I referred my father to Tina at Exceptional Hearing Care because he kept mentioning the constant ringing in his ears. Tina did a full hearing analysis for him and my father was fitted with a set of hearing aids that have completely changed his world and quality of life! He shows me his phone app which allows his hearing aids to be adjusted to several different options and he says he can hear more now than he has in 30 years. Tinas expertise and compassion for her clients is what made me choose her company and Im grateful that my father can finally hear again!

Tina is a kind, gracious woman who excels in her career. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me handouts to take home. She showed me several types of hearing aids and explained the pros and cons of each. She was available for questions by phone and if I had to leave a message, she responded the same day. Felt it was a very professional and knowledgeable testing. Did a great job of explaining what would happen ahead of test and then again after with test results and what exactly they meant. Did not feel that sole purpose, unlike some places, was to sell those hearing aids! Would definitely recommend this office to others and plan to return myself for yearly testing to track my hearing loss.

I had walked in with an immediate need. I have worn hearing aids for about 8 years now, and my current set had lived their life. Being new to the area, I wasnt sure who to go to. Ms. Patton was extremely knowledgeable and very detailed in what my options would be. Ive had some damage issues and she was quick in her assistance. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with their hearing.

Tina at Exceptional Hearing Care was recommended to me after I was identified with hearing loss but continued to ignore how those results were affecting my everyday life(in AND out of the workplace). After discussing the results of my hearing exam with my two RN coworkers, they readily pointed out my hearing deficiencies jokingly whenever it was apparent during our communications. I had hearing losses in the high decibel range which were most oblivious during conversations with higher pitched women voices( I tried to joke it was selective...lol ). After meeting and consulting with Exceptional Hearing, I purchased a pair of hearing aids and my two RNs even scolded me when I wasnt wearing them(you know how men can be sometimes...haha). needless to say things have gotten exceptionally better(smile).
