Stopped by the Verizon store after work, in need of an upgrade. I was greeted promptly and directed through all of my options. Landed on a s21 ultra and a new smart watch. A great experience, my salesman Maxwell was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He was informative and not at all pushy. Definitely a very positive experience. Thank you Max!

I was really pleased with the service I was provided, I’m glad that I went here! Max helped me out and explained everything to me very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Max also helped me choose my new iPhone and gave me advice for a protective case, he was very nice and also a good conversationalist, I didn’t have to wait very long and I would definitely recommend going to him when you visit.

I went to upgrade my phone. I was told that there was a promotion in which I could trade in my apple iPhone 7 Plus phone for $699. When the representative went to click on the promotion she said it disappeared and was no longer available. She then proceeded to call a helpline to find out the issue she spoke to someone very briefly and then was placed on hold again for an additional 45 minutes. Finally at the one hour mark we told her that we couldn’t wait any longer and Had to leave. During the entire hour me and my husband were there she barely acknowledge our presence and was more busy scrolling through her phone or playing on the computer to acknowledge us. I feel like Verizon cellular sales in Plattsburgh New York works on scam business. 🎤 drop

So happy to leave AT&T that I paid many more dollars than what my contract stated. Maxwell was a great help with this process!

Do not go here unless maybe you are buying a phone. Went in for assistance new iphone 12 randomly losing connection, sales rep Dave was beyond useless definitely not worth his time because we werent buying a phone. Tried to make us buy a new sim card, made a phone call to verizon after leaving due again to Daves attitude, and voila free sim. Not about to pay 20 bucks for something that is verizons fault not mine. Thanks for no help at all.

Julia Brand has been my rep for a couple of years now and every time she makes my experience quick and painless...and when I say quick, I mean I dont have to even lift a finger and shes fixed whatever problem I had or set me up with something new. My husband and I went into Verizon to upgrade our phones, we got Dale. He is amazing and patient. He did a wonderful job at making sure we got everything we needed, he didnt care how long it took. It took us 4 or 5 hours to get them but that wasnt any fault of Dales. He let us know every step and made sure we were aware of everything going on and what we were getting. His partner Corey wasnt very nice. Kept rushing him and being rude but Dale handled it wonderfully and never got flustered. If you go to this store please ask for Dale!

I worked with with Brandon Cook (I believe that is his name) in the Verizon store located inside Champlain Centre Mall. Although the process took about 2 hours, yay technology sometimes, Brandon made the time fly by! Funny, energetic and certainly knowledgeable about the products for Verizon. He helped me open a new plan with 2 phones, get the phones set up, get cases and even put the cases into the phones for me. All Verizon is missing is free wine during the process time of the updates on a new phone and they would be golden! I had a great experience and will certainly remain a Verizon customer and work primarily with Brandon as long as he stays with the company. Oh, and Judith’s personality was great. Icing on the cake.

When I went there 2 weeks before buying my new phone they told me they had a buy out plan for my old phone so I didn’t have to pay it back, they said they could pay up to 200 dollars for my old phone and any of that money not used would go towards the new one, but when I went to get my new phone they said they couldn’t do a buyout plan because of the phone I had so this caused a lot of problems for when I bought my new phone because I had a certain amount of money saved up. They gave me incorrect information about a buyout plan and false hope! If you want the truth don’t go here. I decided to go the Verizon by Walmart because they are a lot better!

Julia helped me get my new phone. She is such a sweet and caring person. She isnt just a sales person, she has a heart and cares about the needs of the customer. She is always there for me when I need her and will see her for all of my cell phone needs. Cellular Sales is the ONLY verizon agent I will ever go to!

Will Heneka was very helpful. Stayed open late for me to replace my damaged phone. He led me to a comparable phone and at an acceptable price. Provided plenty of options and was very knowledgeable about all phones. Would definitely return for future service and recommend others to come to his location.

