I used Fidelity EstateSales to purchase several items. Since I live in Texas I was going to have the items shipped. I thought the price of shipping was included in a “premium” fee that the auction people charged me. Imagine my surprise when Pak Mail called me and told me it was going to be over $250. I know shipping is expensive, but this was very high for me. My daughter lives in Phoenix, so I asked if she could pick up because I am flying in for Thanksgiving. They unpacked everything and were rude to my daughter. Charged me a $30 pick up fee, and didn’t even wrap the items until we asked how they expect us to move the items. A very negative experience for us.

These folks actually utilize packing methods that save customers on costs and they do so without cutting any corners in protecting fragile items. We used the mailing service at the Pak Mail in Phoenix on 32nd Street & Bell Rd. Excellent customer service! We needed to send a package to Oregon that had to be kept frozen.When we called they gave clear instructions on what we needed to do. While purchasing dry ice they even put our package in their freezer. We tried the UPS store first. They didnt help. They said they were not allowed to handle dry ice.Bravo Pak Mail!!

Thieves No other word for it. They are in cahoots with EJs auction dont deal with either of them. $61 dollars for an 8 lb box fed ex ground with ONE wrapped item.

I was a 1st time buyer from EJs Auctions and this is their recommended shipper. They picked up 2 framed posters and 3 unframed ones, wrapped 2 in a box and 3 in a shipping tube and shipped Fedex ground. The cost was $287!!!I ship posters several time a week-some framed, some not. A local shipper boxes the framed ones. Last week I sent out 2 large framed ones via Fedex ground--cost $93, which included packing and everything. My posters were larger and weighed more.So even though Pak Mail did an EXCELLENT job of packing and shipping, their high cost will prevent me from using them again or from buying from EJs.

This was the first time I had purchased something from an out of state auction. Pak Mail was used by the auction house and did an excellent job. I called to make sure of the procedure and it was all pretty routine to them. They schedule after auction pick up and mailing process and can give an accurate delivery date, with tracking. The packaging was excellent, also and work what they charge. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Pak has been absolutely great with my packing and shopping needs. I have shipped fragile heirlooms, unusual sized furniture items and typical everyday packages. The staff take great care of the items and pack them to insure safe arrival at their new destination! I highly recommend them for all your packing and shipping needs. Mark and his team shipped a full pallet of fragile drums I purchased in an auction in Phoenix. Last fall I shipped furniture and art work from AZ to GA through this Pak Mail and am very happy with the service. Mark and his team did an excellent job of packing and securing on a palate a huge armoire, large tub chairs, a rug, a large lamp and many more misc items. All arrived intact and on timeI also just recently mailed a large framed art work which arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. I have them pack and ship the art I buy in Phoenix to my house in Kentucky. Three different packages -- all of them framed fine art behind glass; and all of them arrived without a scratch. 5-star!

I had many breakable items that were fragile and could have been easily mishandled, but they were not. Due to the excellent packaging and shipping care my items received, all items arrived in good order. This was a real test, a pallet of large boxes filled with antique items from depression glass to fine china. Not a nick or ding...all packed and mailed in GOOD ORDER!

Unprofessional and Incompetent.I had 5 rare and out of production model trains shipped to me and instead of wrapping them individually, they wrapped them all together and they arrived broken. When I filed a claim and brought this to their attention instead of reimbursing me for the destroyed merchandise they sent the items to FedEx to get their opinion.Fed Ex denied the claim since it wasnt their fault for the shoddy backing job. The trains were sent back to PakMail with their findings and decison. I had to call Fed Ex to inquire about my claim since Pak Mail never contacted me.That was 4 months ago.
