As I’m shopping there, the workers are friendly and I enjoy that they are engaging with the customers. I don’t mind the workers in cashier to walk around in self checkouts, I’m aware they are doing their job to make sure no one steals. Which I appreciate, I like the community and if you ask for any type of help, they will help within the best of their abilities.

The people there are really lovely to work with and for the most part will do everything they can do help the customers. Most costumers doesn’t understand things and will blame it on the workers for their lack of knowledge. Some customers will try to act innocent when they are in self checkouts and steal items, making the workers feel like it’s their fault that they got caught. Everyone in cashier and the CSMs are lovely and enjoy to walk in there to say hi!

Very convenient, quick and the staff is wonderful!

Tried to get a much needed prescription for my father that needed pre approval from insurance company. I was told they couldnt get the scrip until that happens which is totally out of their control. Got a call today to say it was ready, and when I arrived I was told that their pharmacy couldnt get that drug there. So now my father has been suffering a whole week to find out they cant even get the drug in the first place. Why were we not told this in the beginning. Walmart pharmacy is responsible for him suffering longer now because we could have got the ball rolling at another pharmacy before now! Total irresponsible behavior and customer service without care for patients needs.

Better than Kinney drugs

The outside of the store looks trashed with garbage and cigarette butts by the entrance doors. One time I went to a cashier in consideration of not using the self checkouts with a full cart of items. I purchased two different gift cards, the cashier scanned one of the same gift cards more than once voided it and screwed up the whole transaction. A woman CSM that was Indian told us we had to leave the line after we purchased our groceries AND go all the way back to the electronics department bc HER cashier didn’t know how to void and correct the error she made. The Indian woman that was the CSM was rude and unhelpful. She decided to go back to electronics and get the gift cards but she didn’t apologize for the inconvenience of having us wait and was not manner-able to say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience here are your gift cards and have a good day”. Nor did she smile or have a positive attitude. This is a supervisor that should be happy to assist customers. I will also say the store looks dirty: the floors don’t look clean or waxed, the bathrooms up front are trashed with toilet paper, also the over all appearance of your employees that work there is something to be desired.....

This is an overdue thanks to the pharmacists and their associates, for being more than accommodating, helpful and extremely kind. Their attention, to all the grievances and complaints as displayed by a disgruntled senior citizen and a disabled Veteran, were promptly corrected.Thank you, for helping in making my life easier as an arthritis sufferer.
