I bought a 2010 vw cc from them and first week it started giving low engine oil pressure I’d call them they said it was a bad sensor I went and got the sensor change but the problem was still there. then I found out the turbocharger and the transmission control module was bad followed up with bad ads sensors and today car isn’t starting.

In all honesty I was really pleased with the car I bought from SOS Bank Repo. The guys were friendly and straight forward. No BS. They even explained different ways for me to improve my credit. NO OTHER PLACE WILL DO THAT. They helped get a new insurance that was half the price of my current policy for more coverage! My car(2008 Jeep Commander) had problems with the AC cooling and they fixed it right away no questions asked, I got my car back the very next day. I have already recommended two of my friends to this place and I hope they get their cars there. Its been a few weeks and my car is running great. Thanks guys !

The negative reviews are correct. I spoke with Raphael of a 2006 Nissan Pathfinder which had appeared to be prestine, new tires, and advertised as almost new. I get there and he first says there are three. More conversation and he states they were sold but 1. Then, I still have the VOICEMAIL of him saying they still have it and turns out to be a lie. Shows, yes a 1996 Nissan Pathfinder, but not the one advertised. The owner needs better employees and teach them that they should know their inventory and educate them on customer service. Talking smack about the business and the owner looks very bad adding to the negative experience I had felt driving all the way from Miami to see a car that both had been advertised and confirmed they still had it. All interested in a used car, stay away from this lot. No wonder the lot is full of cars. They cant sell the vehicles they have with a shady salesman cowarding behind frivolous excuses that he cant control the website. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

They change prices, the buyer does not have credit, they treat you like dirt, makes you feel really bad. If you asked most economical prices in other concescionarios, he says that is a lie that the car is damaged etc. I went to another dealer if they wanted to do business and buy them for the price they were offering and revised by the blue book and certificate car DON GO THERE

Bought a car here. Really sketchy guys working here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were arguing and cursing at each other in front of customers. Very inconsistent about things they were telling us during AND after the car buying process. Didnt clean the vehicle or give it an oil change like they said they would. Didnt send us home with the proper financing paperwork.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Wow, email me for info. They are crooks, rude, and refused to sell us a car that was listed on Craigslist for 9,999 and somehow when we arrived they were very shady, wouldnt let us test drive the car until they ran the finance, we could pay cash. They take advantage of people who have bad credit. They wouldnt give us the price of the car and when they did they said it was 10,999 and insisted that the craigslist ad said somewhere (we couldnt find it) that prices vary. NO, they are liars and we are reporting them to everyone. We also feel they are selling cars with rebuilt titles without telling the customer, hence they wouldnt sell us the car. They wasted our time oh and the sales guy started telling my wife about a swingers experince he had??? Wow, car buying is bad enough, but this was just horrible. 1000 down on the ad, but then after 2 hours of course they needed 3 grand down. We almost did it, but when they couldnt explain the difference in price on the ad, i had enough. DO NOT GO HERE...

This place is full of liars and thieves, I bought a Kia 2013 and there was a car crap, it was supposed to be semi-pork, it was only 35.00 thousand miles, so we took it to the kia for the Chekaran and they told us that the cost of the repairs were going to be on our own pork that car had already been crashed and the repairs that were made had been out of the kia are a fraud in that diler but God all be and so I will go personally not loka back with that ball of thugs 😡😡😡😡 and I hope that KARMA gives them hardA and the ⭐️ I put in is just to be able to post my comment and let them know to be careful and not go to that place
