Krissy, Remington and Slavo have been great helping us upgrading our phone, figuring out the best plans for our family and explaining all our options! Loved talking with them and having them help us. AWESOME EXPERIENCEMy wife and I worked with Remington to upgrade our Cell phones, and he was fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand our needs and then gave us recommendations that would work best to fit our individual needs. He took us through the features of each phone, once we made our selection he copied over all the data updated the account, and just like that we were done!!!! Remington YOU ARE THE MAN!!

My husband and I met with Slavko today to pick up our new SE phones. As it was when we first met with him, our experience was excellent and exceptional! He was always informative, understanding and most of all extremely patient with both my husband and I who are seniors who have somewhat limited skills with some of the features on these new phones.He was kind, clear, and considerate. I went with my in-laws to add one of their lines to our Verizon Wireless Family plan account. We were greeted by Remmington. He immediately was able to make recommendations for which phone for my MIL to use. He also remembered them from the Plano location, when they had previously had visited that store for assistance. He really made us feel valued, and was able to make some recommendations on our account, where we werent using certain features. This has been one of the best experiences that I have had in dealing with our Verizon Wireless account (which is quite complex, given the number of devices that we are using)

I came in to get a new phone. Slavko, one of the employees, helped me out and we got my new phone ordered. he called as soon as it came in. i came in the next day and it was extremely busy but he still made time to help set my phone out in a timely manner. Despite circumstances, this location continues to work efficient and diligently to help their customers.

Theyre not the most organized. They have no organized way to keep track of customers in QUEUE. A normal Verizon store does this, TCC doesnt. Probably should FIX THIS. Then Ill leave a five star review.Updated:I appreciate that you have replied to my review. However, Ive posted it here rather than email you, so you will be prompted to action, rather than inaction. Emailing you isnt public and will likely result in more inaction. My complain/suggestion is very clear in the original post: CREATE AND USE A QUEUE. Try again.

Remington is amazing! I had an issue with my 3 day old phone that was very unsettling. I had called Verizon Tech Support the day before, on the phone with them for 3 hours and left the call with the same problem! I went to Verizon in Plainfield the next day, met Remington and the problem was fixed in less than a minute! I am relieved and in awe of his knowledge. I would have had to return this phone and go through more of a hassle had it not been for Remington. Thank you so much!

I want to thank Krissy the sales consultant at the 12632 s route 59 unit 100 location. I went to Verizon store twice already to he tolded to wait for the software through Gmail to reactivate. I asked when will it be done, no one knows. I need my email excess.I have never ran into a individual that have gone above and beyond all possibilities to make things possible. I have a galaxy s9 phone that gmail crashed Monday due to a point that I couldnt get into my emails. I use my phone for everything, school, work and own personal usage. When I say I explained to Krissy what was going on, and she knew right away what to do. She had a customer earlier with the same issue and resolved it quickly. She not only walked me through everything but she gave me the steps and pointed out which app to press and so on. I was given the Tcc number to call with any issues later. She was awesome, high five to Krissy.
