Came to resolve identity theft and Pin# change as adviced by Verizons accounts office but the employee assisting said they do not do that and referred me (deaf) to call back Verizon customer service 611 or accounts again!Help their problem is preventing me from getting home mortgage qualified and forced homeless through no fault of my own for a year now!

No matter what is going on ( read covid pandemic) the crew in this store have nothing but the utmost respect for their clients. Everything is neat and clean, social distancing is followed, but most importantly, no matter how big or small your question is, you are treated like you are the only person that matters. Fantastic customer service!

I wish there were more competitors to give people more options. Id like FiOS and 5G in our area, but guess thatll come in time. As far as the staff goes, they were very helpful with fixing a minor issue I was having.

The worst customer service experience ever.Sales representative didn’t want to help, I was told because they would have missed a sale.I had an issue with my phone and I was willing to spend with the sales representative that helped me a lot of money therefore I took my service and money to a different phone provider and received excellent service and in turn I will be giving them all my business plus my family.Word of advice to Verizon, customer service...it’s about helping everyone not a select few...lastly, Verizon is not deserving of even the 1 star I gave.

They absolutely refuse to help me with my warranty claim...seems to be a contest of not my job amongst associates...how hard is it really to help a single father out that needs his phone to make sure the paperwork is straight? The difference between customer support and laziness is excuses!! This is my second phone with them,and absolutely will be my last!!

The staff is very friendly and fairly knowledgeable. However, there arent really a variety of accessories for phones in store and they are pricey. Understanding theres only so much that can be done but still its a little bit of a shame.

Verizon might not be perfect overall, but the Plattsburgh Verizon store is about as good as they come.On Thursday, I went to pick up a jetpack. (Were without cable internet at our house for a week.) The rep was knowledgeable and friendly, and I was out the door within 15 minutes. (Contrast that with the AT&T store, which I was at just before this Verizon store, where I spent 45 and got nothing done.)Today, I went to switch my iPad from AT&T to Verizon. There was a line, but they took a callback number so I can wait (warmly) in my car. Once it was my turn, I was again out within 15 minutes. (Contrast that with my call to AT&T later today, where it took thirty minutes to get someone to tell me the automated system sent me to the wrong person, and an hour total for AT&T to tell me they couldnt help me today.)Again, is Verizon perfect? No. But this store is leagues better than the Plattsburgh AT&T store.

Congratulations to your employee for selling my 19 year old (with a part-time grocery store job) a $1400 phone. She went in looking for a simple Android phone with a camera and you upsold her to one of the most expensive phones in the store, telling her other less-expensive phones were sold out. Very classy...

Lady at the door was no help what so ever didnt even know what i was talking about gave me a phone number and sent me away. I was told the last timw i was there to return and the guy would help me again. But i wasnt even allowed past the door because she didnt want to do her job and allow business into the store. Took my business to the other verizon store and got some actual help.

This Verizon Store is very good. We always see Gardy whenever we stop by or need help. He is extremely helpful and patient. Our needs are always first when dealing with him. When Gardy is not available the other associates are very compatible and helpful. We really enjoy doing business with this store.

Store representatives gave me incorrect information over the phone, and when I asked about it they told me there was no record of the call. Took me two full hours and two trips to the store to figure out how their system worked. Great store to go if you like being treated like an idiot!

Every time that i have gone in to this brand the staff have always been very friendly, and are willing to take their time to help me with what ever I need help with. There has typically not been a very long wait time even when they are busy, and will usually come find you when they are free from their last customer.

Completely useless store, went in saw 2 employees actually working the one not doing anything I asked if she could take my mobile hotspot off my plan she proceeded to go in the back and bring me out a piece of paper with a number for me to call. Unless your buying something they dont want to help you.

The salesperson knew absolutely nothing about the new Samsung Note 9. Nothing. Good thing I already did my research before going into the store because she was useless. I would give one star but the experience was hopefully a one time deal. Usually the staff is more helpful.

My experience at Verizon today I would give a five star rating theVerizon representative was not only courteous he was extremely knowledgeable about the products and and help me to make an intelligent decision as to which device would better fit my needs In the end I left their very satisfied upgraded my service purchased a tablet I came in with a dead hotspot and left with a great tablet upgraded service and I believe I made a new friend thank-you gardy

Not a fan.I bought the Google Pixel a few months ago.I wanted to buy it outright, but the salesman told me that he would get bonus points or whatever if I wait a week to pay it off. Fine.So I come back a week later, and they tell me that I have to wait another week to pay off the phone because of the way their return policy works. Thats okay, I guess, because it will still be before the next bill cycle so the phone payment wouldnt increase the phone bill.Two weeks after initially getting the phone, I come back again. They tell me I cant pay it off yet. I ask for a return. They say no, because its outside the return window of a week. I leave, because Im bad at confrontation.So we call Verizon Corporate, which was the contact number listed for this Verizon location at the time this event occured. The guy at corporate lets me pay off my new Pixel over the phone in minutes. He tells me the store should have let me do that and apologizes for my inconveniences.So, my recommendation would be to avoid this store. Just call Verizon Corporate, who have always been more helpful in my experience anyway.Have a good day.

I was unable to add my phone to the main account so then I was offered a free phone then they would add the line to the account got everything all settled paper work done then he says Im sorry your at your finance limit!!!! Please tell me how do you finance a phone that is free 🤔 its been one issue after another with this store!

Store clerk was rude, condescending and didn’t answer my questions regarding my upgrade. I asked several times the cost & how to to upgrade to an iPhone 10, and he would only tell me the pay off cost no matter how many way I rephrased the question. However when my boyfriend came over and asked, he answered him. I absolutely hate the feeling of a male associate treating me poorly because I am a female.He was loud about my information, and boastful when his coworker asked if he could please close down his tablet, to which he loudly told everyone it was a $1,000 tablet and didn’t want anything to happen to it (well then, don’t leave your personal tablet open on your work desk!).My work is paying for my upgrade, and I had the timeTo do it. But I will take my business to anotherVerizon store. Thanks anyways.

Very disappointed in customer service. Wanted new phone asked them to transfer information from old phone, would NOT do it regardless of how many times I asked. He insisted I do it myself. When I suggested I go will go somewhere else, he didnt care. They just lost a sale and many future customers. Take your time and business elsewhere.

I have had great experiences dealing with the verizon store..I believe I have purchased outright 2 iphone 6s with accessories and one samsung galaxy 7s edge. I purchased the apple watch series 3 online but through verizon ( will not do that again..will go to store)...I dont go alone...the salespeople are that good and I am that agreeable lol. But buying from the verizon store outright even though I usually do prepaid method after ..has saved me many headaches..they do it all. I will definitely 100% be going there for our next phones.
