They will tell you what you want to hear to make the sale. 8 months after a $95k truck purchase I am still waiting on rims that were part of the sale. They keep claiming theyre backordered from covid. My sales guy has stopped responding. The commercial guys in Wexford are just as bad. Service dept was good for a recent service.

UPDATED: so not having the oil change done yesterday resulted in a call from their customer service, resulted in me returning today to have the works oil change and tire rotation completed in addition they threw in a quick car wash.Spoke with Mark in parts super nice so ordered my weather tech rain guards for all four windows from him. Same price as official weather tech site minus shipping cost and arrives in 1-2 days. !!!3-4-21. Quick lane isn’t quick. Arrived for scheduled appointment, “express oil change” was told to be drive up and 1/2 hour. Get here and am told it’s an hour+.

Between me and my wife, we bought 3 cars from ShultsFord. You would think I was a valued customer or at least I thought I was. I went to shop for a new truck and walked in showroom twice and was totally ignored. I was even outside looking at lot, not one salesperson came to me to ask to help me. Im amazed at this by any dealership, I really thought the idea was to sell cars. I miss Walt, their finance guy, he made things happen. I ended up at Monroeville Dodge and bought a ram, two weeks later bought my wife a MKX. 2 expensive vehicles within a month, Im blessed to be able to do so but I was treated like my business wasnt welcomed there. Forget the fact that we have decent credit scores, trade ins and money to put down. I just wanted some type of acknowledgement from someone, but they were all busy at their desks talking to each other in deep conversations, they looked at me and kept it talking! Wow. Great way to treat a returning customer. I even referred 3 friends who bought vehicles but now Ill never refer anyone to them and not give them any of my business. I even met the owner before, he seemed like a decent dude, I wonder if he knows how his employees are treating customers and costing him money and a bad reputation, because word of mouth is powerful and more so wit Internet reviews.

Bought a used car from them. Within a few days had an issue. They took care of it and drove the car 40 minutes back to me in less than 24 hours. Went above and beyond with customer service more than most wouldve. Want to thank Ray in Hamar for his professionalism and communication. Not good customer service at all.. and I tried to remain as patient as possible throughout this ordeal.. I can’t understand why this company can’t or jus won’t fix the roof rack that I tried having serviced since December 2020.. it was a recalled item as well...They pushed me off for the longest time saying they had to order parts.. only months later to see that all the did was apply an glue like substance to the original rack and could not lay the roof rack down properly! Twice inconvenienced with a loaner car process an overnight truck stay for it to be poorly put together with the original rack! I even had the service manger look at it and called corporate several times because I can’t understand why this facility clearly sees that it’s not applied properly and yet they continue to push it off like it’s not important! I dealt with the run around and “thank you’s for me being patient”with the matter but I’m still confused that this place was comfortable not handling this situation correctly! Also... I brought this situation with proof of pictures attached & emailed to Kelly J. your customer service relations representative AGAIN already on May 3rd and haven’t heard back with the hopes that this would be takin care for the 3rd time around... it’s sad because if this vehicle was owned by them I’m sure they wouldn’t have accepted this mess! Not to mention their service guys scratched the heck out of the plastic roof rack while trying to adhere it! But I wasn’t complaining about that I jus wanted it attached right!Bottom line... 1st Ford and it’ll be my last! Everyone that compliments this truck I tell them it’s for sale! An I continue with why they should NOT purchase a Ford and all the problems I’ve had .. I purchase new vehicles only so in hopes of having no silly issues like this..but the way this company handled me Unprofessional Claire too is ridiculous an shameful! I jus wanted it done right but to them it was good enough!? Now I ride around on rainy days hoping water isn’t getting in under the area that should be sealed to the truck... so this company is a NO .. and please don’t recommend I contact Kelly because I have 5-3-21 with pictures and she responded saying “she’ll be in touch”🤷🏽‍♀️ Thankfully I haven’t held my breath... and she doesn’t need to reach out at this point.

