Had my couch updated (they changed the arms & eliminated the skirt in order to modernize it ) and reupholstered it in a fantastic fabric. Im beyond happy with the results!!! These folks are real craftsman and very talented. To top it off pricing was fair and theyre great human beings!!

I shopped prices for recovering four barstools with leather & hide, (3 other shops) and no one came close to the Kaizen price.This is a family run business (father & son) and I could not have been more pleased!They are honest, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had an old family rocking chair redone for a new baby on the way. They fixed up the wood, tightened it, added new foam and new fabric. I love the new look.

Kaizen recovered my cornices/valances with material I had provided. Casey and his father Joe were extremely pleasant and helpful in every way. The finished products are beautiful and the quality of workmanship excellent. I will definitely be back!

Casey and team were wonderful to work with. We took in an antique rocking chair that badly needed some care. They patiently worked with us on choosing upholstery and didnt charge us an arm and a leg to restore the frame. The 100-year-old chair looked and felt brand new. Couldnt be happier with their work!