This is the third phone I have gotten from them and the experience was quick and easy. The staff here is friendly, and helpful. I worked with Robert Yu and couldn’t be more pleased with how personable he is, along with professional and knowledgeable about the product and services. So the sales woman was very kind and shes only a rep. Im writing this review because of the big corporation called Verizon. They are greedy dirt bags! Ive been a customer for almost 20 years now, initially I loved them. In the past few years theyve gotten horrific like Rob Zombie crazy! And the idea that Ive gotta now purchase my phone over 2 years (monthly charges on top of service/data bill) at full cost vs how it used to be in the past (buy phone for $200 get a $50 rebate)...phones are now $800+! And you have a family plan well its gonna be like a mortgage payment. My mothers flip phone cost us $400!! And at Amazon for the same phone it was less than $200, yet we cant purchase a phone thats not directly from them anymore!? She cant do anything but text and call...mine is a smart phone with a dumb provider and customer! I cant even make phone calls from the phone when Im home due to terrible reception, yet I upgraded and am now paying $164/month for mine and my mothers line...we share data (she doesnt use data) but they really get you now! Extremely upset with this Verizon hogwash!! I feel truly sorry for anyone whose kids are on the plan with iPhones etc!! Why did they change the way they deal with people? Id rather have a contract if I could only pay $200 for an upgrade! Guess Verizon must have a big family to need to cover the cost of their cell phones now!! Rob Zombie movie vs upgrading your phone!? My girlfriend and I stopped in the other day to check into some prices. The store associate helped us find a prepaid phone with a decent plan. They gave me my number and set up everything for me in the store. It was a easy and enjoyable experience.

I wanted to take advantage of a promotion. I signed up and ordered two phones but when they cane in, Verizon has cancelled the promotion. They offered to see what they could do but we already had purchased the phones (2 S7s). There was no effort to at least do a song and dance to try to make it right, just a crowd of shrugged shoulders. Money being lost wasnt the issue (I ended up having to sell the phones originally promised to be taken in for $200 and I was lucky to not have to deal with any Cheewees), the true issue was promising one thing and then not at least making the effort to come through. The employees are great but surely I am the rare horror story and corporate cares because I see great reviews here. Oh well, you live, you learn. For what its worth, this is my first one star review and while I feel bad, I have never been in a situation as poorly handled as this. We will have to purchase the S8s elsewhere and if it becomes a pattern, who knows, maybe I have the problem. The golden rule in sales: Always deliver at least what you promise. -Kris Brown

Ive had only but good experiences with their representative Chris and the management staff. I needed a better network after living in the north country and having at&t. I switched to Verizon for the better coverage and the service offered. I was helped by Will and he was awesome! I was unsure of the phone and he knew all of the features of each of the phone I was looking at as well as what it was going to cost me.

We switched from AT&T a few months ago and Chris was excellent to work with. Stopped in recently to switch to an international plan and the customer service was great. We always go here for help and they even set up the Bluetooth in our cars for free. Great place to shop at highly recommend!!!

I was at the mall a week ago and needed case and screen protector for my phone. We always go here to buy our phones...timing wise this must have been for my daighters 12th birthday...step up to next iphone. They are so nice and helpful there...will change over info to new phone so we know its done correctly. We always buy outright...no dealing with contracts...and at least they pretend to like kids ( who knows?)

My experience at this store was superb. I walked through the doors with an iPhone and left with an LG G4, and let me tell you world it was a wonderful life choice. This is the best Verizon Store by far. Unlike the really bad experiences I have had at the Consumer Square store, Champlain Center has a good staff, patient and helpful. I refuse to go to any other store now. Period. This is where I feel appreciated, as a customer.

I like the convenience of being able to visit the Verizon Wireless store and also take care of other things in the Mall. I had some other prior visits and David Luciano was very helpful and gave me time to make an informed consumer decision.The only unfortunate situation is that my husband couldnt obtain the calling pass feature when travelling in Canada because he has a 3G Phone.

Its a cellular service provider. They are going to try to up-sell & send you home with bills you dont need for services youll never use. But its the norm I suppose. I asked about buying the phone outright instead of a two-year contract and apparently if I want to do that it will cost me an extra $100 tacked onto the $1,000 phone.Service was good, staff was professional & friendly. Complaints are only about the company in general.