10/10 experience at Shultz in Harmar. Ben was super helpful with finding me something practical and in my price range. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered every question we had. I never felt pressured and the process went way faster than expecting! Ben & Chris were very patient and took the time to explain the whole process thoroughly to make sure I understood every step of the way. The deal was exactly as negotiated, no last minute surprises. Quick and painless process! Abby was very welcoming and reassuring to my family while going through the process. The whole team was genuinely excited to help find and see me drive off with something I loved!

Where do I begin? The overall support started off great and purchasing a used vehicle was easy. I chose a 2018 Subaru from the lot and paperwork was started. After the deal was done and I was on my way home I found a few minor issues which I had missed on my test drive. First issue? A chipped windshield that was hard to spot during the drive in the rain. Second issue? The volume/power control knob on the radio head unit was inoperable. I emailed the used car sales manager the next morning to report these issues. He was overall polite and explained that these issues would get “squared away”. A few days later his contact repaired the windshield – super nice guy! I was then instructed to drop off the vehicle for repair of the radio. I dropped it off and was told later in the day that it would have to be repaired by Subaru and they would help work out all the details. Great! Thanks!…A few weeks go by and I receive a phone call from the sales person, and I was informed that the used car manager had explained that they were no longer going to assist with the radio as they found out it was a “known issue” and it wasn’t broken when it was on their lot so I “must have broken it” – I was very disappointed in the attitude I received while on the phone while stating my case that they at first said it would be fixed, then the backout after a few weeks? What was the deciding factor to slam the door in my face? The cost? In my opinion, this is a bad business practice.

The staff are polite and I always feel like I am being treated fairly, but I have to knock off a couple points for communications problems in the service department. Both our cars are from here and we used to get all our service done here as well, but it is SO hard to schedule even a simple oil change. and I am not even complaining about appointments being filled and having to wait, you cant even MAKE an appointment. The online service booking app has been down for quite a while, and it is very hit or miss if you can actually get a hold of a real person when you call to schedule service or if anyone will even bother to call you back when you leave a message. Once you have an appointment, things are fine and everyone is very polite, but I am not sure whats going on. We have been going there for 10+ years and it was never like this before.

I purchased a vehicle from this location. Pretty much everything was ok actually but I was promised all weather floor mats while I was buying it. I was told they were out of it and give me a call as soon as they have it. It’s been 5 months and no one ever called me. I tried to call them, text the salesman left bunch of messages but they just ignored all of my calls and messages.

We bought a 2017 Ford Escape from this location we had issues the windshield wiper fluid did not spit out it came with scratches on the car the car sale men Mark didnt tell us about the miles per gallon its says its 24 miles per gallon when its is actually 19 miles per gallon. When it got damage and someone hit our car they never pick up the phone to fix it they give us a estimate from Bob that they call in a day put they never called at all and he say they would fix it our insurance company tried calling them too but they never respond to them either to get the vehicle fix. Not reliable wish we never bought a car from there. Whenever you do dont believe what they said about getting your car fix from them.

We brought a Vehicle in good faith for Auto Body Service & when we requested a written Warranty, they refused to provide any Customer Service or Estimate for our extensive(Up to $10,000)storm damage for Insurance Claim, even though we had our Insurance Adjuster on site. We were then told to leave & dont come back because Shultz Ford isnt interested in your kind of business.All we wanted is a written Warranty!We then went to the front of the Store & requested to Speak with the Dealerships GM. He became indifferent after discussing it with his Auto Body Manager & said, Our Auto Body Shop has enough business & not interested in helping Customers like you wanting a written Warranty prior to the work being done.Buyer be very wary about this Dealerships shady business practices because obviously they dont care about you, the Customer, & only want to back up their work if they feel like it, if at all!Luckily, we were able to drive the Vehicle off the lot & didnt pay for it to be towed in! Your time, hardships, & welfare is extremely unimportant, not valued by Richard Bazzy, or his false Advertisements!! YEEHAW!!!

