Very courtesy on helping others and very quick on getting customers in and out

The day I went customer service was good, the slurpee machines worked and the line wasnt long!

Its sad ive lived here for 30yrs. And this store has been part of my life. It was the Dairy Mart back then. But i do not know what to call it anymore. Lets say its a circus. The employees are extremely disrespectful, not all just most. And i really dont feel that the manager is qualified to run any establishment. He seem to let the employees do as they wish. And defends there outrageous behaviors. Today i complained about them not having cup lids and holders for about a week now. I was tge only one in tge store standing in line while she was staring at me then people came in and she took tgem at other register . i tried to get in line after the first guy and she pulled 2 more in front of me the manager did nothing. In this time a man started screaming and threatening me and the manager agreed to his question do you want me to beat him out of your store. And ive seen employees shame a mentally handicapped man in front of the whole store over his hair and clothes with tge other employee. I seen them kick a old lady out rudely bover forgetting her mask after she had got her shoping done. Everytime i see the same employees they are on tgere phones andvget mad because u want them to ring you out. Talking about sex and drugs loudly with people and children in store . i mean the list goes on .

Dirty and donuts where stale.

I heard that the main manager (I think his name was Doug) was moved to be put in charge of different stores. The difference is TOTALLY EVIDENT!!! The staff (mostly new - turnover here is CRAZY) are very ignorant. This location is always VERY dirty and cluttered - inside and out. The counters are always covered with pop. The froster machine is NOT working more than it IS working. The parking lot is DISGUSTING. (Despite how bad this place is, it is a block from my home and I need a drink to go to work delivering and/or to hockey...and my wife HAS to have her Coke froster... so I still come here)We have to bring our own cups because there are hardly ever cups/lids/straws in stock. Wanting a certain flavor of pop is like Russian roulette.Such a shame how bad this location has gotten. Not much of a convenience store.

24 hours you cant complain at all.

Two stars for the nice staff, but most of their food is expired thats on the shelves. Check before you buy.

Cashiers are Friendly, but service is Slow & only One register is opened, always

I like the variety they have in the atie, they always have great deals, and their cashiers r always friendly n always lmk of the current deals......i would tots recommend for ur quick stop shopping needs

I love the employees at the Brighton Road store.

The store is disgustingly dirty. The slow cashier was talking on his cell phone while he rang ppl out. Do they even have a manager there? Its seemed liked almost all the employees where just doing whatever they wanted and ignoring their jobs. Im a regular customer and only one or two ppl working there know how to do their jobs. They need to fire 90% of them and start fresh. Deplorable store.

Young man working around 730pm tonight was professional.
