DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!My advice is to go to a more reputable Company who doesnt have Motors or Auto Sales in its name. No one can be this desperate to deal with a Company whose unprofessional and practices unlawful business practices. My Mom went here to obtain a vehicle Im pretty sure this Ellie that everyone is speaking of sold her the car she had. The transaction resulted in $600.00 cash and no contractual agreement being drafted. Only for my Mom to be told that she had 1 day to return the vehicle (after having it for only 10 days) or it would be repossessed. After a verbal exchange at the dealership the Police were called. All my Mom wanted was her $600.00 back and a letter to provide to her insurance company to remove the vehicle she surrendered. The Police had to have this company provide her with a letter. My Mom called and asked to speak to the GM (whose name is Josh) and was told that hes never in the office by Bryan (who apparently doesnt have a title other than employee, but I found out hes actually the Manager.) Not to mention when my Mom called in she was told to not call back and to have her attorney call. By reviewing the comments it appears that this company has perfected a scheme towards the desperate and vulnerable. Since I have time Im going to contact the Florida Attorney Generals Office to investigate this company, the Broward County State Attorneys Office, Channel 7 News Help Me Howard or the I Team Investigation department. So sad to be hearing about schemes like this during a Pandemic.

Horrible experience with this company. My daughter went to buy a car and sold her on a Toyota. The Toyota had some dents and not worth the amount sold for. Also, they did not disclosed to her that tag and title was not included in the amount of finance so when the tag came in, she needed to come out of pocket for $500.00 What kind of dealership is this? When I called to correct this, the employees an supposedly general manager were rude. no customer service skills. All they want to do is scam people treat you nice and then screw you. I do not recommend you buy a car from this place. If you do, record every conversation with them, obtain a carfax as well and do not buy same day. I put 1 start but they do not even deserve a start, they deserve negative start.

Here are things you need to know about this dealership to save you a trip.The cars they advertised on their site and on offerup are old photos of cars they already sold. They use these pictures to bait into coming to the dealership.Also If you read the description of the car, the description is different from what the picture is. For example the car they are selling can be a Ford Fusion SEL but will show mix photos of a Titanium to make you think you looking at a Titanium.The down payment that they post is a down payment of the actual down payment. For example the bank might require you to put down 4000 but they will have put down 1500 and you will have 45 days to pay the 4000 or they going to repo your car and you will lose your downpayment.You car payments are every two weeks not every month.When I went there I was constantly hearing people calling complain about the customer service and how they getting rip off because they doing shady business practices and the dealer will talk to them in a disrespectful way.Remember they deal with customers with Bad Credit so they know you desperate to get in car so they will scam and finesse you cause you dont know any better.

Honestly, Larry was a great guy to work with however unfortunately the car lot royalton which is across the street in which Blue Lakes retrieve there cars from sells horrible vehicles. I got a vehicle at $38,000 with 24,000 miles And you would think that I would be in great condition. However my roof leaked so bad when It rained which mildewed the carpet and fabric attached to it rusted out the panel as well as slipped into the electricals cause it my phone to to charge and not to mention the water that lay on the floor board.I had the car less then 14 business days, partial down payment to blue lake auto sales has been made not the full down payment however they are refusing to give me my money back. However the vehicle is in there possession.As a guy that will fight until the end even if I spend more money then the amount I spent on my partial dp I will move forward with legal counsel and file a suit just so this may put a end to vehicles being sold that aren’t worth are hard earned funds.PLEASE BE AWARE

On 4/18/2020 I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Royalton Motors. For $600 down, and agreed to pay an additional $633 every 2 weeks beginning 05/08/2020 for the next 6 weeks for the down payment. On 05/01/2020 at 5:11PM, I get a text from them stating Hi, Your first payment is due today for $633. Can we debit your card? I could not respond right away because I was at work and did not get off until 6PM. But, when I got off of work I replied telling them NO, I dont get paid until next Friday. And, that I never left a card on file. I thought we corrected the dates at purchase They replied Sorry for the confusion, Ill double-check. I never heard from them again until, 05/07/2020 at which time I provided them with my Varo debit card information and authorized them to charge my card on the following day as planned.My direct deposited later that night but, when I attempted to make an ATM withdrawal I became aware that my card had been disabled by the bank. (It had cracked in several places weeks before and I had requested another on 2 occasions, but they never arrived. On each occasion, I was advised by the bank CSR that my card would not be disabled until I got the new one. I have a BBB complaint #14366612 on file against my bank in regard to this matter as well.In a panic, I indicated a funds transfer to another account that night in attempts to be able to handle my obligations with Royalton Motors in the morning. However, the funds did not post in my other account until 4 business days later. In the morning I was able to speak with a bank rep, who advised that they could temporarily activate my old card in my possession to try and help and that they would expedite me another card. But, the transfer was too far along to reverse. which left me with only about $285 dollars at my disposal.I transferred $250 instantly to another card, got off the phone with the bank, and called Royalton. I advised them of what the issue was and they took the $250. On Monday at 1:11 PM I got a text from Royalton Motors asking, can we get paid today for the balance I advised them I still had no debit card and that the transfer had not yet posted to my other account.They said you can just walk into a bank with your ID and pull it out at which time I advised them that my bank, VARO does not have physical locations.On Tuesday, when I punched out for the day, I walked to the back of the building to find a tow truck driver repossessing my vehicle. I was hysterical needless to say. And I called Royalton Motors at once. At which time they advised me that I could get my vehicle back once the remaining $383 was paid.Last Saturday, my card came and I have the balance and they tell me when I get to the dealership that they are going to correct the agreement dates and take the balance but I cant get my vehicle until I pay another $633 and $250 repo fee. After they have run my card for another $200.The dates of the agreement are 5/8, 5/22, and 6/5. I have the remaining $183 and will have the $633 Friday as scheduled. But they have lied time and time again. And refuse to admit there wrongfulness as to the dates but I have the signed agreement.