I personally have not bought a car at this location. I recently purchased a new Ford bronco sport at the Schultz Ford South location. I ordered some aftermarket parts and while I was here I figured I would ask and find out how to get my hotspot to work in my vehicle. I was told to ask one of the sales representatives to show me. Three of them sat there talking about how you might connect to Wi-Fi (don’t get me wrong they were all nice) but one of the associates actually walked up and said let me try and help you I’m not sure that we will be able to figure it out but I will give it a try. Lori was one of four sales representatives I saw that day and she was the only one to come to my car and physically try and help me. I appreciated that very much and together we figured out how to enable and also use my vehicles Wi-Fi hotspot. This has been bothering me for the past three weeks and I appreciate all your help Lori! I will continue to come back to this location for parts in the future since it is closer to my house and I look forward to seeing you in the future Lori! Thank you once again for all your help especially since you weren’t even asked! Great customer service!

Terrible service department. My vehicle has not been properly repaired in one attempt. 6 times for a starter to get replaced. 3 times for a death wobble that didn’t get repaired until I took truck else where and paid out of pocket. Truck will be going back now for 4th time with front axle issues.Dear “owner”I did speak with your Customer relationships manger and other managers at your store. And now your dealership is attempting to charge me $1800 to repair damages caused by Shults ford to my vehicle. The dealers technicians damaged my vehicle and is finding any excuse not to pay for their damage. Blaming after market parts for the damage. Those parts did not cause damage, and are only on the vehicle to correct a death wobble that Shults ford could not correct after three failed attempts. All I got from Shults was we can not duplicate the problem and sent the vehicle back to me putting my safety and the safety of the motoring public around me at risk. The dealership was even shown video evidence that the problem did indeed exist and their repair attempts didnothing.The service manager at this store has been rude, ignorant, very unprofessional, has straight up lied to me and when called out on his lie raised his voice to me and and started yelling he’s not going to argue and kept repeating himself getting louder and mad cause I caught him in a lie.Now weeks later I have my vehicle back. I have been told by Shults that my vehicle is fixed, it’s not. The 1800 Shults tried to charge me was to replace ball joints. None of the ball joints were replaced but yet the service manager told me they needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion from another shop and they found items not properly repaired and other components damaged. They also believe Shults installed used parts my truck. I have taken my truck to another Ford dealer and they said the same thing. Other dealer is repairing Shults mess ups under warranty and not blaming the problems on aftermarket parts. This being said I have lost all trust and faith in Shults Ford. I will gladly drive the extra 20min up 28 to Cochran Ford for any future repairs and purchases!

This is a place where you feel welcome, as soon as you enter the front doors. Everyone is friendly, kind, and willing to help you (which is something that other places seem to lack). Not very good customer service at all! I inquired about trading my car in on a truck on a Saturday . Talked to someone via email, said the manager would get back to me. Never did. Finally played phone tag for a day on Monday . Tuesday night I call back and the manager took the truck to someone’s house to show it, and then said they had first dibs on it. I really didn’t have a good experience. Even after they send out the email asking if I did, I replied back with no one ever calling me back. And all I really go was more emails apologizing. Go to Krebs in Gibsonia . Such a better experience!!!

I have had my car almost 2 years now and they are always willing to answer any questions and when I have had to bring it in for anything they are quick with getting it back to me and always willing to either get Enterprise or even a car of their own for me to use to get back and forth to work. They truly understand that a satisfied customer is a happy customer. I recommend them to everyone I know if they are looking for a new car or a certified used car. Service couldnt fix a E Brake code so they disconnect my battery and tell me its fixed. Then they couldnt inspect the vehicle as requested in the initial visit due to this. They try to blame my lift kit as to the reason but its because of the battery. Congrats it took you 1 week to disconnect a battery. I drove a used lifted Chevy with a fresh inspection sticker from you guys that you were so happy to sell!! Thanks for losing my faith in SHULTS. This 2nd Shults vehicle and cant wait to get rid of you.

The entire staff treated me with dignity and respect and were very eager to win my business but were not “pushy” with the sale. The sales associate that I dealt with, Mr. Derrick McDonald was very professional and and put together the best deal for my trade. After the sale he got me acquainted with the car and made sure that I understood all of the features before “sending me off into the world” with it. The service department here is awesome. Breyon helped me with warranty and recall appointments twice and both times the service was top notch. My truck had a corrosion issue on the bumper, Shults submitted it for warranty and not only did they get it repaired, I received a brand new bumper. They also washed and detailed the entire truck before I picked it up! I am certainly only going here for my future needs, couldnt be happier!

