I have to say I am so impressed with Dawn at the U-Haul at 19th Ave. & Bell Rd. No matter what day Dawn always has that bubbly, energetic attitude.I hope U-Haul appreciates her as her customers do.She would be a great asset to any company.Appreciate your knowledge, help, energy. You do it all!!!Dawn goes above and beyond. She gives 100 per cent every time to everyone. Customer service is excellent and worth the wait when busy.

I was highly impressed with Dawn Rael this past Saturday. It was raining and there was mud everywhere, but yet she went above and beyond to provide my family and I with excellent service. From the time I stepped into the store until we were finished with the move and brought the truck back she was nothing but helpful. I appreciate everything Dawn and her team did and look forward to using this location in the future.

Propane refill will take between 30 to 1 hr just to get help. If you habe time take it here, if not find elsewhere. They are busy at this location.

Went to get propane and we were told to come back later because they were crazy busy. Not sure how we didnt classify as customers but we were brushed off like our money didnt matter.Needless to say, we will not be returning to that location any longer. So disappointing...

This is an awesome team of VERY HELPFUL individuals! I had my whole trailer hitch installed at this store, I rent trailers to take my offroad toys out of town and have never had a single issue! Everything worked out like a dream. Instead of buying a trailer for nearly $2,000.00. I rent a trailer for a few dollars on every trip! And Im riding my Quad and exploring Arizona!And the best part?These people really do want to make you smile! The hitch install was flawless. They install the wiring harness needed.I install my motorcycle and having fun!Many thanks to the UHaul Team!
