Will never return. I wish I could give zero stars. I rarely write reviews but I really felt that this had to be shared. Firstly, I was disappointed in the work done and the older man who owns Castle Shannon Auto Body was so rude it was unbelievable. I overheard him speaking to someone about another customer and the things he said were so appalling I cant even write them here. But I will say that I heard multiple racial slurs from this man (and laughing while saying it, too) and was beyond disgusted. The fact that he had the nerve to speak like this when I was only a few feet away totally shocked me. I would expect much more from a senior citizen, let alone one who owns business and works with people. If you respect yourself and other people, do not give this man your business.

Bill Golden has been taking care of our automobiles for over 15 years. I have found him to always be professional, timely, honest, respectful and his work has always been impeccable!

All I did was get an estimate very professional