Came in to look at a specific vehicle I saw on their website. Sales representative Robbie explained the vehicle was located at a different location and then offered to show us the same vehicle just in a different color. After waiting for it to be brought out front, he then comes back to explain he lent it out to another customer. From the moment we walked in the door he was very pushy for a lease regardless of our feelings on the matter. Without even as much as a test drive he ran our credit for a hard inquiry and left it at that. I waited two days without still not hearing from anyone and called the dealership myself. Robbie proceeded to tell me his manager was still working on it and he would go check with him and call me right back. It’s been 5 days since we initially came in and still haven’t heard anything. This is definitely not the dealership for us. Extremely poor customer service.

I unfortunately experienced an engine problem with my Ford and called them to ask if they would be able to accept my car for service, as I had not purchased it there. The turnaround time for how long it will take is reasonable. Staff were friendly and understanding.

They have a quick lube center here as well and I get my oil changed there too, awesome employees. Great place to buy a car or for any repairs, they do it all.

About a year ago I flew in from out of state and bought a Ford Certified Pre-owned Truck from the Harmarville location. I worked primarily with Bill (Online sales) and I had a great experience. They arranged for a driver to come pick me up from the airport and bring me to the dealership to pick up the truck at no charge. Everything was all set up when I flew in and I just had to sign the papers and drive away. They added a military discount which I appreciate. They were also able to arrange for my truck to be registered and titled in my home state (Alaska) which saved me a lot of hassle and money later on. The only complaint I would have is the third party licensing agency they used to do the out of state title and registration (Jupiter) took over three months to get me the registration and license plates. By the time I received the license plates my temporary plate had been expired for months. This did force me to get my old Bronco back up and running so there is a positive, but still frustrating. So to sum it up, Shults Ford=Great; Jupiter Title agency=aweful.

My husband bought his Ford F 250 with an extended warranty from Shults Ford Harmarville almost 2 years ago. It was stolen in July 2019 and recovered in September 2019. We had it towed to Shultz Ford Harmarville and it’s been there ever since . Over 5 months!!They can’t find the part (Which wasn’t initially Shults fault) because Ford said they can’t find it. They make F 250’s all the time and they can’t find a part for my husband’s truck? It doesn’t sound right to me. Then Ford said Shults was going to find the part from a secondary vendor and then we find out they still haven’t found one!The reason I am rating Shultz a 3 is because Ford headquarters asked Shultz to give my husband a loaner truck and they said they didn’t have any. They haven’t had a loaner in 5 months? They boast in their ads that they have the largest truck inventory around and yet they can’t give my husband a loaner truck? He even bought the extended warranty from them and they still won’t give him a loaner. It has been very stressful for my husband because he needs a truck to do his job.I was looking for a car back in December. I went to Shultz and was interested in a SUV there and I was told that they do have problems getting parts for repairs. I can’t be without a car for months waiting for a part. Especially when I know that Shults doesn’t give loaners even when you buy extended warranties. I bought a Nissan!

Getting a lot of work done to my truck soon...***RESPONSE TO OWNER***Brought truck in for service and body work. Service dept did an OK job, but didnt include old parts as requested and somehow managed to break the seat belt during the course of the repairs. I didnt discover that it wouldnt retract until I got home, so now I have to drop it off AGAIN so they can fix what they broke.Now for the body shop...the body shop computers were down, and it was hard to get them to return phone calls. Eventually they did, but it was just a giant cluster*. I succumbed to having the body shop order the part, forcing me to return AGAIN to have it installed. Communication within the departments is very bad.To sum up; when the seat belt is fixed and the body shop completes repairs, Im done with Shults and will be going elsewhere. For a first-time (and last time) customer, they left me unimpressed with how they handle their service operations.Side note: when I arrived to pick vehicle up, there was a customer in front of me complaining to a service rep about her service experience and things done not to her satisfaction. As I stood and listened, I wasnt the least bit surprised in what she was saying after going through my ordeal.

