Shane Amazing. He was very helpful in getting me a new phone. Not only was he helpful in getting me the new S21 Ultra 5G. He got me set and also the Smart Watch. Very patient and not a pushy Sales Associate. He made sure he explained everything to me and that I made the best decision. I was very happy with his excellent customer service

I was having service issues and wanted to know if I can update my Sim card. Jeremy was at the front and greeted me, helped get a new Sim card and even upgraded my wifes phone. Super helpful with explaining my bill. Will recommend.

Quite honesty the easiest experience I’ve had thus far dealing with T-Mobile. I was helped by a gentleman named Raheem, he was extremely on task, quick with answers with an awesome demeanor that I would expect from any customer service representative but something most corporate places fall short of. You need more people like him.

I went in to the store because I was having terrible service with Sprint. I was greeted by Jeremy, one of the representatives that worked there and he was kind and told me that he will help improve my service. He switched me over from Sprint network to T-Mobile and my service has been so much better. He was super kind and help explained everything to me. Good service, would recommend.

Went to this location a couple months ago to get a new phone for myself and switch from t mobile. When I got there Nicolas made me feel welcome and asked me a lot of questions to make sure I get the best deal. Good environment in the store ended up taking advantage of the good family deals they have. Everything is been good so far the only thing is the process takes a little long but is understandable.Recommend this location!!
