to make sure I could get my oil changed & Stephanie was very kind & informative on the phone. Joey did my oil change & did a fantastic job!! He explained all of his findings thoroughly & answered my questions. Everyone was very pleasant & did a great job all the way down to the guys drying my car!! Definitely recommend this place!!

SLOOOOOOOOW!! Horrible experience. look, I understand that times are like they are. You had plenty of sales people though, They are all over you when you pull up. Try to up sell you, which I too understand, but the way things were handled was not good! 20 minutes for my truck to get to the wash rack, and that was because I complained and asked them to drive my truck up as I had been watching and waiting for my vehicle and others cars came and went and my truck was just sitting there. It took 1 and 1/2 hours to get my truck done and they only had 4 people cleaning vehicles. Then I was treated very improperly by one of the people cleaning cars who said he was a supervisor. Went to office, got manager who took care of me personally and was kind and resolved the issue. HORRIBLE!!!!! Wont be back!

Went there for a quick car wash. Encountered this rude and condescending employee. 9/17/2021, 5:00 pm, A man in red uniform (about 5’8”, no hair) approached to me without a mask, immediately asked me to leave the line while found out I am not a member, when there are no car behind me at all!Oh, watch out, if you don’t leave fast enough, he got so mad at you. Seriously, why? I can still afford a car wash if I am not a member right? No matter how much you hate your job, it is not my issue. I am a customer, I am not here to take your attitude.

Mechanic, Will, serviced my car. He was gracious, thorough, and professional. We have been long time customers at this location. They have always provided excellent service.

My visit was on Saturday I used this location a few weeks ago and my experience made me never want to come back decided on Saturday that I needed a wash and didn’t want to drive the extra miles to a new location. This time my experience was great the new cashier Danielle is so upbeat and not afraid to engage in conversation with her customers and does whenever she can do in her power to make sure everyone leaves with a smile. Cody the manager is also a great guy! My wash was alright had to have my carpets re-vacuumed but Cody got it done and Danielle did very well by calming me down and apologizing and getting the manager to redo the job very quickly. I’ll be back.

Stephanie is so sweet and efficient in getting people in and out. They have tons of bays so you don’t have to wait long. Great oil change and wash!

Five stars to this location in Paradise Valley. Out of the Jacksons, this is my favorite !Always a great experience when I take my car for a full service wash. The cashier, Stephanie, is always very helpful and friendly! And also when i just want an express wash, the drivers always do an amazing job drying my car. Very recommended.

Danielle the cashier is OUTSTANDING! She is so friendly and helpful super awesome!! Sat in the lobby for awhile waiting on my car she greeted everyone! She cleaned, arranged the lobby, came up and asked how I was doing a few times! Made it a point to make me feel important and welcome and most of all not forgotten! I dont normally leave reviews but I feel Danielle deserves to be rewarded somehow. She was very professional, friendly and personable when she greeted me and was helping me. Other employees make it feel more like Im just another customer and it feels fake, with Danielle she made eye contact and the conversation didnt feel robotic it was a great experience. Id recommend friends to this location and Id go there again as well you should have Danielle train other cashiers to do it more like she does.

The Jackson’s on Tatum and Cactus did a great job, for a fair price and fairly quickly. Every inch of the inside is vacuumed and wiped and the outside looks great. Every employee was kind and helpful.

Cashier in the lobby was top notch and super friendly!! Service guy noticed my windshield had a crack and set me up while getting an oil change and then got a free detailing. This place was great and friendly and quick! I’m so happy that I came in today! I’ll be back for sure!! Thank you!!

Iam very disappointed in my full service interior and exterior finish. They did not even vacuum the under seats or trunk. This was a 300.00 purchase . I called and tried to speak to someone and John, who said he was a manager actually hung up on me. I was respectful and courteous and there was no reason for him to behave so unprofessional. I tried calling a couple more times and the phone continues to ring. I finally spoke to Kari, she was unhelpful and insisted she did not know any titles of manages and or numbers for me to reach out to. She also slammed the phone down when I was simply making an inquiry who I could speak to. I called her back to ask her why she hung up on me I was simply just trying to get some assistance, she insisted she did not hang up on me and she could not hear meI then tried calling the corporate number, any and all extensions they prompted me use, took me to a hole with nobody to talk to. My car still has surface ( not deep) scratches. Still has streak marks in the wiping of the door panels and windows still not swept thoroughly. But beyond any of this, thf biggest insult was the follow up care and respect lacking from this location. I will not ever ever recommend them to any person I know. I myself, will never use them and will be calling my credit card company to have these charges for work not done applied as a credit. I am appalled that I was hung up on and received such poor customer concern when I treated them with respect and was not a lunatic. They get no stars from me. They also put a dime size hole in my back rear window tint. They said they did not do it. It was not there when I dropped my car off. I gave no children or grandchildren or anyone who sits in my back seat to have this occur. They took no responsibility. I took pictures of the shotty work and Im filing a complaint with the bbb as well. DO NOT GO TO THE TATUM JACKSON CAR WASH!. Im posting this on my next door app. As well.

