Amazing service department, thanks Billy and team! We were on a road trip back home from San Antonio to Denver and my check engine light came on (2020 Ram EcoDiesel) – code was transmission related and was not active. However there were updates needed to be flashed and the service team took us in right away, no waiting, took care of it and cleared the codes and made sure everything was good to go to keep driving home and get back on the road. Absolutely AWESOME service, awesome people and just great all around. Thank you for being there when we needed help! Dodge dealerships like this one are the reason I would want to stay with a Dodge Ram. Even though I had no intention of making a trade when I went in there today they presented information that made me change my mind. Told them I needed my oil changed and check all fluids. Also check anti lock brakes. After I dropped it off they called me and said they didnt have time to do it . I said ok I guess so while they Changed the oil they could detail it I said ok . When I went to pick it up it wasnt detailed the person said there wash bay was backed up . I have been with dodge trucks for the passed 20 years and I have never had a dealership do that to me . Its very disappointing I hope they do that kind of service to everyone because they wont be in business very long .

Worst service department in the Jeep family, I hope anyways Lord help anyone that has to deal with a worse service manager. Zero communication, had our vehicle for over a month, constantly telling us they would be working on it, but NEVER telling us when they failed to receive the part on time until we called asking if the vehicle was ready. Sincerely hope I never have to deal with this company again. Will make the drive to Lubbock or Amarillo instead.

I have the Dodge journey 20/20 its a nice riding comfortable car but it is not phone safe there is no bluetooth available theres no way to answer it from the steering wheel and with these days and times we need safe phone cars cars I traded in my Kia which was a little bitty car but however it was phone safe Bluetooth able and I can answer my phone over the steering wheel this car have now it is not phone safe may cause a crash trying to answer an important call

I been trying to trade my car in for a LONG TIME! I just randomly stopped at the dodge house (I pass by there everyday going home) I was on the way for dog food when my bf and I stopped there to look. JT came out and answered all my questions. A bank was found to help with me after so many failed attempts from previous times at other places. After finding the car we wanted JT was on a mission to get it. Sadly, someone beat us to it. BUT HE DIDNT GIVE UP and those other people fell thru so guess who got what they wanted and the exactcar we wanted! Thanks to JT and his hard work. They were definitely too pushy, I finally purchased from them because they had what I wanted. They said they would detail thew vehicle, it was delivered in desperate need of a vacuum. the window washer fluid was completely empty, and the vehicle needed coolant. Not al all satisfied with the service I received.

I won a $500 gift card from Walmart. I called Plainview Chrysler I let them know I live in Lubbock Texas and I asked him if it a gimmick or do I have to buy anything to win the $500 gift card because I have to drive from far I was told no gimmicks come pick up your $500 gift card I spoke to a gentleman named John who is in charge and he gave me a $5 Walmart gift card with a laugh after. This place is a joke. be careful everyone. this place is not to be trusted. They will lie to you so they can make a sale.

I shopped all over Lubbock looking for a specific truck and nobody would help me get it. Finally I drove to Plainview just to see if they would have it. They didn’t have it either but literally went online and bought exactly what I wanted from an auction that was over 800 miles away and I took delivery 6 days later. They are by far the best dealership that I have ever dealt with and since then have sold two of my family members vehicles. They will have my business from here on out and I would recommend them to everyone I know!!

Where do I start. Well my ram 2500 got totalled in a hail storm a month and a half ago. I inquired about a truck there. Shawn Aylor was the one who responded to the email. So he kept in touch while I was doing the whole painful process with insurance and body shops. Went there yesterday and got me into a truck that I was messaging about for about a week. Got me into it with warranty and gap and a pretty good price range for a 3500 gmc Denali dually. Shawn was very professional and always kept in touch with other options in case that one fell through. So I show up yesterday and it was like he read my mind and brought me straight the the truck I wanted. So no beating around the bush. The paper work went by decent. But I could understand why it took a little longer because the ram was still showing up even though it got paid off. So thanks for Shawn and the other plainview team. Btw.. the truck runs great and looks awesome.

Got to scratch off in the mail saying I won the $500 gift card I called they confirmed I won the $500 gift card and that I wouldnt have to do any kind of buying of any kind but they tricked me I drove all the way from Lubbock to Plainview for a $5 gift card Im pretty sure their cars are good but they arent honest people they should tell the truth

Would rate less than one star if possible. Went to dealer because website had images of 41 new Ram 2500 from 2017 to 2020. Not sure they had 41 new vehicles total. At any rate salesman had to open their own website in my presence to verify that I was being truthful about the trucks they were advertising online. Of course, they were bait posts. That tells me everything I need to know about how this dealership does business.

I drove to Plainview for being a winner on a mailed promotion. Complete waste of time gas and had our hopes up. As well as several other qualified winners. So many dissatisfied people. What is the key for if not one single person was able to see if it fits. All they want is for you to purchase a vehicle. The lady told me I would wait 10minuites well I was there 2 hours I won a watch and they were out and the promotion barley started . I was told I was a winner and didnt win a single thing. Dove 45miles for NOTHING. AND THEY WANT ME TO DRIVE BACK TO GET A WATCH .

Terrible to deal with. Expect you to pick up the slack when they forget to get something when finishing up the deal. Wanted me to drive to Plainview from Amarillo when they forgot to get my licenses and insurance. Then also promised things and then never received them. Asked for proof. Called and talked to GM, who ignored my first message, and never received any documents he promised to send me. No response in over a week. Terrible place of business. Avoid them at all cost.

Ran my credit through 3 different banks just to tell me i needed to trade in my vehicle i currently had to get into something else. Really dont see what a difference it would have made but i dont make decisions around there could have just stayed closer to home to deal with this bs. Plainview Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram really a waste of time and gas to not get anything and have hard inquires ran on my credit.

Scammers! Do not go here! My uncle won $2,500, he called and spoke with a lady to confirm that it was legit. She told him yes come by on Saturday and claim your prize, you are just responsible for any taxes. We drive all the way to Plainview waisted gas to come down. My uncle walks in and explains to the guy what he was told on the phone that he won $2,500 the very rude man begins to back track and say oh no you didnt win the money because they dont match the board in the store. After being extremely rude about the situation the man asks if he can get us out of our old vehicle and into a new one. Needless to say we left disappointed in the staff at this location communication is horrible. I will be informing my family in Plainview to not go here.
