This is a great place. Usually busy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Do my amazon returns and business printing here and always get prompt service. Very convenient and lots of parking!
Place is usually pretty busy, but the staff work fast and are very helpful.Editing my original review: Just wanted to add some details about all of the complaints that most employees are not wearing masks. They do have very large plexiglass shields in place at each register. Seems like those alone are doing more than a cloth mask would (my opinion of course).

2 out of 3 employees with no mask. Female employee sniffling, blowing nose, reusing Kleenex and not using sanitizer. Scary how many lives she is putting at risk and she obviously doesn’t care. Will add that ALL customers were compliant with masks and distancing. I’ll go somewhere else to avoid her stupidity and try to stay safe
Good and friendly staff always helpful. It gets busy at times, but for the most part you dont have to wait long. Would recommend over post office.

Their hours posted online are straight up wrong. There is not a time when I dealt with any UPS store that wasn’t miserable.

None of the employees are wearing masks here, despite lots of signs about social distancing, marks on the floor etc. Its clear that this UPS Store doesnt care about the well being of its customers. Ill be going elsewhere in the future.
We have a mailbox at this UPS Store. All the folks that work here are great to work with. They also go above & beyond the call of duty. They once offered to deliver a shipment of refrigerated insulin for my MIL even though we live 15 miles away. You don’t get that kind of service down in the Bay Area.
Always quick and helpful, whether I’m sending out personal mail or business packages.
No employees wearing masks. Second time I have visited this store and found no covid compliance. Unacceptable. Left and will no longer do business here.
This review about the store and UPS in general. Stores are franchises, so the quality varies widely. This store itself is clean and neat, the staff is generally friendly and helpful, I would give the staff and store 3 or 4 stars. But prices are way too high, you can open an account easily with UPS and pay much less, or use the post office direct, and printing and similar services they offer are avail. much cheaper and better at officemax or many other local locations.The real issue is UPS as a company- if all goes well they get the package where its supposed to go on time -- but thats the minimum you expect.Short strokes, I left a next day air package with the store in plenty of time to go out that day. They apparently failed to get it out, so it didnt get to a UPS driver till the next day, so it got delivered late. Happens, BUT UPS has refused to offer a service guarantee.* Not good, not right, I did my part, they failed to do theirs.UPDATE after several months and much ridiculous hassle, I finally got a service refund. My review still stands.* This is one of many issues I have had over the years. If things dont go so well, late, lost, damaged, they are consistently a nightmare to deal with, I always dread having to communicate with them, as in getting a service guarantee, though damage/loss claims have gone smoother, just be sure to have thorough documentation. I am a mail order business so I do a LOT of shipping. Unfortunately theres just not a lot of alternative shipping choices, FedEx is only a little better and not too good in this area,I use the postal service whenever possible- they also screw up occasionally, but my experiences with damage and lost package claims has been very smooth with them. And as a percentage of packages sent, I have far fewer issues.
I visit with the manager everytime I come in. I always leave with a smile. Such a delight. These ladies get things done and are helpful if they don’t know the answer they will work at it until they have a solution. Thanks y’all
I would give them NEGATIVE 100 stars if I had the option.VERY RUDE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SHOULD I SAY NO SERVICE, BAD SERVICE.I wanted to fax one page they said it would cost $2.50 to start and $1.50 per page.....I said why so much? they said they have the best and lowest prices around. and they charge a lot less than most other places. LIE LIE LIE. THIEVES, THIEVES. OVER PRICED!!!!!Office depot charges per page only no start charge of $2.50Stay away from this place OVER PRICE, BAD SERVICE.
Incompetent idiots. Wont take responsibility for THEIR mistake. I will NEVER use them when it counts. Management is just as terrible as staff. They need to go away. Post office in town is way more reliable. Waste of space. Dropped the ball and wont take accountability. Insulting. Beyond pissed, lied to my face twice!
I use this UPS store on a regular basis and its always a great experience! Friendly & knowledgeable staff willing to help you out when you dont know what your options are or a better way to do something!
These people are absolutely lame, inconsiderate, and downright rude!They refused to ship a package across town because I did not have the the telephone number of the person I was shipping to. I told the clerk that I didnt have the number and why did they need it? Finally she asked the head jerk, I think the owner, if it would be OK to accept the package without the phone number and she said no! Upon leaving I informed the both jerks, and the only other customer in the store, that I was taking my package to the post office where they know how to take care of their customers.This is not my only disappointing visit to this store but it is indeed my last.Richard FultsPlacerville, CA
Very professional, very polite and very short time in line if any. Muchbetter service than any other shipping store in town.
Went there to return merchandise after a shipment from ups was left in the yard in a rainstorm. All the clerk could say was they are in no way affiliated with UPS and did his best to get me to leave. Extremly unhelpful and rude.

This store is always way too busy. Only two registers, usually two people working, always at least a ten minute wait. Employees were very rude as well last few times I’ve been in. Act overworked and impatient with customers. The lady with brown hair also snapped at me for asking a question, so wasn’t exactly a great experience.
