Its the great place to go. Reasonable price, too

Just dont even try for your own sake, this place is a nightmare. Get back in the car and go 1 mile east on greenway to Cave Creek Rd and just south of Chevron there is a well managed, clean, quiet Family Dollar there.

Very poor customer service to the customer service that i fever see lol 🤣

Kids toys and clothes are very cheap. A little unclean but everything is where its supposed to be. The staff is fine I quess. They do have off brand food for pretty cheap and lots of other name brand and as seen on tv productions for very good prices, especially compared to dollar tree

Store Is Dirty And Gross! Stuff All Over The Floor and looks like it’s never been swept or mopped. No carts to push only baskets to carry. I left out of there soon as I waked in yuk!!!!

Awful customer service one of the clerks acted really rude to one of child that was on the toy area, she took advantage that no adult was near her and told her to leave that area that it wasnt non of their business! Apparently it is their business because we are customers and they work there to assists us . not just because she was fixing the toys area dont mean my kids or any other kid are allow to look at the toys. I didnt get her name but next time i will and i will contact HR for her terrible service.

Family dollar at 3202 e greenway road just refused me derive because I was wearing a back pack. I asked what if I was a woman with a purse and they said that would be ok.

People tend to be very rude, and the place is poorly kept, yet the store has a great selection, and awesome prices!

Staff is not friendly, unpacked merchandise left in the open for tripping, prices are no savings... dollar should be removed from store name. Big Lots and Walmart will save you more money.

I go to this store only because I need too for certain things that are cheaper, but the employees there are just ridiculous ! They had two employees working, one was in the front talking on the phone about her personal problems, which Im sure they have a break room for that & the second is at the register & as Im checking out she is literally on her phone texting & im just staring at her waiting for her to approve the transaction. These woman were not professional at all & they just do not care for their job.. If I did that, I wouldve gotten written up.

First time I came in walk in and walked out to get a quick few items.

Was there tonight and there were so slw checking people out i was in line for 30 min. And there were still with one customer when i got in line so i walked out

Most of the items there I could go to any other store and find the exact thing for cheaper
