Product is never in stock. Orders get messed up often

The service I received at this specific Granite Group location was very poor. In search of specific products and replacement parts, I was given the incorrect items. Upon return to this location to return the incorrect parts, I was given the incorrect replacements a second time. I finally received the correct parts on my third visit. Employee seemed very unwelcoming and eager to rush through the process. I will not do business at this location in the future.
