Recently bought an impala from them at the end of April, so this review is long overdo lol. They made the process very smooth, which was great since I had to do an extensive search to even find an impala that was properly priced in Miami lol. Leo helped me out a lot. I called on a Monday to check if the car was there, he said yes and told me to come in. I test drove the car and was ready to buy, I just had to bring proof of insurance. I came back the next day and signed the papers and drove off with my car! They were very informative and were even able to help me get a lower APR percentage from my bank than the one that I was originally approved for. This was my first time buying a car and Im so happy that I went through them! The price was perfect and it was no haggle, which means no unnecessary price markups, which was what I was terrified of when dealing with car dealerships. They made me feel very comfortable and I was so happy to be able to get my hands on my lovely impala within a day of test driving it! I highly recommend if you are looking for a car that you know has been taken care of, since all their cars were once rental cars.

I would like first to say that I did spend 5 months searching for a car that was a good one and which fit my budget and this place has the best used car in south Florida which you can buy with affordable price! Do not be afraid because they come from a rent company, the cars they offer there is amazing! Looks like news! It is true they have a lot of miles but it is worth and you will be treat as a person from their staff, not like other dealers around south Florida who wants only your money. I would recommend the vendor Andre and the Manager Jose. They were really helpful with my requests and with some problems which showed up. They solved it right away with no complaining I definitely recommend those guys, if you want a brand new used car for the real price, you should stop by!

Pretty aggravated. I received a ticket and spoke to those people directly back in November. What was explained to me was that I didn’t have to worry about it as they charged my card and it’s all done.. Great, “so I don’t have to do anything it’s already handled” “yes” awesome... fast forward to today I receive a violation in the mail from Hollywood for 45$ (since it wasn’t paid it went up) confused because I was told it was all handled, start calling around. Finally get ahold of the invoice people to better explain to me that what I was charged was them transferring the ticket to me.. and now I still have to pay that ticket now with increased fines. So, shame on you guys for not being able to properly communicate with costumers. I could have taken care of it months ago had I not been told it was “taken care of, already out of my account”.

I was particularly looking for a certain car. Hertz was the most reasonably priced by far. Jose made this sale happen even though my credit is not the best, and I live quite far away. It was the easiest process I have ever buying a car. Jose was patient, kind, and respectful. I cant thank you enough!! I LOVE my new ride!!!

I had the best car buying experience ever with Hertz Car Sales in Plantation! From my initial contact via email to the day I drove out of the lot with my Ford Edge, everything was friendly, and easy. Bill handled the sale and made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision. There was clear representation of the price and features with no haggling hassles. There was also no pressure at all on me to make the purchase. I was also very happy with the financing that was arranged. Hertz was able to get an interest rate for me that was better than anything I could get on my own. I highly recommend buying vehicles this way. It could not be better!

They are extremely unethical. I bought my car from them and in less than 5 months, my car was already having issues. I called to explain that my battery on a fairly “NEW” vehicle was already dead in less than 6 months, which is impossible seeing that I only commute to and from work. He advised me that batteries work for up to 3 years, meaning that they clearly sold me a car with an old battery, and probably some other old parts, and they only made sure that the transmission and engine were okay. So if I were you, I would stay away from this dealership, you’re better off going to a reliable establishment.

Fitzroy Smith is great - he listens when you tell him a budget and can give you great options within budget. I felt very comfortable dealing with him, and it was nice to not be pushed beyond what I was comfortable spending.

The good thing they have reasonable fees. But never agree to buy optional contracts they offer with JMA : especially GAP in case of total loss. Because it’s not a GAP at all. They will pay the difference between rest of your debt on financing and their assessment of the value of your vehicle. In my case they evaluated it $1500 more then was the selling price of this car. My insurance company gave me a little less than was the selling price. As a result I still owe a couple K having no car. As far as Herz also offers extended 60000 miles warranty on mechanical failure from the same company(JMA) it wouldn’t be a surprise if there’d be any trick too.

When I put in a price for the website, It said there was 10 matches, non of which are in my price range. They all say call for price. If there are no matches, please say so and dont waste our time.

I traveled almost 30 miles to see a specific car the salesman told me they eere going to allow me to Rent2zBuy. I get there and the vehicle is not available. I consider this to be unprofessional. I hope there is some consideration if we are to do business in the future. I dont necessarily blame the salesman but I dont think the management could have done something if they wanted my business.

The Car sales team is not very reliable and did not follow up on things. I ended up purchasing a car from their lot. They promised to have the car cleaned the next day and take care of some scratches only because their detail and paint person was not available that day. They did not deliver on their promises and the manager Jim who I spoke to actually hung up on me. I called back and asked if we were disconnected and Jim said we were not and admitted he hung up on me,VERY unprofessional and rude. The only good thing about the experience was the car (besides being dirty and having few scratches that I had to take care of) Beware.

Worst experience Ive had with car sales: the salespeople knew nothing about trade-ins of motorcycles, first telling me that they would accept it, then told me they didnt do motorcycles when I arrived to consider finalizing the purchase. At least the vehicles themselves looked to be in good condition.

DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY DO NOT SERVICE THE CARS. I rented a car from this location that had zero tread on the rear tires (on a rear wheel drive car) and spun out in the rain and caused a major accident on I-95. Broke my hand and had surgery.On top of that, they charged my credit card for all the towing and storage fee after I repeatedly told the manager that my insurance company would pay them and they must bill my car insurance. They then refused to refund the money.

I bought a Mitsubishi for my daughter at Juan, salesrep. Very proffessional and friendly guy. Kept his word on everything. The car was as described . Prices are ok. 1 year guarantee on the vehicle. Filled up with gas and cleaned within one hour and ready to go. What more can you ask for. If 6 stars would be available: I d give them 😄 Thank you it was a pleasure to spend my money there.