This review is for the service department, who took exceptional care of me and my vehicle. I did not buy my car here, but from now on, this is where I will take my Lincoln for repairs or service. I dealt with Brian, who was great from start to finish. They promptly got my cars problem diagnosed, ordered the parts and had it all fixed within two days (these were not minor repairs). Brian contacted my warranty provider before authorizing any repairs and made sure that I was covered. He communicated with me the whole time so that I knew exactly what was wrong and what they were doing to fix it. They even washed my car before giving it back to me. I was more than happy with this pleasant experience and I will definitely bring them my business again the next time my vehicle requires service!

Was in the market for a new F150 and decided to see what they had. They have 2016, 2017, and 2018 on the lot! The 2016 said manager special on it. Salesman didnt know what that was and had to ask. At the time Ford was roughly taking around 6 - 7k off a new 2018 truck with incentives and such. I was looking at the 2016 and was assuming more would be taken off since its 2 years old. I asked if they would at least take more off than a brand new 2018 and they were unwilling to do so. Probably why they still have 2016s on the lot. Gave salesman my number and asked him 2 questions on 2 separate occasions. One about financing and one about a vehicle in stock. Never answered me. Save your self the time and go somewhere else that wants your business.

I bought my ford fusion there. I had an issue with certain things, but they treat me like part of the family and worked us through it. They let me bring the car home the day we test drove it, and even with the issue I was having, they did not want me to bring it back until the loan was through. It was an awesome experience. The manager was awesome, and to get the deal through to help us out, they took a hurting on my old car. We will go back

I really cant say enough about my experience with Shultz. Obviously I got a good deal on a ford certified pre owned and a factory warranty. But the best thing is the service department. Night and day difference between dealer maintenance I had to deal with in the past. Size and professionalism matter. This place has resources and a huge team. JR and his team in the service department are super friendly and they go the extra mile just to be nice. Ill never go anywhere else for a Ford. Schedule ur service early in the morning on a week day and you will be out super fast and cheap.

Do not buy a car from this place!! Robbie talked me into buying a focus st for two days and even got me to take it home for a night. Talked me out of going threw my credit union for 2.99% interest and said I’m getting 1.99% for being loyal to ford. He wouldn’t even give me the online price because it was a better deal with the lower interest rate. Doing the paper work the lady never once told me my interest rate and from the promises of Robbie I figured I was getting what he told me. I get my papers from my loan and my interest rate is 6.85% !!! I keep calling and he is ignoring me. They obviously only care about money and not returning customers. I am very angry and disappointed.

Please be advised that Shultz Ford is NOT honoring lifetime oil changes after today, Saturday August 31, 2019. They looked into how much it cost Sturman and Larkin Ford, and they didn’t want to spend the $20k per month.

Well lets see.. I will have to call Shultz for the 5th time in 39,000 miles. The first time was for the tires that lasted not even 10,000 miles. The second and third time was for transmission issues and the computer had to be reset both times (on top of a tear in the seat that I had to replace myself). The fourth time was for a misfire and the coil pack had to be replaced. This time my check engine light came on and it is hesitating to idle, accelerate and accept fuel.. which seems to be for the same issue that was fixed 6 months ago. Although the staff, service and overall experience isnt bad, I would have to give Ford 1 star. I am 110% sure that Ford is not the car for me after all these issues. The salesman that helped me isnt there any more so I really have no need to shop there. Im simply disgusted with this car at this point. Its embarrassing to be picked up or drive rentals when I have a new car. This thing has seen more hours getting fixed than I have, being in the drivers seat. I bought it in April 2015 so seeing the dealership every 6 months is the norm. Kelly is pretty awesome though because she has helped me every time. At this rate I will see you guys 8 more times ? At least that until its paid off and I can get rid of it.

