This Sheetz is quite the place. There are a lot of options for both food and drinks here. Since fall is beginning, seasonal drinks such as a pumpkin shake are now available to purchase. These new shakes are delightful. I also had a strawberry smoothie, and that was also quite scrumptious. We also got our orders pretty quickly.

I have been a police officer in Wilkins Township for 22 years. The Sheetz in Wilkins is by far the dirtiest one I have ever been in. It takes months for machines to be fixed, there are napkins and food all over the floor and tables. Napkins and straws are always unavailable. Rarely ever do you get forks or napkins in your bag. The lottery machine is outdated and always broken. The store is generally filthy. Sheetz has always been good to the Police in Wilkins but I felt this has gone on long enough. The rest of the department agrees. Some serious changes need to happen at this store. Please.

I’ve been going to this sheetz in Wilkins township since it was opened. It was a welcomed addition to the area. Within the last 2 months I have watch this store deteriorate. I understand that their coffee program has changed for economic reasons. Offering fresh coffees between 6am and 10am. There single cup machine is not the same quality. But going to work in the morning at 5 am there creamer machine hasn’t work for at least a month. Stopped in yesterday and now the ice machine for soft drinks isn’t working. They are constantly out of food items. I just had to express my disappointment to downfall to this once great store.

Very disappointed to learn that if you use the Self-Serve Kiosks, that will not add spendable points onto your Sheetz card. For that, you must wait in line. Most people dont know this, there should be a sign. People use their Sheetz card and think the points are being added, but they are not. Confirmed this with two employees today.

The MTO food is good and the place is usually pretty clean but they are constantly leaving things off my order. One time I got a veggie wrap with no lettuce .... its a veggie wrap.. thats like 90% of the veggies and I specifically asked for it. Then ordered hot sauce and sour cream (which was extra$) with a taco salad and got neither of them and so on.

On multiple occasions, I have been made late getting to work because the food that I ordered and paid for from the app was not placed on the pick up shelf. After standing and waiting, I finally have to ask what is going on and then watch as that person simply picks up my already made food off a shelf in the kitchen. The slip on the bag this morning stated that the order had been completed and bagged at 8:14, which was 4 mins before I arrived at the store. I finally got my food handed to me at 8:22. This is not the first time this exact scenario has played out at this store.

Great customer service no matter how busy they get. Great selection of snacks and adult beverage. Their MTO (made to order) hot food and specialty drinks are always so good.

I stopped at Sheetz, 3457 William Penn Highway Monroeville, Pa., 15235, on Monday, May 10, 2021.I locked my keys in my car. !The staff, especially, John, was very kind to me, while I waited for the Pennsylvania AAA Roadside Service to arrive, and open my car !THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND !

I stop at Sheetz just about every morning and its always quick and easy and they have what im looking for.

Fast and efficient employees. Bathroom needed a little attention.

This location smells very bad inside. I cant believe people eat here when it smells like rotten eggs

No gas container available, management was kind enough to check in the back and the customer service was great, thanks for the quick response from upper management, I dont see this being an issue in the future.

This is more of an employee review than a store review. Too often we only rate the negative about what we’ve experienced but I’d like to share a positive. Five stars to Jadon who works there for his superb customer service. Dude was super polite and extremely helpful with a good sense of humor. Made my night after a long day. Someone give him a raise, thank you.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Plus you can order the way you want it on a touch screen computer. There ample selections of snacking goods and coffee. For a gas station and fast food place it is truly neay and clean. We like to eat there for breakfast.

They literally sell so many options on their menus!! We tried a cheeseburger, fries, nachos and some drinks! Really impressive!! Nothing like it in New York!! 711 just doesn’t compare!!

Big, easy to navigate parking lot that is pretty safe. This store suffers from a chronic problem with staffing. In the mornings they have entirely too many people, at night, almost no one. Truckers and people getting off to work are not that big in our area, the losers getting out of the bars and people getting out of work too late and too tired to cook are their real customers. Sadly, as mentioned, no staff. Takes on average 20 minutes to get food. Fountain drink machines are regularly low on product. Final note, while management is nice and always works hard, they should police their food pick up area more. Too many rude people just stand there, blocking everyone. Hard to order, get a coffee, or even pick up the order you paid for, with people in the way. Would be nice if there was a clearer area to wait.Decent store, really depends what time you go there, attracts some notably unpleasant customers.

Pretty much every time I’ve gone here something has been missing from my order. It sucks getting home and finding out the fries you wanted all night aren’t even in the bag

Store clearly labels that face coverings are required upon entering the store and even at check out. Yet there are people entering without them and still being helped at the checkout counters. This is disgusting and irresponsible.

Was there today ordered 4 hotdogs with pickle got 4 colddogs no pickle

Ordered a taco salad and did not receive any chips with. I called they say bring it back. They will fix it . Yet right i am already back to my office . Check you orders before leaving

This sheetz definitely could be cleaner, I’ve seen cleaner sheetz. The wait time for my food was completely ridiculous 15 minutes for my food and my friends food and there was 3 other people waiting just as long. The attitude of the person cooking is piss poor and needs an attitude change.

This sheetz is pretty terrible 25 mins for food restaurant looked pretty empty maybe four checks total employees were doing a lot of talking amongst each other it means everything when you have spent 10 hours at work and this is your stop because it’s fast and convenient had I wanted to wait a half hour for food I would have went to Denny’s

I use the public restroom and it was very clean and sanitized

I like the meatball hoagies, but for some reason they dont toast them at this location. Ive ordered the same hoagie on 3 separate occasions. It was never toasted as ordered, and twice they omitted the provolone cheese I paid an extra $1 for. No thanks. Ill drive the extra 3 minutes to the next Sheetz. Well see how they do.

Wait is 4 to 5 business days for a hot dog... extra days added if your order is more complicated.

The Staff were on point, but whoever let the French fries I just ordered go out, made a pisspoor decision. I love sheets fries, but these were absolutely horrible. I would have rather had garbage store (mcdonalds) French fries than these.
