SCAM ARTIST! BEWARE! I was working with John. He took all my information. I was told to come back sine Ernest (the finance manager) was not around. After leaving, John called me back and said that Ernest said they could work with me and to come back in. They made arrangements to pick me up on Saturday at 930am. Saturday came and after waiting all day long with excuse after excuse for the delays. John sends a text message saying he couldnt pick me up but would I be willing to reschedule. I accepted. Monday morning comes along, I text him at 9am to confirm he will pick me up at 10am. He confirms, than 10 be mins past 10 he calls to say that Ernest wants to know if I have 750 for a down payment. Originally they said 500 and I told him I had nothing. They said no problem. Now Monday morning, it has changed to 750 down, plus extra fees. I am extremely aggravated. They wasted my time. This place contacted me as part of the Crazy 88 deal. Which is 88 down, 88 a month. Scam artist. Everyone beware, they lie and waste your time. IF I COULD GIVE THIS NO STARS I WOULD. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! TOYOTA could have picked me up Saturday and had me in a car.. absolutely unacceptable.

Man oh man where to start, first I would like to start off by saying I had one tuff year first being a victim of Identiy theft n and bad credit I was introduced to John after being turned down by several car dealership once I got there John took my application and in space of 30 mins I was informed I have a car not only that it was 2017 Kia Forte with only 8000 miles with reasonable payments. Just wen I thought I would never get a car again John and Ernst is the best they made the process as smooth as ever n they are a man of their words everyone is approved thank you guys so much I love my new car 👌👌👌👌😍😍😍

They are scammers stay away from this car lot. They have 2 lots down the street from each other stay away from both blue lake financial and the other one use to be lptn but they changed the name