No response to phone calls. Left voice mails all day and no response. Used almost my full battery just letting it ring to see if anyone would answer and no one ever did. When I finally got through I was told they were booked and could set me up until next week. This was only for an inspection other places can do it in 45 min no wait. The sales men are great its just the service department that needs work. This is not the way to keep customers coming back. They lost my business to pepboys and might have lost my business all together. If they look at my record I replace my car every 3 to 4 years and bought 3 from them. This might have been my last.

Sales department was absolutely great! The service department since Ive bought my car has been absolutely lousy, the first time they did an oil change they didnt reset my computer or put a sticker in my window. The next time they didnt put my oil cap on so now my car has oil splashed all over the engine compartment and smells of burning oil.

Everything. Was. Amazing. I recently relocated to Pittsburgh and needed to get my car checked out for the state safety inspection. I came in to the Quick Lane service department for a second opinion (I had been failed by a local car shop and was told I needed to spend almost $800 to fix it). I came in after work, with no appointment, and Claire immediately said that she would take care of me and get it seen as soon as possible. After hoisting my car up and doing their thing, she, as well as Deric, took me under my car to explain everything that the other shop had (wrongly) failed me for. Not to mention, also told me that I didnt need any work done and that my car would pass inspection. I didnt have any of the papers that I needed with me (I thought my car was going to need some serious TLC), so she scheduled me to come in the next morning as soon as I got off of work. Of course I was late (forgot all of my paperwork at home) and called to see if it was still okay to head over. Claire was working again and said, Of course, Deric is waiting to do the job for you since he looked at your car yesterday; it will make the process much faster this morning. After hoisting my car up again and giving my car the seal of approval, Deric even ran it through the car wash for me. I cannot express how grateful I am to these two individuals for not only making sure everything was safe and saving me money, but for really taking the time to explain everything and engage me in every part of the process. After that first day, I almost started crying on my way home from not only relief, but also from the extreme kindness and willingness to work with me that they both showed. I will absolutely be returning in the future for all of my car needs, and I look forward to seeing both of them again soon!

I am currently having the worst customer service, no one is answering the phone and I have 2 messages in to check on the statusof my vehicle and what is going to be covered under the warranty and what is not. I also Do NOT recommend the extended warranties, they are a time consuming process and tie up your vehicle for days. I have had my vehicle in two separate times for work done under the warranty and each time the vehicle has been out of use for a minimum of 3 days.Companies want business but loose the integrity of customer service when there is more than what the owners and management can manage to keep that value of excellence.

I made an appointment for this past Friday for an oil change(great service at scheduling!)..nothing else.I arrive on time..I’m waiting for the oil change. I waited in the waiting area where the new vehicles are located inside. My truck was in the ‘Quick Lane’ express area. I waited for 2 hours....just for an oil change!! This was the SECOND TIME that I waited 2+ hours for an oil change. I was told the first time that several workers called off, they were behind, etc. This time..nothing.I had to go ask the one worker if they could take my truck off of the alignment machine so I could leave(a few workers were standing outside talking while I just stood waiting to see who was to pull it out of the shop!). If you have other places to be and need an oil change..don’t go here and expect quick service!

This used to be my favorite place to take my Ford, but over the past year they have steadily gotten worse. Extended warranty issues and poor customer service are mostly responsible, but just the overall attitude of Schults is very discouraging.As much as they pride themselves on how good their customer service and technicians are when my engine light went on they couldnt find any problem. Then they forgot to do my oil change. The following day my engine light came on again and the car was shifting erratically (anybody that has to drive a long way to work can only imagine how frustrating this can be). They offered to take my car in but no loaner car or shuttle service available. They said I had a clutch issue, but not to worry because they assured me that the car was drivable until the part came in.After at least a month of waiting I had to call them to find out if the part ever came in. They said it did, but I couldnt schedule an appointment until their transmission expert was available. When I finally got my repair a week later they tried charging me a copay. If you ever buy an extended warranty, you shouldnt have to show the company that you bought it from what the coverage is. They honored the warranty but only after I showed them the contract.I must now be flagged because I just had an appointment for a works oil change which should have included a tire rotation where I waited for over 2 hours. I waited patiently for an hour in their waiting room before I mentioned to their vitual assistant that my car hadnt been touched. They then took my car for another hour while I sat patiently in the waiting area which is basically all windows (it can be quite uncomfortable after a few hours). When I finally reached out to them about my car, they said they had been trying to call me while I was sitting right next to them in the waiting room. I didnt think my phone was necessary while sitting right next to the people who took my car. It wasnt crowded, and the people that came in to get new tires well after I came in left well before me as happy as could be.They said they would give me my oil change for free, which was nice, but then they didnt rotate the tires, as promised. They also told me I needed new wiper blades and an air filter which would cost me $96, and the tires, which I bought from them a few years earlier, would need replaced for inspection.Did I bring on this hostility myself? I was nothing but patient and kind every time I was there. I gave glowing reviews for the service associate who helped me with my extended warranty problems. I just didnt want to be taken advantage of. Im not writing this review to be vindictive. I can only hope their services get better. They are very friendly, nice people, but even though I value those qualities highly, without the good service it doesnt mean much. I dont think I could go back to this service center unless I had to. Theyve only made promises that they couldnt deliver on, whether it was extended warranties, shuttle services, rental cars or quicklane services.

