Came here today to pick up the new MAC Aladdin collection they did. I will say that for being a small makeup area inside Dillards, its not bad for their selection. And it seems like they keep things pretty well stocked on the products. I didnt have anyone do my makeup while I was there or anything. Being someone who does makeup for people, I know what I like and how to apply it. But the girl who helped me was friendly. She walked right up to me to ask if I needed help. I told her I was looking for the Aladdin collection and she pointed me to the display. While they did have the testers of it out, she had to go in the back to grab the items from it I wanted. Where as it seemed like other things they carried were right out in the open. I didnt mind that too much, I am just someone who likes to be able to grab and go. But she did grab them pretty quickly from the back. I have noticed they dont have any customer photos posted on Google. Minus one for the street view and a generic picture of the front inside of Dillards. So while I was there I took several photos. Just to help all the people out there wanting to see better what they carry and how everything it laid out. I hope it helps someone in the future. So they have a better idea of what to expect to find inside. I definitely tried to be thorough with what photos I took in the store for anyone wondering. I would have given 5 stars but I didnt try having someone apply my makeup. And I was a tiny bit thrown off with them not having the Aladdin collection products out in the open, only the testers on the display.

Julie is the manager and she is the absolute best! I came in for a workshop super hungover and she took such great care of me! Ive been back for more workshops since. Actually, she called me today (6 months later) just because she and the girls were talking about me and they wanted to know if I had gone my my trip yet. She remembered something i said in passing. They truly value their customers and I feel very special. The MAC girls are like friends and I love them. I will gladly drive out of my way for all purchases and visits! Ive heard so many negative comments about the artists at mac being stuck up or snobby but this location is by far the best I have been too! I have learned how to do my make up in a whole new way and its amazing! I highly recommend this location if you are looking for great customer service and just an awesome experience all around!

I spent some quality time in this store, and spent some money, too! The makeup artist was really nice, and quite well trained on color and products.

Ive never had my makeup done by anyone because I have Alopecia but it was my birthday and I needed to by new makeup anyways. I made my appt and had it done by someone there I dont want to mention a name because she was really nice and tried to get it to my liking but it just wasnt happening. I wanted a dramatic smokey look to go with my black dress I got that night. I showed her a few pictures and she said she got the idea. I only had an hour and 15 min because I had a hair appt next. We started at 1pm and when it was finished it looked really basic like I barley had any makeup on and the eye makeup wasnt even close to what I wanted. I wanted a glow look and didnt get that either. She could tell I wasnt fully happy about it and tried to fix it but it kept looking the same and I had to go. Time I got home my eye makeup was pretty much gone and the eyeliner was smeared .My husband was like I thought you were getting it done lol. I had to wash my face and start over before we left I looked like I just woke up and was going to get coffee at the gas station. I love MAC products but just didnt like the way it was done. Customer service was great idk..🤔

They dont have mac item for display, but they do provide sell point for MAC cosmetic.