I just want to say Danielle Little the cashier at Tatum Jackson’s car wash is absolutely an amazing person she is very knowledgeable she help me out with everything I needed I have not been to any store including carwashes with this kind of customer service from one person she truly cares about the people and her job and she truly stands out from all the rest all I Gotta say is Jackson you need more employees just like this I will definitely be back to see Danielle!!!! I use Jacksons for my vehicle fluid management, (oil changes, rear differential, radiator, fuel system maintenance etc.). I really appreciate Joey Jackson, he is always quick to recognize my RAM 1500. He knows what he is doing. He never tries to upsell me things I do not need. I trust him. He is also pleasant to work with which is an added bonus.

If it wasn’t for the cashier Danielle in the lobby I would’ve took my business else where. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever seen. She is the best!

I think they provide the hand-dry service after the express car wash to create more business. Both times Ive been left with the greasiest, streakiest windows! Avoid if you can.

Brought my car in for a quick wash yesterday, The cashier Danielle has amazing customer service, she is so sweet kind and greeted every one that came in, store was clean and well stocked, my car was very clean, definitely a great experience this time!

This place is totally rip off. They offered me car insurance windshield replacement for $50 credit for oil service. But when my wife drove the place for oil change. They even charged $80 for oil service. The standard price to oil change is $29.95. So this place is completely rip people off. The $50 credit is worth nothing. Do not be fooled by this place for windshield replacement credit. Never do insurance windshield replacement in this place.

I have been a loyal customer of this location for a while and use them for all of my vehicles oil changes and washes. That ended today when they snapped the antenna off of my truck and proceeded to tell me there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. I thought it was common practice at a reliable/ reputable car wash to remove parts that they know can potentially be damaged. The manager that I dealt with then proceeded to tell me there is a disclaimer stating they are not responsible for these types of damages, which is not posted anywhere when you pull your vehicle up and choose the services you want. He explained it’s posted on the door when you walk in. So you’re expected to leave the vehicle, on your walk into the inside of the car wash notice a little sign, then proceed to turn around backtrack and remove your antenna. Based on my experience and some of the other reviews I’ve read it’s probably best to take my business elsewhere anyway.

Have visited this location three times. There are a few conscientious employees. However, there seems to be a miscommunication between the front end staff and the service staff.. After being reassured that they would not use Armor All on my interior; yesterday the Armor All bandit smeared it all over my leather interior. I wont be back.

All employees are extremely respectful and genuine, all services are top quality, and cars get done efficiently.

I came 3 days ago for detailing my car. They had the car for 3 hours but they did such a bad job. It seemed like the job wasnt done correctly. I came back to give them a second chance to correct it today. Instead of correcting the detailing job, they polished my head light instead that causing noticable scratch to the bumper because they didnt prepped the surrounding area as they should. The oxidation and the bugs marks on the bumper are still there even after the second time. The detailer Steven said that he tried his best, but i was there the whole time watching from the lobby window knowing that he didnt even try to buff it out. But i tipped him still at the end, because it was so hot outside and he had to do the job outside. I definately wont come back for the detailing job and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Just got my dream car a week ago. Took it to get a works wash and they ran it through the machine and left it running with the AC on blast. A man named trey started by doing the windows. He opened my passenger side door and stood on the inside door jam to clean the windshield. Not ok. Then as he got to the 3rd window. A man in a black mask whisteled at him and walked off. This was about 15 minutes till close. As they completed the 3 cars in front of mine all the employees left. A guy named Eric completed what he could as the other man was putting things away. There were water adopts all over my car due to them not even attempting to dry it. I also did not receive any air freshener and instead of putting things away the 2nd man shouldnt have put everything away till my car was done. Very disappointed on the quality of work done and your employees lack of integrity and clear aversion to properly do their jobs.

The reviews from three years ago are the same EXACT issues I had when I recently brought my car in.There isn’t a manager following up on customer complaints otherwise some of these issues would have been resolved.I am incredulous that this place is still in business. The interior of my car came back to me greasy and dirtier than when I left it. How can this happen?? In my 43 years of life I have never felt so ripped off for a service I paid for... and ithat’s saying A LOT.For shame.

Not pleased with experience today. I wanted my car wiped down and vacuumed on the inside. They wanted $600dollars and claimed they had no other options. The manager came over and said they can clean the windows and vacuum for 100. Once complete they didnt touch the back nor under mats. Ill be canceling my monthly membership for both cars.

