The service was great . The Dr. Took the time to Listen to all my concerns and explain everything to me. The staff is very friendly . I would recommend them .

I had a very positive outcome from my hearing aide issue. Jonathan provided great service and had my hearing aides reprogrammed and working to my satisfaction.

These are my first hearing aids. I switched to HearUSA after visiting a private service to take advantage of their 20% AARP discount. I was able to get a top-of-the-line hearing aid for less money than the first hearing aid I tested from the private company. My audiologist was first class. Friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He took plenty of time to answer ALL my questions to be sure I was comfortable before leaving. Outstanding customer service and device performance.

I bought hearing aids from this vendor back in 2018. After 2 1/2 years settings were a bit light. After a thorough cleaning and readjustment I can hear well again! Terrific help from the service provider.No charge for this service, these aids are as good as new...perhaps a touch better!

Wonderful experience! My mother went in to HearUSA today not being able to hear well, walked out with great hearing aids, which has significantly improved her quality of life. Everyone at this facility was kind, caring and professional. And, the cost was more than reasonable.

I just got my hearing aids 2 wks ago had to go back first wk, they wouldnt work. They have stopped working twice since then I put them back on charger and first time they started working again. Right now ones not working. Very disappointed. I went back an they are putting me into a different hearing aid. They are trying hard to help. Tk you .Well I now have different aids and they are working wonderful. Thank you
