Walked in to get an upgrade and the salesperson was so helpful and persuasive I walked out with 2 new lines, a new Iphone and a new gleeful hope for humanity. The service at this store is top notch and cleaner than a hospital OR. My nips are hard for AT&T.

Had a great experience with Terrill here. Went in with a complicated situation - my friend thought he was stuck with paying for 2 phones and was trying to transfer my number to the 2nd phone. He ended up showing us how to get the best deal and helped me port my existing number to my friends account, and he was so patient! Got it all done in one day. Feel really good about going with AT&T. The customer service at this location is impeccable. Amir helped me with a new cover for my new iPhone and went above and beyond to make my day after having a big issue at another retailer. I will definitely be back to this location because of the stellar customer service. Highly recommend!

I had to to this store a few times to handle a problem with my 5G service.The guy at this store was not helpful that much. He was just trying to convince me that my phone has an issues and ATT service is fine. Basically he tried multiple times to pass me to Apple. At some point his argument was “your phone doesn’t support 5G”, an the phone is an iPhone 12 pro! This was the level experience I was facing.At the end of the day, He had to admit that the problem was from the ATT’s side. But it took me a couple of trips to this store, 3 chat support sessions, and a lot of headache.I strongly recommend you to stop by another store and do not waste your time with the polite-looking but not helpful team at this store.

(Lengthy) I ordered an iPhone pro max online to be picked up at a retail store, curbside. When I arrived I was told I had to come inside. Upon going inside they bagged the device and went thru their procedures to release the device, the SIM in my current device was deactivated. I KNOW HOW TO CHANGE SIM. Getting back in my vehicle I realized my phone wasn’t working. I went back inside and was told everything had been changed to the new BOXED device. I wasn’t ready for that yet because I still had to backup the old one to be downloaded to the new one. So I was forced to unbox the new one, take the SIM out of the new one and put it in the old device.Pt 2. Before leaving, the rep attempted to get me to purchase accessories. Then when attempting for me to purchase AT&T for TV. In order to secure a sale, He questioned how much I was paying for cable. This was completely an unprofessional attempt by the store rep.

Truly phenomenal staff, helped me get my new phone up and running after my old one broke and helped set me up with a new case and some AirPods. Went back a few days later after they mentioned how they could cut my cable bill with AT&T TV, I decided to give it a chance and I LOVE IT!!!

We came in looking to upgrade both of our phones. The employee seemed to be both sleepy and uninterested. No personality, no salesmanship, lacked knowledge of the phones we were ready to purchase. I dont know if this was his first day but based on that performance, it should be his last.

Went into the store to purchase a new phone from an employee who clearly didn’t know the state laws for active ID’s in our state. I was denied service for an “expired ID” when current state law clearly says he was wrong. I went to another store nearby and they were surprised to hear I was denied service, considering they knew the laws in place in our state. I got what I needed from a much more reputable and professional location (Squirrel Hill)

Service was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Store was understaffed with only a single employee on shift, but he did his best to keep everyone’s transactions moving along at once. If you’re patient and not in a hurry, the excellent service is well worth the wait.

Aaron has been a huge help to both myself and my boyfriend in transitioning over to new phones. I had my phone delivered today and the Enjoy delivery guy was prompt and helped me transition my data over, and then my boyfriend and I headed back over to the store to upgrade his phone. Aaron has now helped us twice and has been wonderful both times. Im glad I live so close to a good AT&T branch (we all know that is not always the case). 😉

Tyler was awesome. Very knowledgeable and patient. Had a hard time syncing my new iPhone with my laptop so I could install the backup of my old phone. We worked through it over two days and it works fine now. I was really expecting him to tell me this was an Apple problem and send me on my way but he didnt. Management - Youve got to have two people at the store on the weekend! Some of us only have time to go during the weekend. Thanks!

Had the best customer service at this location. You are more than a AT&T # at this place. Although its a bit out of the way for me its worth it.

Unfortunately I dont remember who helped me but he was very patient as I tried to move from another carrier and actually called them from within the store. All in all my service took about 15 minutes with barely any waiting and he was willing to answer all my dumb questions.

I had an issue that ATT telephone support was unable to solve over a 45 minute conversation. I called to check store hours, and the gent suggested that he let me look into something before making the trip, and then he proceeded to solve my issue in about five minutes.Above and beyond customer service. Very impressed.

This is normally a very good location. I was surprised when there was only one employee in the middle of the day and it took at least an hour to go through two people. I expect better from AT&T

An associate signed us up for an unlimited data plan saying it would end costing less than the 6GB plan we initially wanted. After hitting a dead end with AT&Ts customer service, Im left wondering why no one (customer service management included) could do nothing more than apologize for being lied to.

An amazing store ran by a great guy aaron. He set me up with my dtv about 2 months ago. Really saved me money.Update. I just came in and Aaron was alone and he says he’s leaving the location. I am very disappointed with this location. Make him stay or I’m switching company’s.

To preface, I am a very patient person. I ended up having to spend an 1.5 hours in this particular store. The man helping me was very friendly and accommodating. I recently moved across country and due to the way my phone plan was set up years ago, there was difficulty switching me to the pre-paid plan I want. We were unable to get it successfully set up, but to no fault of the employee. He gave me some options and ideas of next steps and I was able to reach out and figure something out.Overall, happy with this site. Not thrilled with AT&T as an overarching company.

I went to this location and I had walked through the door I was greeted immediately by Malik, he had asked me how I was doing and what brought me in that made me feel very comfortable because I was very unclear as to what I was interested in getting but he walked me through the different plans and the different features of the phone which brought me even more comfort; Along with this he talked me into directv and I use it on a constant basis while traveling, at work and while at the gym but OF COURSE at home as well! Thank you Malik for your help! AT&T should be very glad to have an employee like him.

The young white brunette guy was very rude, the African American young man was just unhelpful. Refused to help me both. I just asked about helping in unlocking my phone. Absolutely upsetting experience

Went to the store at 5pm on January 3. Wanted to make some changes on my account. The rep didn’t know how to move a number from one account over. Said I should come back in on another day. Didn’t know about discounts with direct tv. Said I should order it and then call customer service and ask. All the meanwhile he was texting with someone and listening to music out of one AirPod. Basically a waste of time.
