This is the worst place ever! GOT A CAR FROM HERE ON THURSDAY WAS TOLD TO BRING IT back on Saturday they hadnt even financed the car and told me I couldnt even get some of my money back ! This place is a RIP off!!! Stay away please

Honestly, Larry was a great guy to work with however unfortunately the car lot royalton which is across the street in which Blue Lakes retrieve there cars from sells horrible vehicles. I got a vehicle at $38,000 with 24,000 miles And you would think that I would be in great condition. However my roof leaked so bad when It rained which mildewed the carpet and fabric attached to it rusted out the panel as well as slipped into the electricals cause it my phone to to charge and not to mention the water that lay on the floor board.I had the car less then 14 business days, partial down payment to blue lake auto sales has been made not the full down payment however they are refusing to give me my money back. However the vehicle is in there possession.As a guy that will fight until the end even if I spend more money then the amount I spent on my partial dp I will move forward with legal counsel and file a suit just so this may put a end to vehicles being sold that aren’t worth are hard earned funds.PLEASE BE AWARE

I was sent to auto mechanic shop by a dealership that I recently purchased a vehicle from. I was a bit frustrated with the amount of time that I was told I had to wait for a part for my car. Nevertheless once the mechanic did further testing prior to removing the part the original problem was resolved in less than 45 min. Great job for not causing me more days of missing work.

I would go ANYWHERE but here. They tell you one thing and then the story changes every 5 minutes just so they can try to get more money out of you. A guy was even there even i was because the car he bought the day before had the breaks fail!
