This Verizon store had the phones that I wanted and both Sales Consultants were great. They had my purchase ready and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the phones I purchased. I will use this store for future purchases.

Riley was extremely helpful in assisting me and my mom on getting new phones. He took the time to throughly discuss everything that would change for us for the better. I really appreciate sales people who take their time and are helpful which is becoming more rare with automated systems.

I needed a new battery. Went to the Verizon store in Monroeville. The lady simply directed me to a repair store, which I did not find. I found another Verizon store. Matt asked me how did I use up my battery in 2yrs. He was so helpful, I traded in my old phone, got the newer version and a lower bill. The lady in the other store missed out on a sale because she didnt take the time. I watched Matt handle other customers and he goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

Where do I start?! This phone buying experience was wonderful from start to finish. I worked with the great Ian. (If y oh u are thinking of going here get with him). He explained everything from beginning to end and was patient enough while I asked him a list of questions (yes a literal list). I walked away with a great phone and a great watch too. Everything I said I didnt know he knew. Everything I said I wanted or was interested in, he went over with me. Did I mention his patience! Setup and all questions took up until 10:30pm and he never blinked or because pushy and I appreciate that a lot. Long story short come to this verizon store and I can bet that they will have the best deals and service and everything you need.

I went to this store recently in need of a couple supplies for my phone. Is it awful that i am 37 and STILL have no clue what i am doing when it comes to my phone? When I went in i was greeted by a gentleman named Matt. He was patient and understanding of my inability to understand technology. He was very kind to me and was VERY helpful in aiding me in a walk through of my phone and helping me pick out the items i was looking for. Highly recommend this store to anyone.

Char did an excellent job at getting the issues I had resolved. From day 1 her and Matthew have been very helpful with helping me get things in order. Even with all their hard work and effort the problem with Hum still exists. Ive been to that store about four times to get the issue resolved and its still not working properly.

I went here for help on my phone. Since I didnt want to buy anything they didnt want to help me. Rhett was very nasty to me. Took my phone and said there was nothing he could do on the meanest way. I never had problems like this before and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. Someone should speak to him about his customer service it was awful.
