Cookies were all so amazing. Warm and yummy. Got a 6 pack for $10. Snickerdoodle was the best. Oatmeal raisin tasted like my moms. Took away 1 star bc the girl at the counter was a B***h

Terrible delivery service…I ordered a cookie cake around 6:15pm for my sister’s birthday & it was supposed to be delivered at 8:15pm as a surprise. It didn’t get there until after 9:00pm & the driver just left it outside in the rain without ringing the door bell or knocking on the door. I called the store and they didn’t seem to care. Not apologetic whatsoever. The cookies are great at Insomnia but I would definitely not recommend this specific store.

Cookiewich with White Chocolate Macadamia one side, Chocolate Chunk the other, and vanilla ice cream was delicious.They heated the cookies so they were warm and soft. Great flavor. Friendly staff!

The girl working the counter tonight was extremely rude. She had a terrible attitude and got frustrated when we ordered something they didnt have because it wasnt written anywhere they didnt have it.

Ordered cookies at 1045. Got a text that they were on our way to us at 1113. 1 AM and still no cookies. Been on hold for over twenty minutes on the phone when finally someone answers and tells us that they have been receiving not good reviews about the postmates delivery drivers picking up people’s orders and then just never delivering them. Cool cool cool cool cool if you are aware of this as a problem, fix it. Thanks to the woman who refunded our money —and great we got a free cookie coupon so another delivery driver can eat it.

Ive only ever ordered delivery. The smores and oatmeal raisin are the best flavors they have, hands down!! I took away one star because depending on the flavor the cookies get cold and/or hard quickly. Also, dont like that if I want two deluxe cookies, I have to have a beverage which is almost never consumed. Would definitely order from them again though.

Ordered a 12 pack at 9:30 PM on a Saturday. It’s now 11 PM and nothing. The place is 4 minutes drive from my apartment. I called customer service and all they said was “he’s busy he’ll be there eventually.” I don’t usually complain but like, way to make a simple experience negative. I’ll go somewhere else.

Sooo delicious. I love how they warm up the cookie so its nice and goey. Always perfect and I love the flavors there!

I really dont like leaving negative reviews, but i placed an order at 8:15 through the website. Cut to 10:00pm and the wrong order made through GrubHub is at my door. I call, let them know this happened (the order i got was very different than what i had asked for, so i figured the other person would be wanting their correct thing as well). They say I can ask for my correct order or a refund. I ask for the correct order instead of a refund. Cut to 50 minutes later. I call to check on tracking - by 11:10 I guess? IDK man, Im all for a laidback pace and I forgive small mistakes, but this seems silly?

I ordered 2 six pack of cookies and a mini sixpack of cookies at 11pm for 1145, cookies were an hour late at 0045 and they forgot the mini-six pack. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I did get through the customer service was not that impressive they said I could wait a few hours for them to re-deliver the cookies they forgot or just refund me the money. I think if you want a product on time and to be accurate, I would go somewhere else.

I came in Thursday night, 15 minutes before they closed, and was treated with great service and great cookies. The staff there is super friendly and they are all amazing people. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and I will definitely be coming back more. :)

I have never experienced such good service from a cookie company in my life. The short delivery time was very impressive despite our large order of 6 cookies. Not only that, when i opened the box there were 8 cookies. I am throughly impressed by the quality of the cookie. Oatmeal raisin is our new go-to cookie.

Way below expectations had chocolate chip, macadamia, and peanut butter.. what a let down. Will not go back.. you had one job.. make delicious cookies. Fail!

An hour after placing the order, the website said it was still baking, so I called. I couldn’t reach anyone so I opted for a call back. 10 minutes later, I got an automated call back but no one was on the other line. So I called agin, no answer, and got a call back 15 minutes later.They said it was on its way. 30 minutes later, the website said it was delivered. I called back, no answer, wait for a call back, they say they tried to deliver it but I didn’t answer. I check and I had to no missed calls.They put me on hold and when they returned, they had a different story. They say Halloween is one of their busiest nights and they only had 1 driver, but now they have 3 and one will go back to the store eventually and deliver my cookies. They have no explanation for why the website said it was already delivered, no explanation for why they only had one driver on one of their busiest nights, and no ETA.By now, it had been 2 hours and 15 minutes since I placed the order and my friends had left. I got a refund and they sent me a coupon (hence why this isn’t a 1 star review.)I’ve ordered from a few Insomnia Cookies in the past and the service has never been good, but this was the worst experience to date. Insomnia Cookies is a poorly run company and I suggest you avoid them.
