I arrived very early in the morning to purchase a laptop pc. The only person in the electronics area was a new employee named Yasmin. Despite only having a few days on the job, she was able to assist me with every request. She was patient and very helpful. It is this type of extraordinary customer service that motivates customers to return again and again. Thank you for being an exemplary example of customer service excellence. This review is regarding their new order-and-pickup arrangement, not regarding the entire store.Under their previous order-and-pickup arrangement, I could choose to enter the front of the store and pick up an order. I especially liked this for items difficult to locate in such a large store. Also, I’m 70 with mobility problems, so this option kept me from wandering aimlessly in the store.The new order-and-pickup arrangement involves parking in a numbered space and using an app to let them know you arrived and what space # you’re in.To summarize my experience:1. I drove around 15 minutes trying to find the pickup parking spots, which were blue signs just like all the handicapped signs.2. I used the app as instructed and waited 20 minutes, nothing was brought to my car.3. I went into the store for help, another 20 minute wait.4. I went to find the items.I deeply regret trying this new pickup arrangement published on Walmart’s website, a poorly-managed option. I picked it instead of Amazon, and this experience has taught me what store to choose for future purchases.

Customer service at this walmart is terrible. I did a return and it took this walmart Longer then 4.5 hours to turn the key to return the customers money and Im still waiting. This walmart need to start being accountable for there employees and customers. Come on man.

My first time here and I was very impressed. Its an especially huge facility and often has a large selection of items. The selfserve checkout area is extremely large with much more counter space to bag items and for your shopping cart. Others Ive been to are not laid out this way. The only downside that I found was that with the very long aisles, its hard see what products might be at the far end of the aisle.

They have EVERYTHING. Great prices. Talk about one stop shop. I always want to shop and leave real quick but its impossible. To many great things I need.

Went for eye exam and glasses. Very fast service, and the staff very friendly. As soon as you walk in you feel the good vibes. The receptionist very helpfull. The doctor very specific letting me know about my moms eyesight. Maria and Caroline in the vission center were very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place, also fast service 👍moms got her new glasses 2 days before thank you ladies😁

Walmart Pico Rivera is being remodeled. Looks like they are adding a dollar & up section similar to Target. They have reduced their in person cashiers to only 4 register ( long lines) and have expanded the self check out, where there is a counter for you to scan and bag your items. Mc Donalds and a nail salon are also inside this location.

The customer service lady was very nice helping me with the Money orders I had to get. Keep it up

Its a nice place to shop. They have a lot of self check outs, plus I like how they got an worker cleaning them after someone finishes using it. Way to go!!! Only thing I dont like is that you have to pay for shopping bags. Being from NC we dont. So Im keeping mines on hand while Im here for the time Im here.

Downey, CA store still has no carts waited for your customer came out with one that took 15 minutes. Was at you re store a week ago and still out of box 20 and 40 cans of cat food also green treats but plenty of dog food dry and wet. Had to travel to Pico Rivera, CA and was also out big box of cat wet food but had tons of dog food and yes also out green treats.

Love this location. They have everything from grocery to paint and tools for a home project. Modern self serve check out is very convenient, plenty of space to put your merchandise, and fun to do it yourself.

Four stars here because most of the time when I visit the store is always clean and the staff is willing to help. I didnt give 5 because I have changed the store up so much that sometimes its hard to find things and the app doesnt show you where things are a the aisle. I was looking for fabric stain guard and no one could tell me where it was.

The actual Store is great with great and amazing and overall great staff. I have nothing bad to say about the store itself. The thing I have an issue with is their customer service as every time I call the line hangs up. I have never called before and left or said anything rude for my number to be a targeted. It has been an ongoing issue at first I called because there was an expense I was not aware being charged to my card I am still not aware of what happened and now I am trying to locate something that might have been left at this location but yet no response.

Pretty good experience.. Went in to change the car battery and did some shopping.. Checkout was fast.

Its Walmart always crowded, oh it seems they have a lot of products locked up hopefully when we ring for service we dont have to wait forever. I personal hate to stop and show my receipt when leaving store we dont pay a membership, we leave lots of money..lol 😆

I have mobility issues as do many retirees and the store only has six mobility scooters for shopping in this huge store and four of those are broken?? Many shells were bare they were busy stocking the shelves but since when did they stop stalking the night before and start stalking after the stores open? Manager had no answers for the scooter problem just that she put an order in? Costcos and many Sams clubs have as many as 10 and Costco has employees in the parking lots bringing them right back in when theyre in the parking lot.

It was great in my opinion. I felt a little out of place but only in my head. The people are friendly, the service is great and the environment is comfy!

Walmart is a all in one supermarket where you can get all groceries medicine electronic clothing and what not. Specially this Walmart is huge and open till late hours as well.

