Things did not work out at all.I booked an appointment for an air bag recall. Service confirmed they had what they needed to resolve this. I drove an hour only to find nothing could be done because they didnt have the software. They would have to get it mailed to the dealership and then Id have to come back.Not happy and still very concerned the air bag system wont work if I had an accident.Paul Johnson 897-2200.

Kevin and the crew at Della are always so helpful and accommodating. I originally just needed a heat shield replaced then noticed my inspection was about to outdate and my oil change light came on. All the work was completed in one visit. I live an hour from Della and so appreciate the kind and efficient service they always provide.

My experience working with Ed and the team at Della Mitsubishi was unlike any other car buying experience I’ve had. Ed took his time to answer all of my many questions and help steer me in the direction of the right car for me. I never felt any pressure to buy something that wasn’t the perfect fit for me, and I feel this is what really sets Della apart from the competition. I purchased a 2021 Outlander Sport this week from Ed at Mitsubishi and the service was incredible. He listened to all of my needs, he ran numbers to see what I could afford, I was able to test drive vehicles as much as I needed, and he didnt stop until I was satisfied. I received amazing service from Adam as well, he is highly knowledgeable, friendly and he found me the lowest rate (even lower than my credit union). I bought my previous vehicle from Mitsubishi in 2016 but this time around was even better service and it was a pleasure to work with these gentlemen. I will definitely be working with them again for any future car needs.

Waiting on my car to be fixed a factory issue that is 100% covered under my warranty! They never return my calls. They never tell me when its going to get fixed. I feel they are trying to make me wait till my warranty is up so they don’t have to fix it. Sorry I’m not rich and I didn’t buy a fancy expensive car but my money is as good as anyone else’s and I go to Della for all the work I get done on my car I am a loyal customer! I can’t even get a call back or a date or any answers. Ridiculous!

When we picked the car up Chris had everything in order and ready to go. He patiently went over the cars features and we were on our way. Kevin Camre is very professional and really cares about his customers. He does everything he can to make you happy. My only downfall to your service center is the mechanic that took my vehicle for service was all dirty and I had to ask him not to get in my vehicle like that. He still did. Very disrespectful. I had oily finger prints on my driver door after service. While sitting in the waiting area my wife and I could hear loud rock music coming from the service bay, did not make my wife feel comfortable.

Normally, I have a great experiance at Della Kia, but this last time I went in for an oil change, and had them mount and balance my new tires, they were suppose to check my brakes as I had mentioned they are making a grinding noise, so went in at 1:50pm for a 2pm appoinment, I was there for several hours, I left there at 4:40pm, so it took a lot longer than usual, and Im pretty sure they never checked my brakes as they still make noise, the service desk was good, just not happy with how long it took them to do half the work, because they had other issues with another vehicle..

I went in for an oil change on 6/10/2020. While I was giving my keys to the service manager, I told him about an issue I was having with my air conditioner. He assured me he will tell the mechanic. When the change was done I reminded him about the air conditioner. He promptly went into the garage and spoke to the mechanic. The mechanic came in and told me he believed it to be a freon issue. I told them I had lunch to go to and they told me they would call me. I figured they were busy, so I gave them a call after lunch to which I was told that Della Honda had it and he needed to get it back and would contact me. I called on Friday 6/12/20 and was told he hadnt heard anything and would call me back. He confirmed my phone number. Monday 6/15/20 I called back and was told the service managers boss was on vacation for a week. Apparently no one fills in whole his boss is on vacation which I found frustrating. So I waited the week and called yesterday, 6/22/20 around 1:00 pm and was told his boss would be over in the afternoon and he would call me with an answer. Its not 7:04 pm on 6/23/20 with no phone call. Ive gone 2 weeks driving in the summer heat with 3 young children, my fiance and I sweating because the $26,000 car I bought last year is having surgery conditioner issues and they arent being addressed at all.

