Service makes the difference! This is the type of service experience we all want but rarely get these days. John Holman at the Greentree location should be on the poster for Verizon. He was very kind, polite and smart to ask the questions that would give him the info to help us best. Super knowledgeable about product and promotion options and just plain nice. VERIZON - promote this guy or show him some love or I will try to hire him!

Dont waste your time. I went to change 3 phones to Verizon. 3 trips later, still not fixed. The manager was very convincing but then you leave and it doesnt work. When they say theyre going to Hook you up. it docent mean anything. It means you better check yourself.

The three of them helped my husband & I so much over the course of two days and in the face of a very stubborn phone that did not want this pregnant woman to move on to bigger and better things (by way of a phone upgrade and transfer). They were knowledgeable, kind, determined, and personable - all things I look for in excellent, above-and-beyond customer service. Would never do business here again because of one of the sales members . Was completely swindled and lied to and tricked into getting 5 phones that were supposed to be free covered by 5 traded in phones. Not the case at all, I have wasted countless hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue that our bill is hundreds more than was quoted. Nothing was done right at the store with any of the credits and still months later we are no closer to a resolution . Worst experience I have ever had .

I just got home from having my 92-yr-old mothers flip phone (recently purchased) repaired (the mic wasnt working) and Andrew was amazing. Not only did he listen to the problem, he actually repaired it. He was attentive, patient, and capable! Yay!

Jared provided excellent customer service. I was having trouble getting the sim cards to read on new phones a family member had purchased elsewhere. He was patient and listened to my problem. He really worked hard to solve my issue and didnt give up until he did! He could have just told me I was out of luck since they werent purchased through Verizon. I observed a lot while I waited and I enjoyed watching this team of employees interact and ask each other for assistance when they needed it. People come in with the weirdest issues (and most ancient phones they dont want to give up) and these guys really work with their customers to come up with solutions. Therefore, I will recommend Jared, Verizon, and this location to others!

Great experience turned sour. Everything checked out when I left the store, no issues whatsoever was actually really pleased with the service, but that’s where it stopped. After my phone was inspected by the representative and deemed to be working (no scratches, screen cracks, etc) we went through with the upgrade. Three days later I receive an email stating “damaged phone received” from Verizon. I call the store and I get told to “contact Apple support, they can assist”. I then call back to speak with the manager and left my information. Shortly after I get a call back (not even from the manager) stating to “give Verizon support a call, we can’t look into this any deeper”. So after they make the sale they could care less about you. Understandable everyone is trying to make a buck during these difficult times but pulling a fast one on your customers isn’t the way to do it. I won’t be returning after coming in each year for the new iPhone in years past.

This store very clean and the service was great. Quentin Panchura was our point of contact and he made the process extremely smooth. He also recommended a great ice cream place around the corner. It was the little things like that, that made our experience 5-stars. If you want Verizon services, this store and Quentin are a must stop.

Above average customer service from knowledgeable staff. Went in to get my Wife the LG V60 and met Giancarlo. Professional and down to earth. Came back in days later with an issue and once again Giancarlo resolved the issue quickly and made us feel like friends. If you need a phone or anything, I recommend this location.

John and the rest of the Verizon team was accommodating and made our experience efficient and as enjoyable as possible. We had a complex scenario with changing plans and adding users, some family members keeping phones and others not, etc. John made sure we received all promotional perks that were possible, serving as a true advocate for us.

The experience was close to being good, but they screwed up in a very important way. Kaden lied to me about the trade-in value that I would get for my phone. I was quoted to get $400 on the trade-in, which I confirmed multiple times was correct given that I was switching my line from another verizon account. When the trade in was processed, I was given $100. After several calls with CS and Verizon trying to get what I was promised, I finally learned that I never qualified for the quoted trade in because I was not switching from another carrier. I was worried about this from the start and had been assured that the $400 would apply for my upgrade. Despite Kaden agreeing with me that I had done nothing wrong and deserved the $400, he was unable to make this right. The guys are nice and for what its worth they did put it a lot of effort throughout the process. Unfortunately the way the system is set up makes it too easy for them to screw over customers and then have no way of fixing it. I will not be shopping with Cellular Sales or Verizon in the future. Be careful with your trade ins.

They are the people who will give you great experience with purchasing a new plan, device, accessories and fixing the issues with your previous purchases. I worked with agent John/ Giancarlo and he charged me 49.99 for a phone glass screen protector and never told me about a price, what a sleezy car salesman to take advantage of someone during this time. He made it seem like it came with the new phone . You should be ashamed of yourself !

I stopped here after the store in the Robinson mall blew me off for an upgrade and plan change just because it would’ve taken them an extra step. Everyone here was funny, personable, and extremely accommodating. The “extra step” that was described as an ordeal in Robinson took them five minutes tops. I can’t stress enough how nice everybody was.

Got a new phone the day before at another location where they did not charge a $35 set-up fee (getting all contacts, messages, etc transferred over to new phone). Decided to choose a different phone at this location and they charged me the fee without letting me know. I did not notice the fee altogether until I reviewed the 2 receipts days later. The reason I wasnt charged before was because it was part of a promotional offer on that specific phone I had at first. I think it would have been courteous to let me know they would be charging a fee for $35 especially considering a lot of the setup was not thorough and I had to go back on my own to set my phone up. Not to mention the whole exchange took maybe twice as long as it normally would because I was used as a training opportunity for new employees.

The help at this store was unmatched by any other. I was surprised to see a sales team that was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommenced all my friends and family to you guys thank you so much!

Salesperson mis-lead me on the details of the sale and here we are 4 months later and I am now stuck with a phone I am not going to use making payments. Several escalations with management led to broken promises of a resolution and not even calling back anymore.

My phone just shut off yesterday so I went to my local Version store. As soon as I walked in the team made me feel welcomed and already taken care of. My sales associate was Mike McKenzie and he was just wonderful. Very genuine guy that was not pushy or sales pitch-y in the least. He directed me to his top 2 choices and very thoroughly explained the benefits of both options, even when I had to ask him to repeat them several times lol. Anyway i ended up getting everything I needed and wanted and some great savings too! Also might I add that I had my under 1 year old there with me and they were all very sweet in regards to the little tornado she can be. Gideon was also there and great as always and a very nice girl that was extremely helpful as well.Thanks guys!-Chels

James and the team at this location were absolutely exceptional! I purchased a new iPhone XS at the South Hills Village location that was not set up at all, was basically thrown in a bag and told it would be easy to set up on my own at home. After spending three hours of trying I went to the Green Tree location and they had it all taken care of in minutes! I will NEVER go back to the SHV location again. Will forever be going to see James and this team when I need something for myself or my family.

I could not have asked for better service from Rob, being the representative who helped me through the process. It was what I think one would want to experience when getting a new phone. Rob nature to listen to what I wanted and needed out of my phone that I would be purchasing. I did not feel like I was swayed in anyway. Not to mention he broke down my bill and discovered I could be saving money and apply those changes. Furthermore he did a follow-up to ensure that I registered for certain warranties and that the phone was working properly and if I had any questions. There was a gentleman named Gideon who was a sales rep at the store that had a caliber of excellent customer service that cannot be matched. He provided multiple options for deals and ways to make sure me and my family had the best experience transferring over to Verizon with the most affordable options that you cannot find anywhere else or with any other mobile service. I recommend each and everyone of you that are trying to get Verizon service, ask for Gideon!!!