Originally, a service member at this location quoted me $30 for a trunk cleaning due to some spilled liquids. I attempted to go to the happy valley location since it was closer, who had said on a phone call that they would honor the same price. Unfortunately, once I arrived at happy valley, they pushed the price to $45 and refused to compromise or even call this N Tatum location for verification of the original quote.Instead, I drove to this N Tatum location out of principal to receive the original offer, despite losing about 30 minutes of time. Once I arrived, I was quickly taken care of by Juan and Fernando who were understanding of the situation, and kept their word on the original quote.One might notice that I gave the Happy Valley location a very sub par review for the other leg or this experience. However, this location is now 2/2 on positive experiences, which this visit exceeding my expectations.Customer satisfaction seems to be rare these days, especially now during the pandemic. However the businesses that play fair and do their due diligence will inevitably come out of this better than the others.I will now be using the N Tatum location permanently.

I am very disappointed to see my regular car wash place is not enforcing a mask rule for customers or employees. I will not be coming back after watching an oil tech drive my, and others vehicles without wearing a mask during the pandemic.Decent place for a car wash. They usually do an good job. Their lube shop does a decent job too. Ive had my oil changed here 30 or more times and the only issue is they didnt pull the gasket off my filter once resulting in a driveway full of oil and a tow to their lube shop. The manager had their detail department clean up my engine bay bit didnt even comp the oil change or pay for the spill cleanup.

These people always leave my car dirty. I have went multiple times in the past month and they always disappoint me... I spoke with Oscar (the man who was supposed to inspect the vacuuming of the vehicle) and he just told me to come back tomorrow. I also got told to speak with Michael (The manager) but he was too busy at the time, but I was told to just arrive and let them know the details. The issue is that I shouldnt have to come back for what was supposed to be done correct the first time. I paid for the VIP wash which I was convinced to upgrade by the intake employee and I ended up leaving with a car not washed correctly and not vacuumed at all. Im so disappointed in this company. I will no longer recommend Jacksons moving forward.

Paid $25 for a car wash and ahead of time emphasized that I needed the dead bugs off my car and there was still dead bugs on windshield, side mirrors and front of car. I will be trying somewhere else. Also poor vacuum job done inside of the car.

Paid over $100 for a hand wash for my midsize SUV. The guy that helped me out told me that would include leather cleaning and conditioning plus armor all on all the plastic. All they did was use quick detailer all over my vehicle. My entire center dash was missed along with cup holders, shifter, etc. I have an SUV and they didnt clean anything behind the 2nd row. I never complain about car washes but when I pay over $100 (including an upcharge) Id like a more thorough cleaning than what I got today.

First time using the services in the Tatum location and I would never go back to the camelback. Cashier is super friendly and even with a crazy costumer coming with a horrible attitude she handled it very very good. I told her she’s appreciated because in the hour I was sitting there she had the best personality to every costumer.UPDATE! I was there for 2 hours. And nobody let me know my car was ready! And on top of that, it was completely dirty. I paid for the VIP WASH which it was recommended by the associate to meet my needs. And when the manager came about my complain he stated that they only slightly dust the seats and it was ok to still be dirty. Because I didn’t buy the ultimate! I told him I was not going to come back and he said that it was ok with him!

I dont know whats happened since Jacksons took over Dannys? $25 for a wash and they did a bad job and I waited for over 15 mins til they started finally bringing the cars thru? The wheels look terrible and theres soap all inside the back thats running down all over the back. The hatch was open and they saw it but ignored. Dont think Ill be back to this carwash again. Im bummed because Ive been coming here for years

Stole my engraved pocket knife.I went to get a quick oil change. When I got back in the car all the contents on both doors were shuffled around. I did not have time to get a car wash so only the guys who were changing the oil were in my car and had no reason to move anything. Talked to the manager that day and claimed he didnt have access to the cameras to see who stole it. Had to wait the following day for a different manager to check, called in the morning and was told he would called me back. He never did. Followed up a third time and he didnt even bother getting on the phone. Just told the lady who answered he didnt see anything. He probably didnt even check because he really didnt seem to care. At least have the decency to talk to me personally. Wont ever go back.

Horrible experience here at Jackson’s, I would not recommend taking your car here to be washed. I recently took my car here to be washed and my rim was damaged. I spoke to management who said it wasn’t their fault because their equipment wouldn’t do that. They are refusing to accept fault for the damage. They then tell you to call corporate to file a claim; just so corporate can have the managers at the location call you and tell you they still aren’t accepting fault and there’s nothing they can do. I requested video footage from them and they said I would have to call corporate to get it. Once again just getting the run around on everything. The only thing they offered me was a free car was so I can take it back so it can be damaged some more. I don’t think so. STAY FAR AWAY from this place.
