After years of procrastination, I finally went for hearing aids. After receiving such fine professional and personable performances from the staff at West View Cranberry Hearing and Balance, Im glad I chose them. Abbie answered all my questions, showed me how to maintain optimum performance on my devices--and never made me feel as if I was being a bother. I highly recommend this establishment.

I was very happy with my experience. I was greeted in a friendly and warm manner. I was taken immediately to Abby who was very kind, and warm and helpful. She found what was wrong with my hearing aid and was able to fix it immediately. She also checked my ears, cleaned both aids, answered my questions and showed me how to change my filter. I am very pleased and so glad I got my hearing aids here. 😄

My mom was a long time customer of Dr. Jenna’s predecessor and so moving to someone younger prompted me to wonder if the same level of care would be practiced. To my pleasant surprise Dr. Jenna made the transition so smooth that I actually feel like she advocates and has the personal best interest in mind of my mom when she tends to her hearing aid needs. She even helped us take advantage of a warranty cleaning that we didn’t know we were entitled to before it expired.

A very cordial Joann set up our first visit to Cranberry Hearing and Balance in West View with Dr. Littleton. She was absolutely perfect for my mother. Dr. Littleton was knowledgeable, patient, informative, honest, kind and caring. We actually ordered hearing aids during the first visit and canceled future appointments we had set up with other hearing aid specialists - sometimes you just know when you’ve found “the best”.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! Jenna Littleton, Doctor of Audiology is incredible. She is extremely kind to the patient and generous of her time. Jenna clearly demonstrates her knowledge of audiology. The office staff (Joann) is also very kind and helpful to the patient. From my moms first visit, the process has been exceptionally easy. Very thankful.

Most helpful in many ways. Jenna is a delight to have as your consultant.She eased my many worries about adjusting to the hearing aids. Making sure I was fitted properly & answering any questions I had.Most importantly she set me up on Bluetooth that I enjoy tremendously, especially when walking for daily exercise. Also when I had a problem she took the time while at work & I was at home to walk me through to correct a problem I was having.That takes patience. Thanks Jenna for always being so helpful.

I was so excited to learn that they were opening a new center in West View, Coming from the South Hills, this was so much better for me. Jenna who sold me my hearing aids, was moving to the West View office also. I couldnt be more happier to still have such a friendly, caring woman taking care of my hearing aids. When something was wrong with them, she handled the situation right away. If she didnt know the answer to the problem, she didnt hesitate to find the answer. I had a positive experience at this hearing and balance center. The office was clean and quiet. I very much liked that there was only 1 other individual in the office with me. No worries about covid with over-scheduling people. My wait time for the doctor was less than 5 minutes.

Highly recommended!!!Above was my first review, but I wanted to edit my review.About a year ago, I found out that at the age of 44, I was going to need hearing aids. From the very beginning Dr Littleton made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. She was always there and always willing to help. A few months into wearing the hearing aids, the left one didn’t work properly so I called the office. They scheduled me a quick appointment and before I knew it I had the hearing aid dropped of and back within a few days. A few weeks later the same hearing aid was acting up so I had to call back again to get it looked at. They managed to send it out for repair and I got it back in less than a week. A few weeks later….. The same hearing aid again was not working properly, so Dr Littleton sent it out one more time. This time she got me a brand new replacement hearing aid. Jenna (Dr Littleton) has been so gracious and professional over the course ofthe last few months and is always willing to help. If you are having hearing problems or know someone who is, I would highly recommend Jenna and her team. These professionals are top notch!

I visited Cranberry Hearing and Balance to determine if hearing aids were suitable for me. On arriving, I was welcomed by a bright and clean facility, and greeted in a friendly manner by Joanne at the front desk. I was introduced to Dr. Littleton and she described the hearing testing that would be conducted to determine my hearing loss. After testing, Dr. Littleton thoroughly described the results and reviewed what was available in hearing aids that would best benefit me. I made a selection and the hearing aids arrived at the Center the next day. I returned to the Center and Dr. Littleton described how the hearing aids would work and how they would be fitted fitted to my ears. She helped me get comfortable with the wearing of the earpieces and made adjustments. She answered my many questions. I returned after a month of getting comfortable with the hearing aids and for some additional instruction and with a few more questions that were completely answered.I am completely satisfied with Cranberry Hearing and Balance and with the help and instruction that I received from Dr. Littleton. I would suggest anyone that is considering hearing aids contact the Center and make an appointment.

I was really sceptical whether hearing aides is something that would improve my hearing. My husband has had problems from hearing aides bought from another vendor. I am happy to say I feel more confident. I am only into my second day of wearing them but already hear better and more confident. Dr. Littleton was so compassionate and very thorough when checking my hearing loss and instructions on using my hearing aides.

Just picked up my new hearing aids last Friday and I am very pleased. No more blaring the tv or asking people to speak up or repeat every other word.. Dr. Littleton did a great job of accurately testing my hearing and programming the aids to just the right level. A very professional and positive experience all the way around. My health insurance recommended that I go to Cranberry Hearing and Balance for new hearing aids. I was not comfortable doing this. However, after meeting Dr. Jenna Littleton and speaking with her I was very impressed. She explained the hearing test and helped me go through with it. Later, she discussed the hearing aids and put in an order for me. In less than a week the aids arrived and I went out to be fitted. It was a different experience than I had with my other doctor. These aids are better than the ones I had previously worn. I returned in 3 weeks and reported that they were a little too loud. Dr. Jenna adjusted them and I have worn them for a weak. They are excellent. Dr. Jenna is very patient and takes time to explain things like cleaning them. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs them.
