Buyers beware! I paid $195 for a new screen and less than 30 days later, it started to turn black in the corner of the screen and peel off. Today, it came off completely and my phone was unusable. I drove 2 hours back, as I was assured there was a lifetime warranty. When we got there, I was told that although there was no damage to the screen, or any water damage, that I must have pried something into the screen to peel it off, and had to pay for another screen. Why would I pay again when it wasn’t done correctly the first time? I went to Apple, and my warranty was void due to using a third party. Replacement was the same price at the Apple store and I now have a new warranty. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This was under my daughter’s name.

They didn’t replace waterproof adhesive when fixing my iPhone 11 and tried to tell me it wasn’t waterproof terrible business and even worse fake lifetime warranty

Awful service and cheap parts. Put a defective screen on phone that immediately had issues that I showed to him and he just told me I had to come back and put another check screen on. They don’t tell you that you features because they put cheap screens in. Post the extra $50 for genuine Apple stuff. Terrible, sneaky business

This place is a joke paid 160$ for a new phone screen and they did a terrible job.svrew fell out and said I didnt need the screw. When they gave it to me screen was all poped out.all these 5 star reviews are fake. The only thing holding my screen together was the lcd connectors. 2 weeks later I droped my phone on carpet screen came of and they wouldnt give me a refund or look up my name like they said they would on the phone please dont go here

I visited this kiosk in the mall and wasn’t expecting much. I was simply going to ask someone to look at my charging port to see if they could pull something out of it. I was treated by a very friendly staff who immediately took my phone and started work on it. Within a few seconds they returned my phone with a piece of plastic pulled out of the port. I offered to pay and they told me it wasn’t necessary. Great customer service and generosity will have me returning to this place if I ever have cell phone needs again!

Amazing price compared to apple, extremely fast service, and friendly staff. My fully broken iPhone X screen was $299 at apple, and it was only $170 for a full repair, replacement, screen protector, and install within 20 minutes. The apple store told me it was going to take 45 min - an hour, so im really happy about this. HIGHLY recommend

I took my phone to get fixed at a kiosk at south hills village for cheaper than any other places and it was fast and easy! Exactly 10 minutes and an affordable price! I’m happy with my purchase!

If I could give them no stars I would. I got my screen repaired during the holidays and spend $150. Four months later my screen was loose. Went thinking that they would be more than happy to fix it but no. Instead was told since it was longer than three months there was nothing he can do. Told me there was a special for $89. I feel like if it became loose after four months youll keep doing things like this to make me keeping coming back.

The guy working at the South Hills Village Cellaris is super nice! He was able to help me fix my screen that was broken. He did it in under thirty minutes which is incredibly quick and was able to do it all on the same visit! I was able to get my shopping done while he worked on my phone! Super quick and affordable service! - BUT see edit below.EDIT - I feel like I should edit this review. 1) because the worker put it in for me when I brought my phone up. He said itd include a free screen protector. 2) because the process was actually miserable and it wasnt until gmail emailed me today about this review that I realized he put it in for me. The initial screen replacement was quick and affordable but in the replacement process they messed something up within my phone and the hard press/touch screen functions got messed up. I took it back and they tried to fix it - I gave it another day and it was still acting up. I went back a 3rd time and they said they couldnt fix it or do anything. I then said at this point I wanted my money back because now I had to come 3 times, I spent hours at the mall each time they fixed it and it was having problems it didnt until I brought it to them. It took a ton of fighting and a FOURTH trip before they finally refunded my money.Im leaving it at 2 stars because the initial fix was quick and fairly priced but after that was a nightmare and it shouldnt be that difficult to get resolution if they mess it up worse than it was.

This place is a rip off. You’ll get low quality products with low quality service. Screen replacements done here will leave you with issues.1. Low quality after market screen will absolutely drain your battery. You can watch it drop 1% every few minutes when not even using the phone.2. Your touch screen will lag and freeze. You’ll be forced to text and type one letter at a time at the rate of a blind senior citizen.3. Your phone will overheat so much that you begin to wonder if it might even explode in our pocket.4. This one should be obviously but once one of these guys get their hands on your phone your warranty from apple and your service provided are completely voided.Shady business run by shady people. Spend the extra few bucks and go somewhere that takes pride in their work and products.

Wow. I was too excited to get my new iPhone 8 and accidentally rushed while setting it up, pushed my SIM card into the phone without the little tray. So, I went to both the Apple and Verizon stores to ask for help. Nothing. No help at all from Apple. “You can get a replacement phone for $400.” And Verizon shoved a couple of paper clips into the side of my phone before giving up. So, I came to ITB and Niab opened up my phone and got the SIM card our within 3 minutes. Unbelievable service! Go to Apple and Verizon if you want salespeople to say there’s “nothing we can do,” but come here if you actually want a technician to fix your phone!

I was on an important family related call when i set my coffee cup down on their counter. Not only did the rude gentleman interrupt my call but then tells me to move away from his counter. Never spend money there on their cheaply made products.