If someone could give me the price for a synthetic and the synthetic blend oil change on a 2011 F150 5.0 Ill increase my rating. Thank you.UPDATE: Took too the morning of my appointment, but I finally did get ahold of someone about the price. Would have preferred if it didnt take a week just to get ahold of someone but at least I did.

As always, top notch service. My service advisor Breyon Chambers was communicative and helpful in making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. He even took the extra time to make sure that due to my unique circumstance with my wheels, that the service was performed without causing damage to them. To elaborate, due to the type of wheels on my vehicle, there is a high risk for damage when swapping tires. Breyon went above and beyond to make sure this wouldn’t happen and that is beyond appreciated. Kelly Jacquel was another point of contact during the service and she also went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of like a family member during the process. Horrible customer service!! Jon the service manager is not knowledgeable of his position. I asked him about the warranty on a battery and he had no idea he had me wait in his office for 20 minutes and offered me a new battery for $50 which I was happy about and agreed with then he steps out of his office to speak with Brian a service rep who gives Jon a different opinion and Jon changes his mind and says now the price of the battery is $114 which tax what?!! How can you offer a price to a customer which the customer agreed on then change your mind? Very poor customer service!

Would give 0 or negative starts of if possible. When they got me into the dealership to appraise my lease for their pre owned inventory, they turned me down for all possible vehicles, lease or buy, new or otherwise. The salesman then tried forcing the loaner Escape on me (I was currently leasing an escape), he kept saying that youre going to be carless if you dont finance this car today. After asking if I could think about and come back in a week, I was told no. He had my keys. I finally said I will take the loaner. Payments almost doubled, I didnt want this escape at all but needed a car. Signed everything, went home in the loaner after 4 hours here. They kept saying they want to make sure its very clean. Which took 2 hours to clean. My boyfriend was looking at it. There was dirt, footprints on a back seat, garbage in the cupholder, and WEED IN THE CONSOLE. Yes. There were drugs in the car they sold me. With blunt wrappers. I am a home health aide, driving elderly people around. I cannot drive this! Nor do I want it. We emailed Shults, with pics. Took it back Monday. The salesman AND General manager would not acknowledge the drugs in the car. Did not apologize. Said they could get me the car I wanted first- that I was firmly denied 2 days prior (how does that work?).. Salesman says Well, I did my job, right? Youll give me a great review on my survey! No, buddy, you did NOT do your job. I will never recommend this place again. Horrible service. I understand some pressure to make a sale but they took it way too far. Took advantage of a girl by herself in a tough situation. Just to get rid of a drug car w over 5K miles that they didnt want.Went to Kenny Ross South after this horrible experience, they were WONDERFUL. No pressure, professional, helpful, kind. A world of difference.

I bought a car here, the guy who we bought the car off mentioned about 4 times that he was going to fill the car gas up. they came off as real honest people, which is the car dealer illusion. the tank was on E. they told my uncle his car was just cleaned and there was snicker wrappers inside the car. so anything they tell you about filling the tank/cleaniness of car dont believe it
