Went there because I found a pretty good deal online. The car was confirmed there through text but when I got there the car was nowhere to be found. We walked back and forth for over thirty minutes. Employees walked by us several times ignoring us. I watched one walk by us smoking and throwing his cigarette onto the road where cars were passing! Nope.. we shot out of there. There might be some better locations but Id steer clear of the one in Plantation!

If I could give them Zero stars I would. Paid my down payment on November, 6, 2020, after I paid my down payment not only did they not answer my text messages asking about my contract and the vehicle the also wouldnt pick up my calls, on November, 23, 202 after finally seeing my contract, the vehicle was $8,500 but on the contract the had me financing for $24,600 with an APR of 28% I decided I didnt want to sign the contract and asked for my refund. I contacted Khamil (the manager) and he said hed get it done for me the next day. The next day he not only refused to answer my texts but he also wouldnt pick up my calls. It wasnt until I threatened to involve a lawyer that they started cooperating. I ask for my refund on November, 24, 2020 and I didnt get it processed until today. The customer service was terrible especially from Khamil. Only bright side I would say was Markos, he was very helpful to me throughout the whole process

I speak with sale manager....he told me to tell finance company my car was fine and he will fix my car... I told him till car fix I can’t do that... I have appointment for this Saturday to get fix... this morning they towing my car without authorization...... be careful ... probably they do that.... is a scammer or non trusting company... be aware of my experience

BUNCH OF CROOKS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I went in to buy a 2019 Chrysler 300 for the advertised price online. When I get there, they tell me they cannot afford to sell the car to me for that price. The sales manager Camilo made me wait for hour and kept pushing me to pay $18,000 instead of the advertised price of $16,000. He said he is losing money and is only putting that price online to bring customers in. I already reported them to BBB and DMV. I am thinking about getting a lawyer now.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Not only is the manager disrespectful, they refuse to provide my daughter a refund, until we threaten to call the police. After calculating we couldn’t afford the vehicle, the manager tried to convince us to keep the car, telling us our reason to keeping to return the car isn’t good enough and was arguing with us. We didn’t even take the car off the lot for him to refuse to give us our money. He called us thieves and telling my daughter wasn’t raised right. He was disgusting and really prejudice.Edited: This owner doesn’t really care, they are just worry about the money!

They asked me for a copy of my debt card and license which I gave them, because I thought it was so they could start the contract process. I haven’t signed anything, and I did not drive home with a car but they took the money out of my account, and I can’t dispute it on my bank until Monday morning. I spent my whole day (11-7pm) test driving the car, and being told that I would have a 0% interest rate for the car. I had to read the contact before they decided to change it to what we actually talked about. I came in there by myself hoping that If I was honest, they would be too...it’s hard enough to buy a used vehicle. Because of the end result of this I will not be buying a vehicle from this place..UPDATE ON THIS: I still don’t have my money back when I had NO SIGNED CONTRACT, AND DID NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE. I have had to file a police report, call the bureau of dealer services, file a report with the attorney general, report this as a scam on BBB. The manager was very unprofessional when I was FINALLY able to get ahold of him he screamed at me, and hung up on me twice. They did not apologize, and when they said my money was being refunded I called my bank and they do not see any deposit pending.

Horrible experienceI called, asked for some information about a car, to buy tomorrow, the woman that answer the phone was nice until i asked for extra precautions when i test the car with the dealer person seating in the back seat.She treated me very offended, telling that she knows the employee are safe,That was not my question i said, I asked again and she was very rude and treating me in a very uncomfortable manner.They lost a sale just because i asked for an extra precautions.I recommend to train people with kindness, and educate the preferences from people that are willing to do businesses.

Took THREE Months to get my daughters Tag, that includes 8 trips to the dealership, Two paper tags, and numerous calls to Amanda who never called back. Then ontop of it all when we got the tag Oct 31, it expires Nov 2020! This dealership has the worst cutomer service, My daughter loves her car, would have been nice if they didnt remove the spear tire, and replaced a tire with a retread that was bald.

Horrible car lot fake reviews putting new paint jobs on lemons

I live in Tampa Florida and I bought a car from them last summer. Apparently there was an issue with the trunk, so as part of the signed deal they agreed to send me the part and send me a $200 check towards the repair of the trunk. Well, I was finally able to fix the trunk myself after some time, so I decided to called and asked them to apply the $200 owed to me to the registration fees of $157.35 that were forthcoming. They agreed to do so. That was back in October, tell me why come time for me to renew (February 2020) I still cant renew my registration. Ive spoken to David and Liz on multiple occasions but to no avail. Now Im riding around in a car with expired registration and I cant wait to get pulled over. Great car prices, but I cant recommend them.

These people asked for a picture of a debit card and drivers license, then ran an authorization at the end of day on a Saturday - they were closed on Sunday. Scammers! Don’t trust them!

Worse experience ever. Took advantage of a 20 year old girl. They said the car was fine no problems with it. Showed price of around $5800 now we are at $7,000 with all the taxes fees etc. And said that was absolutely it. Now we hear when tags come on we will owe hundreds more after we were told there were no more charges. Said they would clean it and inspect which looked the same as beforeNo brake lightts working. How do you send a young girl out with no working brakeights? only been a week had to replace blower motor brake lights windshield wipers since they were falling off and 4 tires axke etc.and more. Never dealt with letting anyone letting a person walk off the lot with all these problems. Unfortunately we are in a different state so trusted they were selling her a half way decent car. Spent well over $1500 in repairs plus some just to make is safe to drive. Thank god we took a trip out to see her recently or god knows what would have happened.never again

I took my son to get a car was told tax’s tag and title was included in the price. My son purchased a warranty so the next day the car started running hot so he took it back they said they would fix it he waited 2 weeks still wasn’t fixed come to find out they put the wrong car info on his warranty paperwork. A week later it was fixed we were told the car needed an engine they fixed it he got it back a month later. So today we were told he needed 500 to get the tag these people are rude and scammers we asked to speak to someone in charge and he flat out said no. They have no respect I don’t understand how they are still in business
