Miracle Ear has been a miracle in my life, and Kim has delivered it! The last time our entire family was together, Christmas of 2019, I missed out on a lot of the jokes and general conversation. Something had to be done. With the likelihood of a big gathering hopefully soon upon us, I decided I must get hearing aids. I knew I didn’t want them to be exposed outside of my ear or to be constantly adjusting them. I’m 83 years old, but still a bit vain.Kim fitted me with the ME Mini RF3 just two weeks ago. Since then I’ve dined indoors and out, attended an outdoor concert— all with perfect clarity. Kim’s adjustments were spot on. I will see her again tomorrow, but my hearing is so good, I haven’t a clue what more she can do to improve it. My family is so happy for me. My biggest relief is not asking people to repeat what they said. My biggest treat is to hear the birds again!

I cant say enough about this location. Kim is knowledgeable and awesome to work with. The hearing aids I purchased here have raised my quality of life to a level I didnt think possible anymore. We have six grandchildren that we are actively involved with and now I can hear them perfectly. With the Covid 19 mask ordinance in our city I was struggling at work and at home to hear and communicate with anyone. My husband did NOT want hearing aids … in fact three other sets were ignored in his nightstand drawer. As a last resort, I tried Miracle Ear Paradise Valley and Kim was the answer to my prayers. She has infinite patience and willingly explained the procedure, tests etc. Billy can hear for the first time in years. Kim also understands when we have to make an adjustment trip (almost monthly). I am very happy with my new hearing aids from miracle ear. I have been using another expensive brand for many years and the miracle ear hearing aids are much better in sound quality. Kim did a fine job of adjusting and fitting my new hearing aids and I am very happy with my experience.
