I went it today, in a what seemed like a busy Saturday for this store. I have zero experience with a lot of makeup products and particularly false eyelashes and always feel out of place at a makeup store. A young lady named Erica (spelling?) asked if I needed help and she assisted me right away. I was worried about bothering an associate with basically telling me how to put them on and etc since I know nothing about them. But not Erica! She took her time with me and gave me tips and pointers and I was so incredibly impressed and thankful that I didn’t seem to be a annoy to her. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and and I felt very comfortable with her that I could trust her input and recommendations. 5 star experience.

Nice and clean the shelves are stocked, but unless you shop ther a lot the prices are higher then other places.

First time there, Michael was very friendly, helpful and informative. Went with pictures of only the back of the product I was looking for. And he was able to help refine that everything I was looking for.

Among local and non-lethal products I loved their great selection of products from South Korea! Very cheerful and helpful staff! You can tell they have pride in the work that they do! Im horrible with names, but the girl with the many shades of purple hair was extremely helpful and kind!Im very happy they were honest. When I asked for a Laneige product, after verifying with (I think it was a manager), they kindly and honestly let me know it was only sold at Sephora, and offered to give me recommendations for similar products.

Very nice store for womens cosmetics and such. Bought my wife her Christmas gift from here. Service was great.

Not sure what (lorielle) or whatever her name is... at the Plattsburgh stores issue is but she needs a lesson on customer service. This is the SECOND time she’s been less than accommodating. Straight cold and rude. Find another job, Maybe one where you sit alone and deal with paperwork only. Definitely not cut out to deal with people.

They carry great skin and hair care products like Tony Moly face masks and deep conditioning keratin masks for damaged hair. Huge selection of cosmetics ranging from drugstore to luxury brands. Much better selection (and prices) than their competitor in the mall... download the app and youll receive coupons and daily offers. They even have a cosmetologist on site and offer many salon services! This place is heaven on earth if you love makeup, skincare, or hair products (like me). I also recommend Ultas brand, Ulta Beauty. They have great lotions, soaps, and other beauty products that you cant find anywhere else.

Good deals on some stuff, no deals on others, but lots of variety! So worth looking. Just be sure to comparison shop!!
