There were 2 other customers when we got there, but we were helped right away; they had plenty of employees so we didnt have to wait. The part my husband ordered didnt fit. I didnt know our mower type but had the broken part with me. The lady who helped me was able to look up the part and find it and order the correct one for us. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

This place the front counter we guy, I believe he was Cuban he was very helpful! He gave explanatory service to us. Made us feel that our problem was his problem and he fixed it for us. He took his time to help and he fixed our problem. You can say he fixed our work truck for $30.00. We didn’t hve to take the truck back to the dealership for them to charge me over $8000 dollars. This is the place to go! I highly recommend this place. They are very very honest and helpful.

I know the are way over priced unless you have an account. I use to work for a large company that got their discount. WOW what a difference. With the difference they come comparable with all the other auto parts stores. Its really a shame they screw the normal person walking in off the street. When I did go in they didnt have the part I was looking for so they did over and above and suggest somewhere else to go try.

Went in looking for led light bulbs and did not see the ones I was looking for but the friendly staff not only knew what bulb was the right one took me straight to it and pointed it out.