I would like to express my utter thanks to Wayne, the dealership manager, Kash, the young salesman I dealt with & Scott, another salesman at the dealership. I have owned Subarus for the past 20 years. All from Bill McBride & then Della. The service I was given when I went to get my last vehicle was shameful. I had every intention of having another Subaru parked in my driveway. I had seen the Mitsubishi ads & liked the looks & the features offered. Especially the 4WD. So I stopped & test drove the Outlander & the Eclipse Cross. I really liked the Eclipse. Della didnt have the color I wanted but within a few days had one. The 3 above named gentlemen went above & beyond the call to see that I was completely satisfied with my purchase including having rain guards & most importantly a remote starter installed. If there is an incentive program at the Della Dealerships or within Mitsubishi I feel that Wayne, Kash, & Scott should be recognized for their excellent service. Thank you guys ! My daughter will be coming to see you when her lease is up. Subaru has lost at least 2 very good customers & Mitsubishi has gained 2.

You can stay there, seated in their comfortable chairs watching TV drinking good coffee, or you can be chauffeured to the Mall for some shopping! Who does that ???? Also. I miss the days of good old fashioned face to face customer service. Im not talking about someone polite with good manners.  I mean the kind of service that makes you feel like youre a friend or family member that hasnt been seen in awhile. The kind of service where you are treated like the only person in the room, even when youre not.  I found that kind of customer service at Della Mitsubishi in Plattsburgh.  The staff there works together like a well oiled machine.  You are treated like you matter from the moment you walk in the door.On Saturday, July 11, I accompanied my husband to drop off his car for a routine maintenance appointment which resulted in buying a new car for me.  I had no intention of buying a new car.  In fact I was not comfortable with the idea of owning a new car ever.  Its just not me.  I like a good ol reliable vehicle with some dings in it.  Why would I need anything more?  Im 48 years old and set in my ways.  I asked a few questions about used vehicles just to see what was available.  They didnt have many used vehicle on the lot, so Ryan start pitching the new car idea. We left, with no  intention of buying a car.  While speaking with Ryan, i mentioned wed be back in town Monday for an appointment.  My husband received a call from Ryan that day asking if wed like to look at anything else.  Im not sure if Ryan has any idea how important that call was.  I mean, I know its their job to sell cars, but he took the time to pay attention and then put himself out their by placing a call.  That one call made me feel important to Della.  I was a person who they wanted to come back.  The smallest details matter.  So we went back.  Not only was I persuaded to test drive a new vehicle, I was given options and time.   It was busy that day compared to the first time we went in, but we were still treated with respect.  We were addressed as soon as we arrived.  It was explained there would be a wait, and were given the option of waiting or coming back.  The smallest details matter.  When we returned, Ryan was professional and knowledgeable.  He listened to barrages of questions and concerns with interest and respect.  When it came to numbers we were fluidly passed on to another employee.  When it came to the sale we were fluidly passed on to the next.  It was seamless with noone questioning the moves of their teammates.  The word team was heard frequently during our visit, and boy they were a team to watch.  Such professionalism. It reminded me of the passing of the baton in a relay race.  The entire staff knows when to stay out of each others way and exactly when to jump in.  Although it was a day long process, it felt like it happened so fast. I left driving a new car home THAT day.  The smallest details matter.  The smallest details add up to big details.  This team knows that.I have worked in retail/sales. I know the game.  These folks play it right.  They get it. They should be commended for their work!Thanks Della Mitzubishi for a great experience, and my first new car.

I recently traded my car for something AWD and was incredibly impressed by the service at Della Mitsubishi! I will say, Kevin in the service department is always helpful and willing to go above and beyond to assist. Ive owned Mitsubishis for 13 years now, most of which Ive purchased through your dealership. The only complaint I have is that I have to bring my car back out because I was told the roof rack keys were the wrong ones, when in fact, they are the only keys I was given. I just had my car out there a week ago and they told me to go home and look for other keys because they were not right. The keys I specifically put on my key ring after the roof racks were installed are able to unlock one of the locks, however, I believe it is something wrong with the locks themselves, maybe even having dirt in them or something. I now have to schedule another appointment and bring my car back out (which is over 40 miles) for them to probably tell me the exact same thing as last time.

Wasnt real pleased with being charged to have a tire pressure monitor reset while I had the vehicle there for a recall purchase the vehicle from the same dealership thought service was their pride to get a repeat customer service is a good thing in this instance a 2 second job to hook a computer to the car and tell it to read a tire pressure monitor I would think this would be done as a courtesy not a $40 charge after I had also purchased a $50,000 pickup truck from a nother Della dealership
