I have to share my latest (Pre-owned Porsche Panamera turbo) purchase experience at Ferrari of LI. This is one first class operation. I have bought a fair amount of high-end cars in my time and this was hands down my best experience. When you first walk into their most impressive, impeccably maintained showroom to the client lounge not to mention some of the most beautiful cars ever, you have to be impressed. Alex my sales associate was up front and honest regarding all aspects of the vehicle and even pointed out items the car did not have. Vlad, sales manager having worked at Porsche was incredibly knowledgeable about the car I purchased, my trade-in and the other vehicles at the dealership. Alex, Vlad and Dani (finance) carefully walked me through the process explaining the various options with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. Stay far, far, far, Far away from this dealer. This has to be the worst Ferrari dealer I have done business with go to Wide World Ferrari worth the ride.I bought my 2017 488 spider for extended warranty. I paid for the warranty and service they gave all the paper work needed. 3 months later I go to sell the car and find out that I have no warranty. I call them up and they tell me out of nowhere that ii owe $500.00 it was $7500.00 for the warranty and approx. $800.00 for the service, which was paid. I now find out because of the $500.00 it was never finalized 3 months later. 1. they have no phone number no call at all they called me all the time for the warranty, 2. they have my email,3. they have my address a nice letter would have done it, 4. Gianni knows me very well and my number, 5. i have bought cars there ( which was a horror with service ) before. Should I go on with the ways to contact me for $500.00. the end result is NOW NO WARRANTY CANT SELL THE CAR AND THEY ARE SENDING MY MONEY. GREAT DEALER STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM cant wait till i see the owner around in town or at a restaurant to tell about his dealership

Future customers, I recently purchased a used car here and had 3 instances where they over promised and under delivered.1st issue was minor and to me it was forgivable since it was prior to agreeing on a price and I get it, people make mistakes. This was me being informed by the sales manager that the car had the front axle lift option only to find out it didnt while test driving the car.2nd issue which had a compounding effect was when I was told multiple times by the sales rep and sales manager the car, which had aftermarket exhaust installed would also come with the stock exhaust. After agreeing on a price and putting down a deposit while the financing was being sorted out I got a call a few days later explaining to me that the car was on consignment (news to me) and the consignee wanted the aftermarket exhaust back and the car would be delivered with the stock exhaust. I was referred over to the sales manager, but he refused to take any money off the agreed priced after they made the mistake. Then I was hit with the typical I have someone else if you dont want the car. I wanted the car and proceeded with the purchase.3rd issue- I didnt see the owners manual in the car while I was there. When i asked I was told they have the owners manual and it would arrive with the car when delivered. Car was delivered on a Thursday and guess what, no owners manual. Contacted my sales rep the same day and he stated they must have forgotten to put them in the car and they would be overnighted. 5 days later and I still dont have the manuals. I sent my sales rep a message about it 4 days after the fact and got a reply that he just resigned from the dealership, go F****** figure!

We love dealing with Maserati of Long Island. It is a very laid back dealership, which you would not expect because they are selling such high end cars. Over the past few years - we have been fortunate to lease 3 cars from them. Came here a few weeks ago to purchase some Accessories a Ferrari for my brother for his birthday as he is a huge Ferrari fanatic and belongs to a Ferrari club. Upon walking in the vultures attacked me Like an injured gazelle I realize where I was and am sure majority the people that walk into this establishment are serious about buying an automobile I felt very uncomfortable myself and the surrounding and I will say that this place is for only wealthy people I was willing to spend at least $500 of my hard earned money on shirts and key chains but unfortunately that wont be enough in this place so instead I spent my money on eBay and 3 times what I hope would have received and this establishment.Im a little surprised to be quite honest with you because you can judge a book by its cover and when I walked in although Bay worth asking to assist me nobody really cared what I was doing there and if I was under level once been realized they werent going to make a sale with me of an automobile they completely lost interest and walked away I myself work in sales and treat all my clients whether they spend $1 or $500 exactly the same and Ill always accommodate my claims with a beverage or ask them if they would like to use the Restroom. First off, I had a great experience with the sales aspect working with Graig Choute. Truth be told, I only intended to go test drive the cars and intention-wise, i was thinking of buying a vehicle only a few months later.Graig made me feel so much at ease right from coordinating the test drive and eventually selecting a QuattroPorte SQ4 within a couple of days of the test drive. Test drive was a big plus even though I was hesitant.It was also nice to see a bunch of kids running around the showroom between expensive cars freely.At the end, I left with a great feel about this dealership thinking; perhaps I should stop by more often and not alone.

Had an appointment set for 2 weeks to go meet up with Gino at this dealership... agreed on price so I make vacation plans to come visit family in the area, as I am no longer living in Long Island. Tried confirming final details No return texts or phone calls.. Gino is so unprofessional not sure how he has a job? Family member doing a favor for him? I own many exotic and high end cars but will not be purchasing or trading in any at this location nor referring anyone.

My experience with acquiring a beautiful 2013 458 Spider was extremely pleasant and efficient: 2 straightforward visits with impromptu test drives of 458s of my choice...Less than 3 weeks between the first call and signing the papers, including the decision making time - not bad. No problems reaching the dealership with questions after the car was acquired - good sign. The car is performing beautifully - no surprises. I am extremely thankful to Kyle Godding - he was there for me since the first phone call, through all the test drives, all the paperwork, and he is still always available if I need him - the devotion one rarely encounters. My son and me, we deeply enjoyed Kevin Kings company - he took my son on a tour of all the Ferrari cars in the dealership, telling stories about each one of them. From the outside world, one wouldnt necessarily believe that a Ferrari dealership might feel like a family to a customer - well, it does feel like a family to me.
