My buying experience was truly unbelievable and actually enjoyable. From my very first conversation with Donna, then Michael J and finally Mary-each one of them was remarkable, wonderful, personable and outstanding!!! I spoke to them over the phone to purchase the vehicle as I was a hour and a half away. When I arrived the next day, I was pleasantly pleased and surprised that everything we discussed over the phone was exact and all discussions were carried out without any issues. I should mention this transaction was completed in less than a day. I cannot say enough about the three individuals and obviously the service personnel who prepared the vehicle for delivery. Della and especially KIA should be extremely proud and honored to have such a great team representing them!! One final point which amazed me, the day I picked up the vehicle it was pouring rain. My car came with a bike hitch. (it was included in the original price.) I requested it be changed to a regular small trailer hitch. I was charged nearly $700 for it. In reality I paid for 2 hitches. I called the service dep and asked to pick up the bike hitch....they gave me the run around about it. So I will be calling on Tues, Nov 2, again.NOTE: Im probably the first one to ask for it back!! If THEY keep it, they can SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE AT MY EXPENSE... Its MINE, so I want it back.I request another KIA experience Review., in a few days....so you can get my 2nd review

We had a great experience with Donna Twigg! Entire experience with Della Kia was fantastic. This weekend I bought a white 2021 Kia Telluride from Cory. I was impressed with Della Kia from the moment I started talking to Cory about buying the car to the moment that he handed me the keys. He was knowledgeable, honest, and professional - I will definitely be recommending Della Kia to my friends and family!

The experience of test driving and buying on the same day but it was fairly effortless. I felt the team approach to getting the car and financing went well and I was impressed that your staff was willing to stay late to get the job down.

Where to begin?I called the sales guy 3 days in advance we chatted and discusses all week what was available for my personal preference of vehicles and Friday we confirmed that all vehicles I had saved to test drive and possibly purchase was available for my reserved appointment... I had said up front I am being dropped off and will drive a vehicle home and did explained I had herniated discs and spinal disorder that doesn’t make it comfortable to walk or ride far at all...I arrived to find NONE of the vehicle I saved was actually physically on the LOT we had to get into a company vehicle to go to the corresponding lots (Kia Chevy, Kia Toyota, Kia Mitsubishi etc etc) to test drive 2 vehicles I saved from each one! Every correspondent lot my saved appointment to test drive them was absolute as we got the “ key” to drive it it was SOLD 😑or upon turning the key on or test drive it hasn’t even been checked out by service technician yet so that mean I can’t drive it home🤷🏽‍♀️🙄😑😑 I was left with only 1 vehicle that was able to drive home 3 hours later after all the craziness and LACK of planning you would think I would get some sort of remorse-nope it was basically told me oops it happens... No when someone drives an hour and half to be there to find that “dream car” and it either sold or not service to pass that is a waste of my time period no matter how you see that ! As a sales guy I have checked that vehicle to see if it clean did it pass is it drivable for my customer to take home do a checklist!!! It not that hard at all to be accommodated especially in my case which I have explain I cannot drive ride or walk far everywhere we went we had to drive ride or walk to these places!!!Then at 1:40pm and I sat down to discuss price for the only car they had for me sales guy said if you don’t make a decision by 2pm you will have to go home and come back another day😳!! I calmly stated I would have been home 2 hours ago had you saved the dream van I had rode to get 🤷🏽‍♀️😑😑😑😑... then he explain I’ll knock off a grand to help you and then that didn’t happened by the financial lady and then he said the Car had a carryover warranty which did NOT have ZIPPO on it so needless to say this will be the LAST place I would go ...I saw at Chevy Della1.Mitsubishi outlander- not service yet2. The Dodge Grand Caravan that I orginally called to save for my test drive- which I wanted- SOLDThen we went to Della Mitsubishi the second van I wanted to buy if I didn’t like caravan was the T&C Chrysler also -Sold them went to Della Toyota- to see a Hyundai Sante Fe was sold as well and the only vehicle left to see was the KIA Sorento that was service and ready to go that day .....so 5 cars and only 1 was ready to drive home

They’ve had my car a month already. No call of when a battery will come. Battery on back order. Well I could have bought one myself and had it already. I don’t think that’s what’s wrong with it that’s why it’s there So still waiting since 1/7/21

The appointment site indicates that I needed a 7500 miles Normal Factory Maintenance. Not sure what a 7,500 Normal Factory Maintenance consist of. When I called about that, I was told that 10,000 would be OK to do the oil change. A little confusing.I was supposed to get a free tire rotation, but it is not reflected in the paperwork as being done.

At first I wasnt even shopping for a Kia but when I saw a listing for an almost brand new Kia Sportage at a great price I decided I should at least test drive it. Michael Johnson set me up with a test drive appointment for Monday after work, but then, due to some prompting from a Subaru dealer I was also working with and my friend I was hanging out with, we got the appointment changed last minute to the same day so I could decide between the Kia Sportage and the Subaru Forester. Mr. Johnson was very accommodating and patient, as my friend and I each had our babies with us as the plan hadnt been to look at cars originally. The test drive went great and we got to really test the size of it with two careseats in the back. I fell in love with all the features and how it handled and when Mr. Johnson got me the monthly payment I wanted the Sportage won against the older Subaru. It was a crazy day and it took some time to process everything but we entertained our babies and we still had a blast. Driving home in my new Kia Sportage was a great feeling and Id highly recommend this dealer and their salesman Michael Johnson.

I was very pleased on how my servicing went. With the covid-19 Iwas worried about going but it was fine. I was able to stay 6 awayand the pen was even cleaned. I was in and out quickly.Also, there was no charge!!

After taking them both fro test drive and loving them both it was the staff at Kia Della that sold me. It didnt just stop there. I have made a friend with my salesman. One of the best customer service experiences in my life! Quick, friendly and superior service. I stopped in without an appointment to see when they could schedule me in to program a new smart key fob I had purchased elsewhere. Less than 45 minutes later the service was complete . . . and they also washed the car and wiped down the interior! We will definitely return to Della Kia for future service and for our next vehicle purchase.

Went to Della Kia to get a prepaid oil change I purchased with the vehicle I bought there. Was told itd take an hour to do the oil change & software update. An hour later my car had the oil change & software updates done & was waiting for me with a complimentary exterior car wash. Very happy with service.

This is easily one of the best car dealerships. Not only in northern New York, but perhaps the entire country. They worked very hard, and went above and beyond in every single aspect to get me in a new reliable vehicle, which i love. It would be an absolute mistake to buy a car anywhere else in the northeast. I called Cory on Friday morning went in after my eye appointment. He had the car warming up and ready to test drive. After we got back to the dealership Cory got me the numbers and made it possible for me to walk out with my car the same day! He was friendly and really helped me out.
