Customer service fine but staff member literally stood there while another customer entered the shop and removed his mask while on a phone call. They stared and did nothing.

This was the best experience Ive had buying a new phone. All my old stuff was transferred to my new phone in a matter of minutes. The last time I went to a phone store not even my contacts were transferred correctly. Michelle made sure to do everything right and complete.

There is this one small girl, with blue eyes, that refuses to connect customers phones, she has a horrible attitude, and refuses to provide the owners contact information, i been trying to give this store business, and everytime she refuses, very bad customer service from this location. Will be happy to send the customers to other locations.

They dont even try to talk english. Had me waiting for over 20 mins while the lady behind the counter talked on the phone. Lo0oked at me once and barely acknowledged I was there. I ended up walking out and drove to another Metro.

I had a problem with the phone I had just purchased and i went in and was able to exchange the phone for any phone i would like and pay the difference. The associate was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to shop here for my metro phones.
