I bought the car on the 10th of Sept. 2 weeks after getting it, it broke down. Took it to one of the warranty shops. It needed a whole new transmission. Had to pay $240 to get it towed to another warranty shop cause that one doesnt do transmission work. All to be told I wont have the car that Ive payed $1000 + $240 tow for another month. It is ridiculous. Honestly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had!!!

No one would come out and greet me as I was browsing the lot. Maybe thats normal nowadays.

If i could give 0 stars i would i bought this car in june of this year and iv had nothing but problems with this car 2 weeks after i bought it i needed new brakes and rotors the battery died and it needed charged the battery is going currently and the serpentine belt shreaded a week ago something doesn’t seem right i dont recomend this place at all

I was approve online for a down payment of $695, however, when I got there I was told I needed to put $4,000 down. No explanation as to why the huge difference. So, I would be financing $10,000 on a $14,000 car. My payments would be $389 per month over 5 years. Thats a total of $23,000. Again, no explanation as to why I would be paying 103% more than what I would have financed. The only bright side was that, they had a great selection of cars and the staff were very welcoming.

Beware!! Beware!!! I went to drivetime and got a 2016 Ford Fusion, 3 months after, I went to a actually Ford dealership, and bought a 2017 Ford Escape for my wife, with 7,000 miles on it, the sales guy was so informative about don’t go to second hand dealerships and why, essentially they are there own banks, so they can let the cars go for cheap down payments and charge you a insane interest rate ( Drivetime and Carvana ) so weeks later after buying the Ford Escape, I decided to trade the Ford Fusion in, and get a 2017 Ford Escape eco-boost with no miles on it, so they called Bridgecrest ( Finance company ) for Drivetime, the pay off amount was $20,000, the sales man was stunned, he said they have to be charging you a high interest rate, because that car is not worth that much, come to find out, there charging 20% interest rate, modern day loan shark, the legal amount the can charge on interest rate is 21%, the sales man said the Ford Dealership wouldn’t take that car because it’s in negative equity, I called Bridgecrest, and was like, I don’t want this car, y’all can keep the money, I spent on it, just take it back, they told me that can’t do that, but I can drop it off at Drivetime, but it would be on my Record as a voluntary repossession, like what??

Terrible has told repeatedly that I was approved. Took 45 minutes to be waited on only to be told that they cant finance because I drive for lyft. When I applied I told them this.

Ryan was understanding when we shared some concerns and ensured everything was corrected prior to moving forward with the sale. Strongly recommend seeing him for your next vehicle.

Our sales rep was Isaiah Prince. He was great. The process took longer than we had expected, but our original intention was only to window shop.