I usually never give reviews, But Man this walmart is ALWAYS AND I MEAN A.L.W.A.Y.S an absolute mess, EVERYTIME I get a uber eats/postmates pick up, theres always an issue, few days ago I lost 35$ and an hour and a half of my time because they lost my customers order and told me they would find a different driver, no apology, worst walmart in LA ask anybody

I couldnt find a few things I had on my list. They didnt have any black hoodies, blonde hair dye, dark chocolate covered pretzels, or mini Dr. Pepper sodas. When I asked for help the employees seemed uninterested and bored of being there. They told us that if we didnt see it on the shelf they didnt have any at all.

Waited 15 mins for some one to open the case so I can buy the parents choice baby shampoo for a $1….. btw I didn’t get to buy it cause no one still came buy to help me. Why lock up $1 parents choice baby soap???? For a dollar… This is ridiculous!!!

Just recently went to Walmart they had no baskets and all the other basket or shopping cart were either broken or didnt work. They Need more cashiers there to help speed the lines up. It take way to long to get in and out.

Walmart...seems that folks either love it or not. Whats to love: clean, huge selection, great hours. Whats not to love: busy, takes some time to criss cross the store, and the biggest problem of all, is that it seems like they are always out of the one thing that you need most--really poor inventory control.

It seems that everything is locked up. Spend more time waiting for employee to open display. Gave up after 45 minutes of pressing the service button with no show. Also only have one cashier working the cash register. Another long wait.

I went to Walmart and I was almost attacked by a homeless person and I dont feel that its safe shopping at the Walmart on Washington boulevard Pico Rivera CA.

Nice organized place just slightly low stocks on certain things like Gatorade,water, etc.

My go to Walmart. Recently remodeled and the selection has greatly expanded. The store is now mostly self checkout with 4 regular check stands open.

This store seemed a lot nicer compared to other walmarts around the area, WalMart associates were really friendly and helpful. I found online pick-up to be a bit inconvenient, you need to call for them to get your order out for you. No pick-up counter or pick-up area. Many many self checkouts, no more long wait long line. Would definitely shop at this WalMart again.

Store was kept unorganized and items are out of stock.Items are locked in cabinets but pushing call box button several times but no associate came to help.When I ask one of associate,her answer was I dont work in this department, no help and supervisor are acting like they buzzy but no help.I think Walmarts need to find better staffing with knowledge about service they need to know with out customer who will shop at Walmart***???Last Walmart has very bad service!!🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

I walked so much couldnt find a chair to sit. I WOULD OF SHOPPED MORE BUT I WAS TIRED. In a way it was a good thing and the returned customer service line is too long.

This store is so very mismanaged. There is never, ever any carts available. And shelves are always empty. And now you have to wait in long lines just to check YOURSELF out. (No purchasing alcohol in these lines). This store is so inconvenient its not funny. The employees seems to know of these problems and are apologetic, but that does not solve the many problems this store has.

Picked up some items needed for the household this morning and I get that some times getting up in the morning and going to work can be challenging. But the young girl working the door and checking receipts is unfriendly. She had her arms crossed and when I presented my receipt, she gave me this look like shed rather be somewhere else. This Walmart is very unique. Very calm and slow in the mornings. Insanely packed both inside and out. More than once Ive had to abort a trip or drive to Pico Rivera for more favorable conditions. Its not a condemnation simply an observation. Good crowd. The churros in the parking lot are actually really good 👍👍

Love this place because they have just about everything you could possibly need. Employees will go out of there way to help you find what your looking for, and they are always busy stocking shelves. Aisles are wide and store is clean. Prices are reasonable.

This spot is pretty clean and Ive never had any issues. The staff is usually on point If i ever needed help. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of how they treated the procedures during covids higher points. Very little to no protection for customers at the time and didnt limit the number of people allowed in the store. Other than that its Walmart people, your get what you expected.

I normally dont shop at this location. Happen to just stop in for a 🔐 lock. I was so impressed with how all the employees I came across, about 5-6 they all said hi with a smile 😊 Was even asked 3 times if I was finding everything okay and if I need help they are here for me. Nice job workers. Time was around 8-830pm

Very busy Saturday. Lots of vendors of dubious goods in the parking lot.

Store expanded on self checkout lanes and cut back on employee cashiers last week. Unfortunately upc code issues have employees working the numerous lanes very busy. Some customers however aint having the longer lines and some are just fed up with waiting so you tend to see extra bonus items added to shopping carts on the way out. All that money that the high level Executive thought he would save the company by cutting back on the labor budget is actually looking like a wash because instead of those funds headed to the WalMart bank those funds are looking like they will be moved and reinvested into the WalMart Loss Prevention 2021 budget. Also ran into my boy Rick Chino!
