Stellar customer service. Their selection changes daily, and they found me exactly what I needed! The delivery charge was affordable so that was a huge help. Linda was excellent to work with, really let me look around and find what I wanted. I highly recommend coming here if you need office furniture.

Purchased a large conference table for my company. Smooth process to order it. Great price. Getting the item was a little tricky. They had a mixup and I went to pick it up because I was told it was there and it was not. The table was delayed 2 days. To be fair, it was more on the manufacturer building the table. But! Chris offered to deliver it for free because of the complication. They delivered it bright and early the next day and helped bring it inside and set it up for us. So despite the hiccup, Chris and Arizonq Office Liquidators made up for it in the end. Will definitely come back for more furniture pieces.

Wife selection of new and used office furniture. We were greeted at the door by a very knowledgeable staff member that answered our questions and showed us some items of interest. Lots of great brand names and good prices.

I just bought a double workstation from AZ Office Liquidator today. They really did a great job in making sure that I was buying the right piece for my office. When I walked in I was greeted right away and Cher came over to help me. I had found the desk I was looking for online and she walked me out to the showroom. When I told her the dimensions of the office she didnt think the double unit I was looking at would work. Once I got her the dimension she started putting all of it into her design software and I thought Oh here we go, now shes going to try and sell me some expensive new furniture that I dont need. I was totally wrong. She took the time to figure out how my file cabinets and storage would lay out in the office and told me the double workstation I wanted would actually work if I laid it out just like her drawing which was to scale. Cher is a real professional who knows her business. The price was right, the service was great and I will definitely be back in the future. I also got a chance to meet the friendly owner before I left. Good local family owned business. Thanks a lot!

Just picked up a couple of used tables purchased at Arizona Office Liquidators. The tables are fine (except for the wads of chewing gum still stuck on the underside - yuck), but the reason for writing this review is the excellent service I got from Shawn at the loading dock.I bought two tables and wanted to try to get them into our cross-over SUV. It was going to be a tight fit until Shawn stepped in and took off the legs. I had been told by the staff that it would be very difficult to take off the legs and that I would have an even harder time getting them back on. Not true at all.Without any hesitation or trying to convince me that nothing could be done, Shawn quickly got his tools and went to work. Five minutes later, all the legs were off and the tables were easily tucked inside the vehicle. When I got home, it was easy to re-attach the legs.Throughout this process, Shawn was helpful, energetic and overall just great. His service left me with a very favorable final impression of the business. So thanks, Shawn. I would have had to make two trips if it hadn’t been for your willingness to solve problems and help your customers.

Jeano and Cindy helped me out a lot when I was looking for an office chair. I was hoping they had some used Humanscale chairs and they did! They also had a great selection of used Hon office chairs and also Herman Miller office chairs. They also offer Hon and Herman Miller chairs that are new as well. The warehouse part of the showroom has a nice A/C so its cool or at least room temperature. I really liked how they show a lot of their used selection online with pricing which is something you dont see at other office furniture stores. I would give this place a shot before going to a big box store for office chairs and office desks if youre in the Phoenix area.

The sales people are great every time I go there they have what I need but the warehouse workers are lazy every time I go there we go to the warehouse to look at what I need I asked sales person can I have that tomorrow shes like let me ask the warehouse and every time she asked them and I am standing there with her they say no there to busy but if it was not for the customer buying furniture and sales people getting sales the warehouse staff would not have a job.I would like to give sales a 5 star and the warehouse 1 star for no effort. again warehouse staff lazy and worthless if I was there boss I would fire them and get people that what to help the company grow.

Waste of time. Website said they had certain chairs in stock - I called to confirm but no answer twice - drove over anyway and of course they were out of stock. Salesperson seemed unsurprised about the situation.

Stopped in looking for a home office desk and chair. My salesperson, Cher, was awesome. She understood what I was looking for and patiently escorted me through their selection of used furniture. The warehouse was clean and well organized. I ended up selecting a new desk, which was priced lower than many of the used desks I looked at elsewhere, and a used chair. I couldnt be happier with my decision! I highly recommend Arizona Office Liquidators and especially Cher!

Low inventory but very helpful staff

I cant say enough good things about Arizona Office Liquidators. Jeano and the team took great care of us finding us furniture that would work in our space. The delivery team was helpful and did a great job setting things up. If you are in the market for office furniture - used or new - go see them!

The staff were very helpful. The selection was good. They staff helped but didnt push the sale, gave me time to walk around and look and not feel rushed or pressured. They offered us a great deal in a conference table and chairs and have been extremely happy with the sale woman!!

The warehouse is clean and well lit and the staff has resisted having just a jumble of furniture. And the staff was helpful in supplying my needs and loading it into my vehicle. The warehouse is split between used and new items with a big selection.

Terrible customer service. Drove from west Phoenix and waited 45 for someone to help us on a Saturday. Two customer service people and one lady organizing catalogs. She was unable to give prices or help in any way. Wasted two hrs on a Saturday for nothing. Not worth the drive. Ill give my money to someone who wants business.
