I was told by t Mobil employee, if your son sneezes 1 more time, he needs to step out the store literally after finishing his comment i was told again that I he would need to exit store . I ask employees to repeat his comment, if he sneezes again which my son didnt. And still requested him to exit store . Keep in mind my son is 9 yrs old with face .ask on and when sneezing he was covering face n nose and actually sneezing u der his shirt. I ask employees if it was a store policy and answered yes it is . My personal policy.

They’re are always so sweet in there and help me find everything I need while still in my budget. No matter if it’s a broken device or needing something new they always have it or make sure it gets there for me without fail! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Period.

I have purchased phones and upgraded my plan atthis location. The staff is extremely helpful and we’re great at finding me the best deal for what we needed. Christy was very nice and patient with us. She explained our plan, price, and put the screen protectors on. Miguel has also helped us before and was very informative. I only go there if I have questions.
Extremely helpful in getting signed up for sprint and transfer of phones. Helped us figure out the best deal that applied to us . The only thing was that they forgot to call me back with information I had requested. But I would still recommend this store and the girls are very helpful!
I’m terrible with my phone and always have tons of questions and am always breaking something. They always take their time to help me fix my issues and make sure I’m completely taken care of before heading out unlike other places I’ve been.

Been a customer since 2007. I brought my phone in because it would not charge. The associate said it was a manufacturing error. When asked how much a new phone would cost he told me $172. I got my new phone and then the associate told me my bill would increase because I was leasing an upgraded phone. I asked him what the $172 was for and he said for returning the old phone before the lease was up. I asked if the had the same model as the phone I was returning. Without even checking he said no. I called the manager to discuss the what I felt was a deceptive practice and perhaps waive the $172. Through our conversation she provided no help and informed they did have the older version of my phone and made. This company treats new customers better than loyal customers. I will be leaving soon.
I am so glad we switched phone providers to sprint! We have received terrific service and never have any problems that Christy hasn’t been able to quickly solve. I am not technology literate and she has patiently walked me through any issues I create! Highly recommend both the store and Christy!

Experience was horrible! They told me they would get my phone paid off since I switched to there service from att and that was my first mistake. Second was thinking they would actually do there job correctly I was wrong about both. Now my father has a bill in collections because of this stupid company. They are horrible
Upon my recent visit to the Sprint Store at 2117 S. Rt 59 in Plainfield, Illinois, Air 1 Wireless I had a few questions about the memory or space I no longer had on my I phone 7. The time and the patience that Diana Rodriguez gave me was above and beyond what I had expected. I now know more about my phone thanks to her and I have plenty of memory as well. Thank you Diana!! Most definitely a fraud. Stay away from this place, I never write reviews. We paid off our phones completely after 18 months and we’re contracted saying that we own our phones after they’re paid off. Now having our phone bills doubled, they said the reasoning is that we need to pay an extra $200 to own our phones even after the contracted pricing? Oh come on, we’re not stupid, said they can’t do anything about it until they’ve received the $200 per phone. Once again don’t shop here, the morbidly fat sales manager was rude and was zero help and lied straight to our faces even considering he was the ones that sold us our phones. Don’t shop at this scam of a place.

Use to love this place when the manager Mike worked there. Went in to upgrade my phone and dealt with a female associate and female asst manager who did not explain the new plan correctly to us. And even messed up on setting up auto pay and other stuff. The guy we dealt with today was very apologetic and helpful but he couldnt do anything for us. What happened to all the commercials saying sprint is better and cheaper than the other. What a big fat lie. Air 1, train your staff to do better or maybe you trained them to scam people like they did us.
Air 1 Wireless made the switch from AT&T seamless.They worked very hard to not only beat our previous rate but give us more for our money! (doubled our data) Kimmy and Michael are the Best!

Offered a promotion that had expired and now Im stuck paying full cost. Poor service. Dan Cardova even lied about what transpired. In fact Dan called his boss Mike to even ask questions. They even contacted Pete the general manager in regards to questions about the promotion! Stay away from air 1 wireless!
