Decent selection of games, poor service. I just bought a copy of demons souls for ps3 and the whole docs was scratched. This has happened multiple times to me here. If you shop pre owned here check your disc because they wont.

They are kinda pricey but the people are nice and sometimes they have nice discounts.

This location is pretty narrow and cramped. A fair selection but if theres even a small amount of people inside, especially if they are checking out, be prepared to squeeze a little bit.

Very friendly and helpful about choosing a videogame and what kind of videogame you should get.

I get good service at the Gamestop in Champlain Centre, but I get the wrong game. I come in asking for Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, they make the transaction, one week later, two discs of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain for Xbox 360 were delivered to me. I already have The Phantom Pain on my Xbox One, so what is the point of sending me a game I already have? I feel ripped off on the purchase, but I am not heavily criticizing to the point of offending the store employees, or their managers. In short: dont throw away your receipt if you need to return the wrong game.

I prefer this Gamestop over the one located near Walmart. The staff here have always been helpful and will go the extra mile to procure an item for you if they dont have it in the store. The manager with the beard and glasses is a douchebag though.

GameStop is a big deal in my house. Always love going here for my gaming needs because the staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful.

Always asked for a return policy on any console or equipment you buy, if your unhappy, they will not allow returns for the full amount which is very bad business practices when almost any other store allows free returns.

Plenty of games and gaming accessories for gamers alike, but the male store associate was rude to my friend and I yesterday.
